Status Update - April 2023

As tradition requires, thank you, everyone, for your continuous support! I'm extremely grateful for your presence here and all the feedback and comments. Also, welcome to all the new people joining here and there. I'm happy to have you!
First, the recent release. Thanks to everyone who went out of their way to grab the ebook even though they pretty much already experienced the story here. And for leaving a review too. As usual, that helps a lot with Amazon's algorithms on the first few days. Love ya all!
Second, DCI. Most of you might have noticed the lack of chapters. I briefly paused the series to try and properly crawl out of this swamp of delays that I have ended up in. Some of the older supporters might remember that DCI is a kind of side project that continues whenever I have more time on my hands so apologies for those who are newer and those for whom this is their favorite story. DCI shall return either this or next weekend. We are almost finished with Volume 2 and I certainly would love to wrap it up.
Third, TWS audio. Well, part of the reason why I'm behind with chappies again is this :v Just as I caught up, Volume 4 of audio was finished. I'm almost done reviewing the files so you can expect the release somewhere this month. I don't have anything more accurate unfortunately. As for Volume 5, it's already in the works :)
Fourth, TWS paperback. Having in mind the above points, it will take a moment for me to finish formatting it too, but I hope to drop it live soon. Still waiting for the backside chibi too. Can't break the tradition :P
Fifth, recent lack of delay notices. Apologies for that. It has become so common that my predictions about when chappies are going to show up that I pretty much gave up on trying. Each time I didn't make it I just felt so much worse. So, until we are back on track, expect a slightly chaotic schedule. I won't even try to predict when it's fixed :v I do have plans but saying them out loud hasn't worked well so far :v

2023-04-12 02:36:49 +0000 UTCThey've been going at it for like half a year if not longer already, sending emails how the age verification starts soon now and then. Haven't yet started. Nothing really changes. They are trying to introduce a system to confirm the creator's ID for those who have their Patreons tagged 18 and up. Something like that working worldwide isn't easy so I'm not surprised they keep delaying it.

2023-04-11 12:22:58 +0000 UTCThere seems to be a massive push going on about online age verification. Its happening jurisdiction by jurisdiction, another content creator I follow posted something about it, I assumed (mistake, I know) that it was Patreon wide.

2023-04-06 13:29:56 +0000 UTCEven if you are struggling with a bit of irregularity these days a) you have always been very clear that DCI is as time is available and b) you are still waaaay better than most authors at creating content/ new chapters weekly. On average, we get 3-4 chapters of something a week. I for one do not feel gypped. Thanks for the stories! And don't feel so bad about missing the occasional chappy. Life happens and you're still doing awesome!
