Today was back day. My lifts just keep going up literally in every exercise I do, this is fucking insane. Today I maxed out a back machine using one hand to pull for the first time in my life. My previous max is so easy to do now, before I'd struggle so bad. I will update next week too

Crazy confidence. Didn't play last weekend and all of the negative sides subsided thankfully. Kgs on the gym lifts increased. I get tired less at the gym too. I can already see changes on my body.
