“Well you’ve done it now pet. Dora just brought a letter from the minister demanding an audience with you.”Bellatrix announced as she came bursting into Narcissa’s bedroom and threw herself on the bed. Narcissa slumped her naked body down on an equally naked Hermione sighing in defeat. When Bellatrix was wound up like this that meant that Narcissa’s alone time with her wife was over. The first time one of her sisters had interrupted them she had been mortified but after so many years together it was common to be interrupted or to interrupt the others. Narcissa didn’t even bother covering herself or Hermione. She just waved her hand to release the magical bindings that were holding Hermione’s wrists to the headboard and sat down on the other side of the young witch. She hoped that this situation would be resolved quickly and they could get back to what they were doing because Narcissa had finally convinced Hermione to have more children. Something that all three sisters were desperate for as they loved being parents.

“So he pulled Dora into his scheme this time.”Hermione said as she sat up and held her arms out for Narcissa to heal the bruises on her wrists.

“She brought this over a few minutes ago.”Bella held out a piece of paper.

Reading it over Hermione rolled her eyes.”That was the most polite insult to our marriage I have ever heard.”

“What does it say?”Narcissa took the paper from Hermione and read.

Ms.Granger,

I am overjoyed by the news that you have been seen in public. Myself and others have spent the time since the war ended trying many different avenues to get in touch with you. As I was made aware that Auror Lupin had direct access to you I decided to send a message through her. I hope you don’t mind but it was the only way I could think of to reach you. With that said I have heard some disturbing news concerning the reasons for your absence and wish to discuss what they are in person. I want to make sure that you are acting of your own free will and no one is influencing you or holding you hostage. I have set aside time tomorrow morning at 9am for you to visit me. Please make sure you be there as I would take you not showing up as proof of you being held against your will.

Minster of Magic

“He thinks we are holding you hostage?!”Narcissa laughed at the very idea.

“I think that Molly probably went straight to him after the train station.”Hermione said.

“Ron was probably right by her side demanding the minster do something.”Bellatrix could easily imagine the pair coming up with outrageous stories about what happened.

“Did you see Ron’s wife’s reaction to him trying to claim Hermione?”Narcissa asked.

“The poor girl has been in love with Ron since Hogwarts. He actually told me on numerous occasions that he would break up with her as soon as I learned my lesson.”Hermione had never understood what that meant other than Ron wasn’t in love with Lavender.

“I think being humiliated in public like that might have her breaking up with him.”Bellatrix expected Ron’s rant to be talked about by everyone who witnessed it.

“I just saw Nymphadora leaving. She said Hermione got a letter from the minster.”Andromeda said as she entered the room. She had searched her wife out after sending Nymphadora on her way.

Narcissa handed her the letter.”He thinks we are holding Hermione hostage.”

“Hostage?”Andromeda didn’t know why someone would think that. Looking the letter over she laughed.”This was Molly’s doing wasn’t it?”

“We think it was her and Ron.”Hermione told her.

“What do you want to do about this?”Andromeda asked.

“I want to ignore it and go back to living our peaceful life. However that isn’t an option anymore because the girls are at Hogwarts and Nymphadora has been linked to us. The four of them are likely to get hounded until we make some type of public statement.”Hermione wished they could just continue living out of the spotlight but that wasn’t possible anymore.

“Should we even bother with the minster?”Bellatrix didn’t want to deal with the pompous asshat.

“I’m worried if Hermione actually goes to the appointment they will try to detain her and do all kinds of tests on her. Their justification being undoing any of the magic we performed on her. Including the blood bonds that they all now know about.”Narcissa didn’t trust the ministry to take Hermione’s word at face value.

“What would happen if she didn’t go?”Andromeda didn’t know exactly what the minister could do if Hermione didn’t go to the appointment.

“We haven’t broken any laws and we aren’t citizens of England anymore so they really can’t do anything.”Hermione and her family kept their main residence in France close to the Delacour flock and only traveled to England to visit their various estates to vacation at.

“As you said before the girls are at Hogwarts and Dora is linked to us so if you don’t show they could do something to them.”Narcissa said.

Bellatrix growled.”I’ll kill anyone who tries anything with the four of them.”

“I doubt McGonagall will let anyone do anything to the girls.”Hermione knew how protective Minerva was of her students and doubted that she would let the ministry interfere with their lives.

“I think we should send her a letter warning her about this.”Andromeda suggested.

“Good idea.”Narcissa thought giving Minerva a heads up would be the best course of action.

“We need to decide what we are going to do about the minster before we decide what to write.”Hermione said.

“I say we send him a letter telling him to fuck off and leave it at that.”Bellatrix didn’t think the British ministry deserved an explanation on how they lived their lives.

“I think that’s a good idea because Narcissa is right. They aren’t going to let Hermione leave once she enters the ministry building.”Andromeda thought that aurors would have already been called if they had their location.”Nymphadora was able to lie to them about knowing where we were but I doubt they truly believed her.”

“Then we have to act before they do.”Narcissa was already making a plan. Grabbing her wand from the night stand she called forth her patronus.”Send this message to Apolline. If your flock wants that exclusive you have always asked for then send a representative over today because we want it in the press in the morning.”

Bellatrix watched the silver fox race out of the room.”That old bird is going to very happy when she gets that message.”

“She has been pestering us since the end of the war for her flock to be the ones to release our story to the world.”Andromeda knew that Apolline wanted the exclusive not only because she wanted the magazine her flock owned to get more attention but that she wanted to make sure that their story was told properly and not made into something it wasn’t.

“It’s to bad we were interrupted when we were because if it had been an hour later we would have had an announcement to make as well.”Narcissa said.

Andromeda looked at her sister suspiciously.“What announcement?”

“I had just convinced Hermione to have another child before Bellatrix barged in.”Narcissa was very upset that her sister had stopped her from taking the next step.

“We can have more children!!”Bellatrix pulled Hermione in her arms and kissed her hard on the mouth.”This is so great pet!!”

“I didn’t say we could conceive any time soon just that I would be open to it since nothing happened after we left Corona with the elves.”Hermione told her.

“Are we going to have triplets again?”Andromeda was just as excited as her sisters.

“Do you honestly think we could handle another set of triplets?”Hermione asked.

“Of course we could. Look at how great our first three daughters turned out.”Narcissa would love to have another set of triplets. Especially because that meant she would get a third biological child with Hermione as it was Bellatrix’s turn for one.

“If we are having triplets then I want to have my own soon after. It isn’t right that you both have two children already and I only have one.”Bellatrix loved all their children equally but she and her sisters had always been competitive. That hadn’t changed when they got together with Hermione. If anything it got worse.

“I think I should have some type of say in this as I’m the one carrying them.”Hermione reminded her wives.

“Of course you do darling. You have even more of a say than we do for that very reason.”Narcissa would always put Hermione’s wants first.

“Then the only way I will agree to triplets is if we can get the ministry to leave us and our family alone. I do not want to deal with any outside stress during my pregnancy.”Hermione told them.

“Yes!!”Bellatrix gave Andromeda a high five.

“Great job Cissa.”Andromeda was going to have to buy her sister a nice gift for convincing Hermione not to wait any longer to have more children.

“Now we need to come up with a plan. Something other than the magazine.”Narcissa knew that releasing their story in the press wouldn’t be enough to get the ministry off their back.

“I hate to say it but we are going to have to make some public appearances.”Hermione knew the only way for people to believe they were together willingly was to see them with their own eyes.

Bellatrix groaned.”I really don’t want to do that.”

“I don’t either but Hermione’s right. The best way to get people to leave us alone is to prove to them that we are a happy family.”Andromeda would rather not deal with the public at all but it was a necessary evil.

“How about a day of shopping in Diagon Alley as our first outing?”Narcissa suggested.

“We would probably get mobbed as soon as people noticed Hermione.”Andromeda said.

“What about an event then? Some concert or sports match.”Hermione thought it would be easy to navigate the public if there was assigned seating.

“Sagitta has been wanting to go to another quidditch match. Why don’t we get a box for a game and take her to one?”Bellatrix and her sisters took the girls to games all the time disguising themselves with glamor leaving Hermione behind as she had no interested in the sport.

Hermione made a face.”I really don’t want to waste the day watching people flying on brooms.”

“It would make your daughter extremely happy if you went with her.”Andromeda knew that Hermione would agree if her child’s happiness was at stake.

“Fine but we need to do something else as well.”Hermione didn’t think one game was going to be enough to make people comfortable with their family.

“I know. We will hold a charity gala at Black family manor to raise money for a muggleborn cause.”Narcissa thought that would be the perfect way to show that Hermione wasn’t being controlled.

”We would have to invite a lot of people we hate though.”Bellatrix didn’t want to spend a night dealing with kiss asses trying to win Hermione’s favor.

“If we only invited people we like it would just be our family and the Delacour flock.”Hermione said.

“They know how to party.”Bellatrix had been to many parties thrown by the flock and had great time at every one. Even Hermione was known to let her hair down and get drunk and a drunk Hermione meant a horny uninhibited Hermione. That being a Hermione Bellatrix and both her sister enjoyed very much.

“This will not be like those parties.”Narcissa wasn’t going to allow anyone in her family to get drunk.   

“Actually if Hermione acted like she did at those parties at the gala no one would question her willingness to be in a relationship with us.”Andromeda knew if the public saw how affectionate Hermione got when she was drunk they would realize that Hermione was completely devoted to the sisters.

“Especially if she acted like she did at Fleur’s wedding reception.”Bellatrix had a great time at the reception because Hermione got so drunk that she dragged all three sisters into a boat house to have sex and they got so loud that the party cheered for them every time one of them voiced their pleasure.

“I thought we agreed to never talk about that again.”Hermione had been mortified the next morning when she received many letters congratulating her on marrying such talented lovers.

“No you agreed to never talk about it again. We on the other hand are more than happy to talk to those who come to us for tips on how to please their lovers as well as we please you.”Narcissa and her sisters had been approached many times for sex advice. Advice they were proud to give.

“I still think we should write that book like Fleur suggested. Something that she will likely bring up again after you get pregnant with another set of triplets.”Andromeda said.

“And to get the privilege of getting you pregnant we need to start planning the gala. I want to mention it in the article.”Narcissa stood from the bed and walked into the bathroom calling over her shoulder.”Hermione you and Bella find some muggleborn charity that you know the most about. That way we sound like we have been planning this for months not minutes.”

“I’m going to shower after you.”If they were going to have company Hermione wanted to wash the smell of sex off herself.

“I’ll join you.”Bellatrix was worked up by all the baby talk and wanted a chance to be naked with Hermione.

“No you won’t.”Andromeda shot that idea down right away.

“Why not?”Bellatrix didn’t see a problem with her taking a shower with Hermione.

“Because if you do then you and Hermione will spend at least an hour in the bathroom and we have things to do.”Andromeda knew that if the pair showered together that they would get nothing done.

“I can be trusted not to have sex with Hermione in the shower.”Bellatrix lied.

“No you can’t.”Narcissa said coming out of her bathroom in a silk robe with wet hair.”Now go change into something respectable because I expect that pictures are going to be taken and you look like a slob.”

“I don’t look like a slob.”Bellatrix was highly insulted her sister would say such a thing.

“Love you have food I’m guessing is from feeding Corona all over your shirt.”Hermione told her.

Bellatrix looked down seeing a bunch of green and orange blobs on her shirt.”She must have gotten me when I was trying to help her hold the spoon.”

“However it happened she did get you so go change. Hermione I will get you an outfit to wear and lay it on my bed so you don’t have to go back to your room.”Narcissa and her sisters each kept some of Hermione’s clothing in their rooms but the majority of Hermione’s things were kept in her private wing. Even though Hermione always spent the night with one of the sisters they all felt it was important for her to have her own space.

Hermione stood from the bed and gave Narcissa a soft kiss on her way to the bathroom.”Thank you sweetheart.”

“I’m going to dress Hermione in red, gold and black so the pair of you wear something to match. Bella you wear muggle clothing. Something semi formal.”Narcissa figured putting Bellatrix in muggle clothes would help them sell the image of them not believing in blood purity.

“I like the idea of Hermione wearing Black family colors.”Bellatrix didn’t mind wearing muggle clothing as she was known to wear it often.

“Make sure both of you wear your engagement rings and your wedding rings. I want them visible in all the pictures taken.”Narcissa was the only one who wore her rings constantly as the other three weren’t as careful with them and had to have their sets repaired numerous times. Now they mostly wore them only in public.

“It will be nice for the world to see the rings we had made for Hermione.”Andromeda and her sisters had custom rings made for both Hermione’s engagement ring and wedding ring that used each of their blood and part of their magic to create.

“Get going because I am sure that the people Apolline sent will be here soon and we need to work out the overview for the gala before then. Once Hermione’s done getting ready I will sent her to you Bella. Andy you and I are going to work on finding out a day that has some kind of significance to muggleborns in the wizarding world to hold the gala on.”Narcissa told them.

“On it.”Andromeda said before leaving the room.

“I’ll try to find a charity that benefits war victims.”Bellatrix thought that would be a good cause for the person who was credited with single handedly winning the war to raise money for.

“Good idea. Just make sure that muggleborns are the focus.”Narcissa said.

“I will.”Bellatrix promised as she left the room.

“Now we just have to be ready in time for the reporters to show up.”Narcissa mumbled to herself as she walked into her closet. She needed to find an outfit that made her look like a respectable partner to the Golden Girl. That meant that she needed to come across as strong, poised, proud and approachable. She also needed to make sure that she gave the aura of someone who shouldn’t be messed with. Narcissa was going to have to straddle the line of being the Ice Queen and the loving mother to the savior’s children. That meant that she would have to step out of her comfort zone and show how much she cared for Hermione and her daughters. Not that it was hard it just wasn’t something that Narcissa was used to showing the public. Her friends and family were one thing but after spending her whole life playing the part of a proper pureblood housewife it was hard to let down her guard and let people see her vulnerable and nothing made her more vulnerable then how much she loved her family. Narcissa could care less if people said stuff about her but if they went against her family she would destroy them. Just like she knew her sisters and Hermione would as well. It didn’t matter if they were a regular citizen or the minster if they tried anything they would feel the wrath of the Granger-Blacks and all their allies.
