“Dora put some clothes on we are coming in. Isabella keeps yours off I like seeing your tattoos.”Sulpicia exclaimed causing Athenodora to growl loudly and Isabella to laugh. Isabella wasn’t surprised that the other queens had interrupted them. She had actually expected them a lot sooner. They had to have been anxious to talk to her to find out what happened with the Cullens. Also it was tradition that Isabella tell them all about whatever adventure she had been on during her travels when she got home before Athenodora dragged her off to get naked. Isabella knew that Athenodora made a move so soon because Isabella was going to have to leave with Rosalie and her siblings and she didn’t know when she would be back. The pair hadn’t even exchanged greetings when Isabella showed up to see her. Athenodora just tossed her over her shoulder and took her to the bedroom.

“I will kill them.”Athenodora was not even close to being done with Isabella.

“No you won’t because even though you won’t admit it you love them.”Isabella knew that even though her mate complained about her sisters she loved them more than anything.

“At times like this I do not even like them let alone love them.”Athenodora said.

Isabella gently pushed Athenodora off of her and fighting off the queen’s hands got out of bed.”Come on let’s get dressed before they come in here and see me naked.”

“I will really kill them then.”Athenodora wasn’t going to allow anyone see her mate naked.

“Vampires really are such prudes.”Isabella didn’t care if people saw her naked. During her people’s time clothing wasn’t that popular and most people only wore it to protect their bodies from the elements.

“We aren’t prudes. We just are possessive and jealous creatures when it comes to our mates.”Athenodora told her.

“Both those traits I truly enjoy you having.”Isabella loved when Athenodora got riled up. It caused many passionate encounters between the couple.”Now get up or your sisters are going to barge in here.”

“When they interrupt us they are your sisters not mine.”Athenodora reluctantly got out of bed and went to her closet.

“I’m going to shower and no you can’t join me.”Isabella stopped Athenodora before she could even offer.

“Darling I need to shower as well. It would just be smarter for us to save time and do it together.”Athenodora wanted more naked time with her mate.

Isabella easily picked up on the lie.”We both know that you prefer not shower after we have sex because you like people being able to smell the evidence of our love making all over you.”

“I don’t know why you are so ashamed that you need to shower right after we are done.”Athenodora never understood why Isabella was so quick to wash off the scent.

“My love unlike you I can sweat and having sex with you causes me to sweat a lot.”Isabella rolled her eyes at the smug grin Athenodora was sporting.

“I do give you quite the workout.”Athenodora’s ego puffed up every time she had to change the sheets on their bed and saw the amount of sweat that Isabella left behind.

“Because of that I need to take a shower.”Isabella said.

“I’m coming in!”Sulpicia announced before she opened the door and entered the bedroom.

“Get out!!”Athenodora roared as she launched herself at her sister only to find two arms holding her back.”Let me go!!”

“My love how many times do you I need to remind you you can’t kill your sister.”Isabella tightened her hold when Athenodora started struggling harder.

Sulpicia took the opportunity to look at what of Isabella’s body she could see. She loved looking at the many tattoos that covered every inch of her body except for her face and the palms of her hands. The fact that they were done when she was a child with bone and plant dye fascinated her.”Seeing Isabella like this makes me think I’ve already died and gone to heaven.”

“Cia please give us a minute. I’m going to take a shower and Dora is going to put some clothes on and meet you in the living room.”Isabella needed to have her naked body away from the other queen if she wanted Athenodora to calm down.

Sulpicia sighed dramatically.”You are asking a lot of me but if you promise to wear a pair of shorts and a tank top I will leave.”

“Deal.”Isabella would happily agree to anything if it meant Sulpicia left.

“Hurry up though because me and Di are dying to know what happened with the Cullens. Jane mentioned something about you buying a car and riding in a truck with a random human.”Sulpicia wanted to know how in the world Isabella of all people ended up riding in a vehicle with a human.

“I really need to teach Jane to keep her mouth shut.”Isabella hated that Jane was such gossip.

“Don’t threatened Jane Isabella.”Didyme called out from the living room.

Isabella rolled her eyes again not even bothering to reply. Didyme would always take Jane’s side.”I’m going to shower.”

“We will meet you in the living room.”Sulpicia watched Isabella go looking over the tattoos on the back of her body. She couldn’t imagine how painful it must of been for 12 year Isabella to get not only them but the brands on her face and palms. Once she was gone from the room Sulpicia turned her attention to her sister.”Well get dressed.”

“Get out of my room and I will.”Athenodora told her.

“No way. If I leave you alone in here you are going to pounce on Isabella as soon as she is out of the shower.”Sulpicia said.

Athenodora huffed.”I really don’t like you.”

“I love you too.”Sulpicia replied.

“I guess you aren’t leaving so I will have to get dressed.”Athenodora made her way to her closet thinking of all the ways she was going to get back at her sisters for interrupting her and Isabella while she started putting on the outfit she picked out. She made sure she was showing off a good amount of cleavage as she knew that Isabella was a big fan of her breasts. It was Athenodora’s hope she could entice her mate back to bed once they were done talking. Walking out of her closet she turned her back to her sister.”Tie me up please.”

“You are trying to drive Isabella crazy aren’t you?”Sulpicia laced up the corset that she knew was going to definitely catch Isabella’s attention.

“I don’t know about your relationship but in my own I like to put in the effort to keep my mate interested.”Athenodora went out of her way to make sure she had Isabella’s attention. Not that it was hard as her mate’s eyes were usually on her at all times regardless of what she was or wasn’t wearing.

“I assure you my mate is very interested in me.”Sulpicia knew that Didyme had no complaints when it came to their relationship.

“Cia stop gossiping and bring Athenodora out here before Isabella finishes her shower.”Didyme called out.

“Yes dear.”Sulpicia called back.”Come on Dora.”

Athenodora followed Sulpicia to the living room taking a seat in her favorite oversized recliner. She and Isabella liked to snuggle in the chair together when they were relaxing.”Hello Di. Thank you very much for interrupting my alone time with my mate.”

“Sarcasm doesn’t suit you Dora.”Didyme didn’t care if Athenodora was upset with her and Sulpicia. She wanted to know what happened during Isabella’s time with the Cullens.

“Losing your head doesn’t suit you. Something that will happen next time you interrupt my mate and I again.”Athenodora told her.

“You can’t kill your sisters my love.”Isabella repeated for the billionth time and likely not the last.

“You won’t always be around to protect them.”Athenodora said as she pulled Isabella down to sit with her in her chair smirking when Isabella’s eyes went right to her cleavage.

Sulpicia looked at the bottom of Isabella’s feet.”I don’t understand why your people tattooed the bottom of your feet.”

“It was done to protect my body from any bad energy trying to attack my body. The bottom of my feet are probably the most important place for the tattoos as they come in contact with the most things. I personally was happy that they decided to tattoo them instead of branding them like my palms and face.”Isabella thought the tattoos were a lot less painful than the branding.

“I don’t remember pain when I was a human but I remember enough that I don’t think I could have handled going through all of you went through with the tattooing and the branding when I was so young.”Didyme didn’t know any 12 yr old who would have been able to go through it without being severely traumatized.

“I was excited to have it done because it was a way to protect my soul from those who wished to corrupt it. It is something that I would happily go though again if they ever faded.”Isabella took a lot of pride in her markings as not only were they a right of passage for all of her people’s monarchs she firmly believed they protected her.

“Well I personally love them.”One of Athenodora’s favorite things to do was to trace the different patterns with her fingers when Isabella slept.

“They are amazing.”Sulpicia said.

“Yes they are now let’s get to what we all want to know. What happened at the Cullens?”Didyme had been dying to ask since Isabella got home as she knew that Isabella hadn’t told them all the details in her check ins.

“It was pure chaos from the very beginning.”Isabella told her.

“How so?”Sulpicia asked.

“When I first got to the area I smelt Rosalie’s scent. I instantly knew that she was my second mate so I tracked her through the woods in my cat form and waited until after she fed to approach her.”Isabella had been very impressed with Rosalie’s hunting skills.

“How did she react to a random house cat approaching her in the woods?”Athenodora didn’t mind Isabella having a second mate at all. The only thing that upset her was she knew that it may take Isabella away from her more if Rosalie didn’t want to live in the castle. Something that she was going to go out of her way to convince Rosalie to do.

“She felt the mate bond immediately. She didn’t know what it was and just thought she had done the unthinkable and bonded with a cat.”Isabella had been happy that Rosalie hadn’t fought the bond.

“Why didn’t you reveal yourself right away?”Didyme couldn’t figure that part out.

“Because I didn’t know who committed the crimes. Then when I was searching their house I found the videos and pictures of Rosalie on Edward and Carlisle’s computers and the cameras in her private spaces I knew something other than Victoria and the newborns was going on.”Isabella explained.

“I’m surprised you didn’t kill the pair of them once you found all that.”Athenodora would have attacked the pair right away if she was Isabella.

“I was going to but stopped myself because I wanted Rosalie to have the chance to punish them. I did terrorize them after I found out.”Isabella had taken great pleasure in wrecking their stuff and physically hurting them.

“What else happened?”Sulpicia asked.

“I trained with them a couple times and they were terrible. As a cat I could have won a fight against all of them attacking me at the same time. Even with the help of the wolves.”Isabella had been holding back on the group because she didn’t want to hurt them to badly.

“That’s not saying much.”Didyme knew that Isabella could easily take out Victoria’s newborn army by herself as the cat.

“Other than training what happened with them?”Athenodora was thinking the same thing as Didyme. Isabella could easily take on the newborns as her cat.

“Initially I thought that it was just Edward that targeted Rosalie so I focused on destroying his stuff. Mostly I did things in my cat form just to mostly annoy him. When I found evidence of Carlisle I did a couple things as the cat but then I after I found out about their involvement in her turning I escalated my actions by breaking the cross Carlisle kept from his human life.”Isabella took great pleasure in destroying it.

“I bet that pissed him off.”Sulpicia and everyone else knew how much Carlisle loved that cross as he liked to show it off when he lived in the castle.

“It did but not as much as the letter I wrote him that the idiot read out loud to his coven pointing out all the ways he was mistreating them and mentioning he had an involvement in the events that led to him turning Rosalie. That caused them to implode when everyone realized I was right. Not only did Rosalie, Jasper, Fran, Emmett and Alice decide they were no longer going to school anymore it was revealed that Carlisle isolated them and moved them around to keep himself safe from his enemies. He of course denied having any but I was able to prove he was lying.”Isabella had actually thought it was rather funny that they had believed a random cat that had been with them for a week over their coven leader.

“That’s a good point. What is Carlisle going to do now that he isn’t protected?”He may not have large armies after him but Athenodora knew that Carlisle had some powerful people after him. Him making enemies being one of the reasons he was kicked out of the castle.

“What’s he going to do with sex offender carved into his forehead for all the world to see?”Didyme didn’t think Carlisle would be able to do much with his forehead in that condition.

“Even a hat won’t be able to cover all of that and I carved it deep enough that make up won’t cover it either.”Isabella had made sure that the wounds were deep enough to not be able to be hidden.

“I personally was impressed with Rosalie’s choice in punishing him.”Sulpicia had been surprised and pleased with the way Rosalie handled the man.

“I understand why she didn’t kill him because she is right dying would be a gift not a punishment to the man. Even though he likely will be a problem for them in the future.”Athenodora expected Carlisle to already be making plans to go after Rosalie and her siblings.

“I mentioned to Rosalie that he is likely going to do something to their belongings and suggested they collect them as soon as possible.”Isabella told them.

“That’s a good idea.”Didyme agreed that Carlisle would likely go after their belongings.”Now get back to what happened at the Cullens. After the children told him they weren’t doing what he wanted anymore what happened?”

“There was a bunch of arguing and then it was brought up that I peed on Edward’s prized half a million dollar piano.”Isabella smiled when the queens started laughing.

“You peed on his piano?”Athenodora had never heard of Isabella being so petty.

“He deserved it for all he was saying about me as the cat, Rosalie, me as myself and the three of you. I actually destroyed the thing with my sword after he and Carlisle tried to force Rosalie to clean it.”Isabella had taken great pleasure in destroying that item as well.

“How did Rosalie get your sword?”Sulpicia asked.

“After they finished the argument Rosalie came looking for me and found me in cat form sitting on the destroyed piano. I left my sword out, a letter and my debit card. In the letter I warned her that Edward and Carlisle were dangerous and to not be alone with either of them or both of them at the same time. The reason I gave her my sword was because I had plans to leave her to go collect the evidence of Carlisle and Edward’s crimes and to destroy all the videos and picture they kept of Rosalie.”Isabella explained.

“Why did you give her your debit card?”Didyme would have thought that Isabella would have just set Rosalie up with her own account.

“Carlisle had complete control of the coven’s finances. I gave Rosalie my debit card as not only a way for them to set themselves up for a life without being a Cullen but to break Carlisle’s control on them. Making it so he would lose his perfect family. Something that happened because was soon as they had the card they had made plans to buy a house and leave. The only problem they had was that they were all supposed to be teenagers so when I went on the mission to find evidence I spent the time getting all five of them new identification and set them each up with their own bank accounts.”Isabella told them.

“What was Carlisle’s reaction to that?”Athenodora doubted it was good.

“He was pissed and desperate to get the money and id’s from each of them. That lead to a lot fights that I got involved with but Rosalie’s and the others didn’t give in to Carlisle and Edward’s demands.”Isabella was proud of the young vampires for not being bullied into giving up their independence.

“I bet he was.”Sulpicia said.”What else happened why you were there? Jane said something about you buying and riding in a car.”

“That girl is really going to get it.”Isabella was going to make Jane feel pain for giving up her secrets.

“Isabella don’t threaten Jane.”Didyme scolded like she always did when Isabella threatened the girl. The queen loved Jane like her own child and would never let Isabella hurt her.

“Get back to the car.”Sulpicia was very interested in hearing about Isabella willingly riding in a vehicle when usually she had to be threatened by the queens or Jane to even get close to one.

“Rosalie loves cars and is quite the accomplished mechanic. She told me all about this car that she had always wanted to buy ever since she saw the advertisement in the paper when it came out. I found a mint condition model that happened to be in the United States that I arranged to have delivered to Rosalie. I didn’t want the car to get damaged so I rode in the flatbed truck with the truck driver to keep an eye on it. Other than that I rode a couple times with Rosalie in her car.”Seeing the looks of amazement the queens were giving her Isabella shrugged.”Driving a car is one of Rosalie’s favorite things to do. When I was with her in her car she made many comments about how much she liked that I was with her.”

“Who knew all it would take for you to ride in a car was for Athenodora to tell you how much she loved it when you rode in one with her.”Sulpicia wished they had known that when vehicles first were invented.

“At least there will be no excuses or complaints in the future.”Athenodora was happy they would no longer have to fight Isabella when they took trips together.

“Was there anything else that happened with the Cullens?”Didyme asked.

“No just the fighting and arguing.”Isabella told her.

“How did you handle the wolves?”Sulpicia hoped that they didn’t fight Isabella and accepted her help.

“They are a male dominated community so I chose to turn from my wolf into my Ian persona to talk to them.”Isabella said.

“I bet they were very surprised to see a well dressed man appear in front of them.”Athenodora bet the wolves were shocked to see a wolf transform into a man in a three piece suit.”Did you wear your wing tips as well?”

“It was hard finding a pair while I was in the backwoods the Cullens live in but I got one that matched the suit I bought.”Isabella may be able to transform with her clothes and items but she couldn’t transform her outfits. She had to be wearing the clothes to transform with them.

“Did you find out why they have been isolated for so long?”Sulpicia didn’t understand why the wolves hadn’t come across more supernaturals than the Cullens.

“Apparently they are of the belief that their shifting comes from one of their chieftains bonding with a wolf spirit when the tribe was attacked by vampires.”Isabella had never heard anything so stupid.

“How the hell did they come up with that?”Athenodora didn’t think anyone would believe something so ridiculous.

“From what I found they base all their history on some journals that they say their ancestors left behind. I personally believe that the shifter that was the hero of the stories wrote the journals to make himself look better.”Isabella said.

“What I don’t get is why they are isolated? Shifters are nomads. Wouldn’t they have left the reservation at some point?”Didyme couldn’t figure that part out.

“Based on the journals they use to base how to live their lives around they were of the belief that they needed to stay on the reservation to protect the humans. I think because they went against their nature that the goddess punished them by not allowing certain generations to shift. Them shifting when the Cullens showed up was likely the goddess giving them a second chance and when they still went against their nature it skipped another generation.”Isabella told them.

“The goddess would punish them for caging their wolves.”Athenodora knew enough about the goddess to know that she would not be happy if her creations were going against their nature.

“I told them all about our real history and gave them their bank information with instructions not to use it for the reservation. I don’t think the wolves will have a problem accepting their true nature. The council members that are used to controlling the wolves may be a problem however.”Isabella fully expected to have to go back to the reservation and deal with the three men.

“Well I’m happy they now being taken care of.”Didyme would make sure to have Isabella check on them in a couple months to make sure they were doing ok.

“And that concluded my very stressful trip to Forks, Washington.”Isabella was very happy it was over with.

“What are you planning now?”Sulpicia asked.

“Rosalie and her siblings need to get their stuff soon so my plan was to speak to all of you, take Didyme riding and go with them as I worry about their safety.”Isabella told her.

“I don’t like the idea of you leaving so soon but I agree Carlisle can’t be trusted.”Athenodora would prefer Isabella stay home but her mate was right Carlisle was dangerous.”That being said what has Rosalie decided to do about her living situation?”

“I think you will actually be happy with what she chose. She isn’t going to live the castle but she has asked to travel with me. That means that I won’t be splitting my time three ways and will likely be away the same amount of time as I am now.”By the bright smile Athenodora was giving her Isabella knew her mate was happy about that.

“That’s great news.”Athenodora had been worried that with a new mate Isabella wouldn’t be able to spend as much time with her.”I still want to spent time with Rosalie though.”

“She had made mention of wanting to spend time with you as well.”Isabella was pleased her mates wanted to get to know each other as it would make the relationship between the three of them that much stronger.

“Now that we have heard all about what you have been up to can we go for a ride?”Didyme had been patient but now she wanted to go riding.

“Of course. Although after telling Rosalie my story I’m feeling a little nostalgic. Do you mind if I take the form of my species?”Isabella asked.

“Are you serious?”When Isabella nodded Didyme had to hold back from squealing in excitement.”Of course I don’t mind.”

“If you are going to shift into that form I’m going to grab a camera.”Sulpicia would love to have some pictures of her mate riding Isabella. Especially because it was so seldom she transformed into her specie’s animal. Not only was it to emotionally painful for her but unicorns were nothing but a myth so it wasn’t easy for her walk around as one.

“I need to change. I was originally going to wear riding clothes but those would clash with your body.”Didyme was going to pick a dress instead and not use the saddle. It would look better in the pictures.

“Do you think maybe I could go for a ride as well?”Athenodora liked feeling Isabella’s body when she was a uniform because her skin and fur felt like velvet and the finest silk.

“Me too.”Sulpicia didn’t want to miss the chance.

“You know I would never deny any of you.”Isabella could never say no to her mate or the queens.

“Great then we all need to change.”Athenodora was going to put on her battle armor.”Do you think Rosalie would mind if I borrow your sword?”

“I think if you tell Rosalie what we are doing she might want to join in.”Didyme said.

“Would that be alright love?”Athenodora wouldn’t involve anyone else without Isabella’s permission.

“It’s fine. When you send for her tell her she can bring her siblings as this is such a rare occasion.”Isabella thought if she included Rosalie’s family it might make them less scared of her as she knew she made them uncomfortable and in Fran’s case terrified.

“I’ll have a guard get them to meet us outside.”Athenodora have Isabella a kiss and moved her off her lap so she could stand up and give the order to one of the guards outside the door.

Didyme stood from her seat and moved to give Isabella a hug.”Thank you for this Isabella.”

“You’re welcome.”Isabella didn’t mind doing things to make the queens happy.

“We will see you outside.”Sulpicia told her.

“Make sure you bring a good camera.”Athenodora wanted the best pictures possible taken.

“I will.”Sulpicia wanted the best pictures as well.

Isabella watched them walk out the door.”We should go change because if we don’t get outside soon I think Didyme will go for your head.”

“Why just my head?”Athenodora asked.

“She would never kill me because if she did she wouldn’t get to cuddle anymore animals.”Isabella said.

“True.”Athenodora agreed. Making her way back into her bedroom Athenodora felt a shiver of excitement go through her body thinking about getting to ride Isabella’s unicorn. It had been centuries since it last happened. This time they would be able to get some good pictures of each of them riding it. Athenodora knew the pictures were going to be amazing because Sulpicia and Didyme like her were going to wear dramatic outfits. The queen thought that if any of the pictures were especially good she would ask Isabella to paint them for Athenodora and her sisters. They would look great in the hallway leading to the throne room. Those were thoughts for later. Now she had to pick out which set of battle armor she wanted to wear. She liked her leather set the most but thought her pure silver set would look better when she was riding a unicorn and she really did want to look her best.
