Androstenol is also known as 5-Alpha Andro. That gives this anxiolytic and rewarding feeling. The main difference is Androsterone is an androgen, specifically a metabolite of Testosterone, and Sterone is required for DHT production and conversion. So, as an Androgen, Sterone is way stronger than Stenol in terms of masculinizing / Androgenic effects and anabolic muscle building and muscle hardening effects. Stenol is a pure pheromone and neurosteroid, a potent behaviour-altering substance. That is mainly produced in testes. Also in the respiratory track from Stenone.
