As described above, the changes are definitely there, now, physically I notice some changes leaner, broader, and muscular as well. Concerning height, I think you're right that 'Leo' are normally well build (height, body composition etc.), but would take more time to see the right results, bro. I would recommend combining the 'Leo' subs with the other height and physical ones because It boosts their benefits. By the way, yes, I'm using it with other subs concerning height / body changes.
