Another maintenance release :-/

Release v24.2.0 restores VR functionality for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle after the two recent official patches broke it. You can now safely install the Update 6 official hotfix.

This R.E.A.L. VR release also improves Photo Mode for Cyberpunk 2077. The camera is now completely decoupled when Photo Mode is active, which means that you can freely look around without disturbing the shot, but the position of the grid (which can be rotated independently with your KB/M or gamepad) will determine the actual framing of the screenshot.

There are a few open issues that seem peculiar to certain headsets which are still under investigation, so expect one or more additional maintenance releases in the next few days or weeks. A modder's work is never done ;-)

You can use the Oculus mirror, record in headset or use OBS. There is a built in OBS source for REAL if you are using Oculus runtime, but I don't think it works with VD. You need to enable it at the bottom of the main tab of the REAL overlay. Should work with air link or link cable though.

One more Question do i have, how can i record the VR Gameplay ? If i play with Meta Quest with Virtuell Destop Cyberpunk VR becouse what he show me on monitor is all shaking. Thanks if answer this too someone :)

I am very excited about Samsung releasing Galaxy XR, does anyone know if this headset will work with Real mods?

Download the Meta Link app on your system, this will allow you to use Oculus compatibility mode which is necessary for Pimax headsets. Auto should then default to using Oculus. Turn off extra options like priority rendering, eye tracking etc. as they won't help with these mods anyways and may cause issues. I can have some of them active and the game will still play fine but they don't actually help at all ;)

I'm using the pimax super ultrawide. I managed to play in vr but game looks terrible. Tried to work with settings i found on discord from Next Level Sim Gaming. Unfortunately i can't use 'auto' in the mod. I have to choose OpenXR runtime in the mod. VR system: SteamVR/OpenXR. I also used the settings for pimax play and for within the game like i saw on Discord. I have a strong pc system with an rtx5090. So no idea now what to tweak in order to improve the looks in the game.
