IN this video you go through 4 chords & Then invert them up the fret board.
The chords are Am F C & A
This is a Synster Gates exercise but it's also just changing through chords so you can make it your own.

Thanks Jack, I've started adding this into my practice sessions :) I'm learning what you're playing by ear, and from watching the video, as I can see the tab breaks down the constituent parts of the progression, but not in the exact order you're playing it in.
