This video is part of a small series I've done based on practice and building complicated ideas from the ground up.
Now we're looking at the concepts that brought me to writing something like this. Obviously this will need some theory knowledge, but if you're taackling sweep picking at this level you should defintley know some theory by now. If not, check out my theory practice videos!
The fundamental idea of practicing these is to slow it down to a speed where YOU CAN'T MAKE A MISTAKE.
Then from there, you build it up. If you're making mistakes you're playing too fast.
Once you have it down the new goal is to practice the lick 5 times in a row and it has to be perfect for you to move the speed up. This means you will start at a realistic tempo and build a solid foundation for these ideas!
