Id say only use before workout like 15-20 mins ago. 1-2 times should be enough. Lets get the feedback! I did not put too high or exaggerated dosages. Precisely Calibrated! Dosages inside the sub: 4.5 grams Beta Alanine, 1.5 grams Betaine, 1 gram L-Citrulline Malate, 2-1-1 BCAAs (1.5 grams and 750 mgs each), 1.5 grams of Creatine Mono (the rest you can get from steak and etc.), 800 mgs Taurine, 750 mgs L-Tyrosine, and 200 mgs Caffeine.
