Probably handy to look at them as pills or medicine. When I first started doing subs about a year ago all the creators are like “it’s impossible to do it wrong! Listen 24/7! Speed it up three times! Ditch most of those fields. 14 fields will stress the fuck out of your system! I dont know that channel but if you are gonna use the fields, only use 2-3 max. Otherwise, they can overpower subliminal affirmations. My main channel gets taken down by Youtube but I am trying to recover it. I made several appeals but so far no luck. Side channel is going strong. No issue so far. Use that one in the meantime!
