“Man that was epic. I thought that guy was going to piss himself before the deal was finished.”Emmett said as he along with Rosalie, Alice, Fran and Jasper were walking around the high end mall after just visiting a Jeep dealership to buy Emmett a new Jeep pickup truck. He had been asking for a new jeep for over a decade and Rosalie thought that would be a good purchase for him. They had plans for each of them to get new cars that were registered in their own names but she and the other three wanted to do some research before buying one. Rosalie wasn’t sure what she was going to get and thought maybe she would get more than one. Rosalie knew that Isabella would approve of the purchases because Carlisle’s name not being on their cars would annoy him because it would take away his ability to take them away from them and annoying Carlisle seemed like a full time hobby for Isabella and her cat. Her cat that was sitting on Rosalie’s shoulder happily walking around the mall with them.

“I can’t believe that Queenie attacked him.”Alice said.

“Well he was trying to cheat us by charging us for a lot of things that were usually free.”Rosalie had been very pissed at the man and would have tore him a new one if her cat hadn’t acted first.

“The fact that the cat made it so the man not only gave us all the extras that were supposed to be free but the ones he was supposed to charge us for for free was surprising. Then the fact that he took $7000 off the sticker price without a trade in.”Fran shook her head at the craziness of the whole situation.

“I personally am bringing Queenie with me every time I have to negotiate for something.”Emmett wasn’t ashamed to admit that the cat was more intimidating than he was.

“What store do you guys want to go to first?”Alice asked.

“I was wondering if we could buy some new clothes. I’m sick of looking like a teenager.”Jasper hated that he had to dress meek and non threatening.

“I agree. I hate that I have never had the chance to dress my own age.”Fran had always wanted to dress her proper age.

“It would be nice to be respected by our true peers.”Rosalie would happily wear clothing that made her look more mature.

“Yeah I hate that everyone thinks I’m a small child because of how I dress.”Alice was constantly asked if she knew where her parents were when she was out in public all because she had to dress to look younger.

“Maybe we can get Queenie a few outfits too?”Emmett suggested.

“What do you think? Do you want some new clothes as well?”Rosalie asked her cat. In reply the cat rubbed its head on Rosalie’s chin purring.”I think that’s a yes.”

“If you told me when we first learned about Isabella that we would be buying outfits to dress up her cat I would have had you committed.”Fran said.

“I still can’t get over her giving Rosalie her sword.”Jasper didn’t know why Isabella would trust Rosalie with such a dangerous weapon.

“She seemed really concerned about my safety.”Rosalie told them.

“What else did the letter say?”Alice asked.

“I would tell you but she asked me not to. Once she gives me permission I will tell you everything.”Rosalie didn’t like not telling her siblings but their minds weren’t protected.

“I can’t really blame you for not telling us if the most feared and dangerous vampire in existence told you not to.”Fran wouldn’t say a thing if Isabella reached out to her for fear of punishment.

“Oh hey there’s a computer store can we stop in there real quick?”Emmett wanted to see if they had the stuff he needed to build his own gaming computer.

“Of course. You need stuff to get your gaming career going.”Rosalie fully supported Emmett buying what he wanted so he could become a professional gamer.“Are you going to call the guy Isabella told you about?”

Emmett nodded.”Yeah as soon as we deal with Victoria and the newborns I’m going to give him a call.”

“It was really nice of her to set that up for you.”Fran was very happy that her mate had a chance to follow his dreams.

“It also proves that Isabella was listening to our conversations or she gets information from her cat.”Jasper said as he followed them into the store.

“I think she was listening because she didn’t destroy the piano until after Rosalie was being threatened. That meant that she was monitoring the conversation.”Alice didn’t think that Isabella got the information from the cat. No matter what kind of supernatural species it was.

“Rosalie are you sure I can spend whatever I want?”Emmett asked Rosalie.

Rosalie walked over to where Emmett was looking at monitors.”I promise. As a matter of fact I think Isabella would be very angry if you didn’t buy the best equipment they had.”

“If you’re sure.”Emmett was a little weary because he already bought the Jeep but if Rosalie said that Isabella wouldn’t mind he believed her.

“I’m more than sure and you know what I think I will buy a new laptop myself.”Rosalie had been wanting a new computer but Carlisle had told her hers was fine.

“I think I will as well.”Jasper and Alice had to share a computer and Jasper would like to have his own.

“I’m going to get a set up that will work with that fashion design software I’ve been asking Carlisle for.”Alice had wanted special software that they used in fashion schools and the computer set up to use it on but Carlisle told her it was waste of money.

“I’m going to buy one as well because I will need it to manage Emmett’s social media accounts and the videos he will post once he gets his career officially started.”Fran was going to do all she could to support Emmett on his journey of being a professional gamer.

One hour and a large bill later Rosalie, Alice and Fran were waiting outside the computer store for Jasper and Emmett to return from bringing their purchases out to the truck on a dolly with the help of an employee. Rosalie was very pleased that they stopped at the store.”I don’t think I have ever seen Emmett smile so brightly.”

“I thought he was happy about the Jeep but he was almost vibrating with excitement when he was putting all the boxes on the cart.”Alice was happy about her own computer set up but Emmett had been ecstatic.

“I’m going to be thanking Isabella for centuries for doing this for him.”Fran would be forever in Isabella’s debt for getting Emmett started on fulfilling his dream.

“I think that eventually we will need to decide if we want to buy a house.”Rosalie said.

“What do you mean?”Fran asked.

“Well I don’t know about you guys but I don’t want to continue being a member of the coven. Not after all that Carlisle and to a lesser extent Edward has done to us. I mean do you honestly believe that the pair aren’t going to act out when we stop doing what they tell us to do because I don’t know about you I’m not going back to playing the role of perfect daughter.”Rosalie would never play the role ever again.

Alice hadn’t really thought of leaving.”I don’t want to go back either. I just hadn’t thought about how we were going to leave.”

“Emmett and I were counting on his gaming career to make us enough money to get a small place.”Fran told them.

“Well now we have options. Isabella gave us access to her account to break free of Carlisle’s control. She didn’t mean for just a shopping spree. She meant so we can get away from him. So now we have the option to buy a home if we want to live together or we can purchases other places to live if we want to break up. We could even buy multiple places if we wanted to have if we didn’t want to settle down. Isabella is allowing us to chose whatever we want our futures to look like and I am not going to be spending it with Carlisle and Edward.”Rosalie was going to break off as soon as she had the chance.

“You have a good point. Carlisle isn’t going to like us not following his rules and honestly after finding out about how he has manipulated us and controlled us I don’t to be in a coven with him or his golden boy.”Fran wouldn’t be happy staying with Carlisle.

“Hey guys why the serious faces?”Emmett asked as he and Jasper rejoined the group.

“We were just talking about buying a place to live after Victoria is taken care of.”Alice told him.

“We can afford a house?”Jasper wasn’t against the idea he just didn’t know how they would afford it.

“Isabella gave us more than enough money to afford multiple houses. I personally am not staying with Carlisle and Edward after Victoria is taken care of. I wanted to know if you guys were going to stay and if you didn’t if you wanted to buy a house for us to live together or if you wanted to buy a few different so that you could go off on your own.”Rosalie explained.

“I don’t want to stay with them either but I don’t want to split apart from you guys.”Emmett didn’t want to lose the siblings he actually liked.

“I’m with Emmett I don’t want to stay with Carlisle but I don’t want to lose you guys.”Alice agreed.

“I don’t want to split up either.”Fran said.

“Me neither.”Jasper enjoyed his siblings and thought living with them without Carlisle and Edward would create a peaceful environment. Peace being something Jasper had craved ever since he was turned.

“Then it’s settled we will buy a house somewhere.”Rosalie was happy that they all wanted to stay together because she would miss all of them if they went their own ways.

“There is one problem with buying a house however. We are all underage.”Fran pointed out.

“Do you have a way to fix that?”Rosalie asked her cat when she felt it’s paw pat her face. It nodded in reply.”Alright Queenie will take care of that. Now all we need to worry about is finding the perfect place.”

“Wait are we really going to rely on your cat to help us buy a house?”Emmett asked.

Alice shrugged.”After everything we have seen I believe it will help.”

“I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the cat built itself a rocket and flew it to the moon.”Nothing the cat did surprised Fran anymore.

“I believe the cat will help.”Jasper said.

“Right then we need to decide where to live. Maybe we can stay with the Denali while we decide. That way we can get away from Carlisle and Edward as soon as possible.”Rosalie didn’t want to waste a minute in that house if she didn’t have to.

“We need to get all our stuff out of the family storage units and all of Carlisle’s homes.”Fran had things that she didn’t want to lose in storage and at the different houses.

“Maybe we should take your cat with us to get access to everything. I mean I doubt that anyone would fight us over getting into a storage unit if your cat was there.”Emmett knew that Queenie would deal with anyone trying to stop them from getting into the storage units or other family homes.

“She would probably be able to pick the locks.”Alice figured the cat could easily break into anywhere regardless of how well it was secured.

“Alright so my cat’s going to work on our documents so that we can buy a house to live in together. We need to get all our stuff from storage and the various houses Carlisle owns. Unfortunately we have to stick around until Victoria and the newborns are taken care or Isabella takes care of them then comes for us. What else?”Rosalie asked.

“I can’t think of anything.”Fran said.

“I don’t know about you guys but I’m excited for Isabella to come. I mean she has shown us kindness and Carlisle and Edward hate. I can’t wait to see what she does to them in person.”Emmett hoped that Isabella lived up to her reputation and did something gruesome and brutal to Edward and Carlisle.

“It does seem she favors us. I mean she said she was responsible for my pardon. I think that means she likes me enough to not want to see me dead.”Jasper didn’t think Isabella would go to the trouble of pardoning him just to turn around and kill him.

“In her letter she said she hated Carlisle with a passion. That and the fact her cat and I have obviously bonded are I think part of the reason she is helping us. What better way to hurt Carlisle than to break up his perfectly family?”Rosalie wasn’t worried about Isabella coming for anyone but Carlisle and Edward.

“His perfect family, Edward and his cross are the most important things in his life and so far she has wrecked two out of the three.”Alice didn’t think Isabella was done with him yet.

“That leaves Edward and I doubt she will have any mercy on him. Look what she did to his piano after trying to force Rosalie to clean it. Then all the times he has bad mouthed Rosalie, the cat and the queens. I know you guys don’t think so but I fully believe that Isabella gets information from Queenie and that cat has been witness to most of Edward’s offenses since it showed up. I predict that Edward is going to face a worse punishment than Carlisle.”Jasper told them.

“I’m with Jasper I fully believe that Queenie gives Isabella information. The fact we don’t know what kind of supernatural the cat is and the way it is so involved in our conversations makes it easy for me believe that it can communicate with Isabella. Plus we really don’t know what Isabella is either. None of us as ever heard of vampire with a human body and Isabella is an ancient being. That means she could be some kind of extinct supernatural that has kept Queenie alive all this time when the rest of the cat’s species died out.”Rosalie knew that the cat passed on information. The proof was overwhelming.

“If that’s true then Isabella knows that all of us wanted to inform the queens or get help from others to deal with Victoria and the newborns but we were overruled Carlisle and Edward. Isabella definitely knows that Carlisle keeps firm control over us so we couldn’t even go against him if we wanted to. Hell we don’t even know how to contact the queens.”If they did Emmett would have already done it.

“It doesn’t matter if we contact the queens now that Isabella knows. Even though she stepped down she still probably tells them everything she finds out.”Fran said.

“I like the fact that Edward can’t read her mind. It is little creepy that she can come and go from our house without us knowing but I love the fact that Edward who claims he is superior because of his gift is useless against her.”Alice enjoyed seeing the frustration Edward tried to hide when it was pointed out his gift didn’t work.

“That brings up another thing. How are you able to block not only him but me as well Rosalie?”Jasper asked.

“I’m not allowed to tell you.”Rosalie wished she could get Queenie to give the blocks to her siblings but Isabella had asked her not to tell anyone how it was done.

“So it involves Isabella then?”Fran concluded.

“It does but she asked me not to tell how it was done.”Rosalie told her.

“Maybe when we meet her she will help us as well.”Emmett figured if Isabella was being so nice to them it meant that she would continue helping them once the newborns were taken care of.

“I’m hoping she shows up soon so we can be done with Carlisle, Edward and their nonsense.”Now that she had a taste of freedom Rosalie wanted to move on with her life.

“Until then let’s do some more shopping before we have to go to training.”Alice wanted to get as much time at the mall as she could.

“You’re right. Let’s take the moment of peace we have right now and worry about everything when we get back home.”Rosalie said the others murmuring their agreements. Walking along with her siblings Rosalie adjusted the sword on her back to make room for cat to lay down. She had been receiving looks everywhere she went because of both of her accessories but no-one objected to hard to her having either in their establishments. The car salesperson being the exception. Rosalie didn’t feel bad about the wounds both physical and mental that Queenie left the man with as he was trying to cheat them. That meant he deserved what he got. Rosalie was enjoying seeing her cat react to the public as it was very keen on hissing at anyone who looked at her to long. It had been a great way to handle the leering she usually got everywhere she went and Rosalie predicted that eventually Queenie would start attacking those who were too bold with their look or their comments. Her cat didn’t appreciate anyone who disrespected Rosalie and Rosalie was more than happy to let it dole out whatever punishment it thought was deserved for that disrespect. Reaching up and stroking the cat’s head Rosalie smiled when it began purring. She was totally and completely in love with her furry bodyguard and she was happy knowing that the cat felt the same way.
