Everyone beat me to the punch. I'm an addict in recovery that spent a fair amount of time at the hilariously ironically named "Hope Park" in Kensington. As grown men, I don't think either of you would be "afraid" of the area, but I'd NEVER want to be there in a wheelchair. It's absolutely worth a look while you're local. I think you'll have a better understanding of the Zombie Land and Walking Dead references.

"Chicken store" is reminiscent of the episode of Sunny where Dennis, Dee and Frank break into that home while Mack and Charlie are in a van for surveillance and Charlie is mad that Mack won't share his potato chips. Mack says Charlie could have got his own when they went to the "Hamburger store".
