(Almost) Banned on IG
Added 2024-02-20 15:03:44 +0000 UTCSometimes our content gets removed from Facebook or Instagram it is has a pretty negative effect on our ability to put our stuff in front of the people that follow us, sometimes we get it though. We think "yeah, ok we were intentionally pushing some buttons here." But today's removal was amusing. A reference to Weezer's "Undone (The Sweater Song)" has IG once again threatening to delete our account if we continue to promote violence. We hope you are all having a good morning though.

Haha Meta has gotten so soft that Weezer is too hard? The delicate masses must be protected from these Buddy Holly lookalikes. I don't care about that.

2024-02-20 22:30:25 +0000 UTCThere are like 3 or 4 Patreon creators I follow that are reporting they are being warned about posting very, very ordinary things on Instagram, Facebook, Pixiv, etc. I think it's these platforms trying and failing to deploy AI moderation at scale and, wouldn't you know it, the AI isn't very good.
