“Did you get us tickets to the Assassin’s Edge panel?”Alice asked Rosalie. The pair along with Emmett, Lena, Edward and Debby were all walking around the convention center. Alice had decided to dress up as Jubilee from X-Men while Debby and Edward were dressed as Mr. Fantastic & The Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four. Seeing Edward in leotards had the entire family laughing out loud but Rosalie gave him a bit of credit. Even though he was obviously uncomfortable he pushed past it to make his mate happy. Rosalie wondered if when she finally found her own if they would be willing to wear leotards for her. She hoped that they cared about her enough to be wiling to do as Edward did and push past their discomfort for her. Not that Rosalie would want them to. It would just be nice if they cared about her enough to it.

“I did but we need to get in line soon if we want to get good seats.”Rosalie told her.

“I want to see the costume contest.”Emmett was really enjoying all the random people dressed up. He had seen a lot of cool costumes and an equal number of cringe worthy ones. The cringe worthy ones being his favorite.

“We were right thinking that it would be overrun with people dressed up as Bella Swan characters.”Lena had seen more costumes based on Bella’s films than any other fandom.

“I wish I wasn’t right about adults dressed like Lila from Little Genius.”Rosalie grimaced when she saw a middle aged, balding man with a very gross looking beard dressed in a school girl outfit covered in a lab coat.

“I think it’s funny.”Debby liked seeing the different costumes.

“There is nothing funny about that.”Edward pointed to a man dressed as a baby being pushed in a stroller by another man. He was even drinking from a bottle.

“Some people are into that.”Alice said.

“Who cares what they are into. Let’s go get a place in line.”Rosalie wanted to get a front row seat. Leading her family to the private room they were holding the panel she sneered at the people who tried to ask her for a photo or give her hug. She had wanted to dress sexy to get Bella’s attention but hadn’t really thought about how everyone else would react. She hated being objectified but took comfort in the fact that she wasn’t alone as there were plenty of women and even men that had throngs of people clamoring for their attention.

“We should have come earlier.”Emmett said when they reached the room and there was already a line of people waiting.

“This is the main panel I’m sure there will be plenty of seats.”Lena knew they would be able to fit inside.

“I wanted to be in the front row.”Rosalie grumbled.

“Even if you aren’t in the front row you still will get a chance to meet her when you get your autographs and picture taken.”Debby reminded her.

“That is true.”Thinking of getting to talk to Bella did make Rosalie feel better.

“It looks like they’re letting people in.”Alice said following the line of people into the room. She ducked under and slipped around a few people and was able to get them seats in the third row.

“Not bad Alice.”Emmett liked that the seats weren’t shoved together. It gave him space to stretch out. He figured it was that way to make room for everyone’s costumes.

“My size comes in handy at times.”Alice looked around the room.”It’s already packed in here.”

“Not only is Assassin’s Edge a popular movie Bella Swan is always a big draw. This being the first comic con she has done is probably another reason a lot of people are here.”Rosalie had been watching the con circuits like a hawk to see if Bella was going to attend. She didn’t care which one she would have gone to any to meet her. It was lucky for her that Bella chose Seattle. Rosalie perked up the she noticed a man walked up to the front of the stage holding a microphone.

“Alright everyone if I could have your attention.”The man gave the crowd a few moments to settle down.”Thank you. My name is Dan and I’m going to be your MC tonight. How this is going to work is that we are going to bring out the cast and director of Assassin’s Edge and I will asked them some question. There will be time at the end to take audience questions as well. So please let me introduce to you director Dean Margret and the actors of the film Ben Thomas, Rachel Labro, George Simble, Rebecca McKerge and last but not least a woman who needs no introduction Bella Swan.”

Rosalie cheered just as loud as the rest of the audience when Bella made her way onto to the stage. Bella was wearing a pair of skin tight black leather pants that showed off long toned legs and a green sleeveless blouse that hugged Bella’s upper torso and highlighted muscular arms with a hint of cleavage that had Rosalie swallowing the excess venom that was beginning to pool in her mouth. When Bella stopped in the middle of the stage and waved to the crowd Rosalie’s breath caught when they made eye contact.”Holy shit.”

“Rosalie what’s wrong?”Alice asked. Her sister was mid clap when she completely froze.

“She’s my mate.”Rosalie whispered.

“Wait what?”Alice was sure she misheard Rosalie.

“Bella Swan is my mate.”Rosalie told her.

“Everything makes so much sense now.”Alice couldn’t believe she never caught on. All this time Rosalie had strong reactions to Bella but no one had thought much of it. Now knowing they were mates Rosalie’s feelings made sense.

“What makes sense?”Lena asked.

“Bella Swan is Rosalie’s mate.”Alice was already mid plan on how she was going to get the two together.

“That’s so rad.”Emmett was very happy for his sister. Not only had she finally found her mate but it was a famous actress.

“What are you going to do?”Debby asked.

Rosalie sighed.”I don’t know.”

“Well you have to do something.”Alice said.

“I’ll think about it. For now I just want to pay attention to the panel.”Rosalie didn’t know how she was going to convince Bella to spend time with her. The woman was a famous actress who had people throwing themselves at her constantly. Rosalie needed to figure out how to come off as a normal person not some obsessed fan. Deciding on focusing on listening to the panel Rosalie pushed it to the back of her mind.

“I guess the first question should be for Bella. How does your character in Assassin’s Edge compare to Star Light?”Dan asked.

“Well both characters are completely different and equally as challenging to portray. It would be a great injustice to both charters to try and compare them.”Bella said.

“MARRY ME BELLA!!” A young woman in the audience shouted out.

“I’m sorry I’m not marriage material.”Bella replied.

Rosalie wondered what Bella meant by that. There were no rumors of her dating anyone but that didn’t mean Bella didn’t have relationships outside the public eye. Rosalie held back a growl thinking about Bella being in a relationship with anyone but her. Her saying she wasn’t marriage material was concerning. Did that mean Bella didn’t want to get married. Having a big wedding and getting married was Rosalie’s dream. She had planning her wedding since she was a little girl. Rosalie just had to figure out a way to convince Bella that marrying her was a good idea. The lights going out pulled Rosalie’s attention back to the stage.

“And here you have it the trailer for the new movie Assassin’s Midnight.”Dan said.

Rosalie leaned forward in her seat as she watched Bella’s character Ella in Assassin’s Midnight jump through a window firing two hand guns as she crashed through it. Rosalie loved watching Bella in action and knew that Bella did all her own stunts. When the trailer flashed to a scene with Bella naked in the shower Rosalie clenched her fist in her hands and reminded herself that it was just a movie. It helped a little bit but her beast was still upset with the fact that hundreds of people were seeing her mate in the shower. The only thing that kept her from murdering all of them was the fact that Bella never did nude scenes. That meant that she wasn’t completely naked.

“What did you think?”Alice asked Rosalie when the trailer was over.

“It looks amazing. I can’t wait to see it.”Rosalie wondered if there was a way for her to get into an advanced screening. She had tons of money there had to be a way to buy her way into one.

“Now we are going to take audience questions.”Dan said.

“Are you going to ask her something?”Debby asked.

“I’m going to wait until I meet her. That way it’s more personal.”Rosalie told her.

“Hello what’s your name and what’s your question?”Dan asked a young teenage girl dressed up like Star Light.

“My names Gina and my question is for Bella. Is Star Light ever going to get a love interest?”Gina asked.

“Well Gina that’s a question I’m asked a lot. The answer is I don’t know. She’s pretty busy saving the world and running her tech company so romance hasn’t been a big priority so far. However without giving any spoilers there is a new character that is going to appear in the 6th movie that makes Star Light reevaluate those priorities.”Bella winked at the girl when she finished speaking.

“That means she’s getting a love interest.”Emmett said.

“Let’s hope it’s not some big muscled man who takes over her life and saves her all the time.”Lena didn’t want the Star Light movies to turn into the clinched strong girl needs stronger man to save her.

“I doubt that Bella would let that happen.”Alice had read many articles about Bella championing for Star Light to be a strong independent woman who doesn’t rely on anyone. Alice didn’t think Bella would agree to dumb her down just to give her a love interest.

“Hi my name is John and my questions for Bella. Is it true that the character Star Light is actually a lesbian?”A boy who dressed up as Star Light’s side kick Moon Boy asked.

“I can neither confirm nor deny that Star Light is a lesbian. What I can confirm is that all will be revealed in the next movie.”Bella told him.

“Does that mean you wouldn’t mind if she was a lesbian?”John asked.

“I have no problem playing a character that is lesbian. I would even happily play a trans character. Everyone’s voice counts and if I have the opportunity to play someone who is member of the LGBTQIA community then I would happily take it. As long as the role is well written and is in no way derogatory to the community.”Bella said.

Rosalie clapped along with the rest of the crowd hearing Bella answer. Now she knew that Bella wasn’t against gay people and if she was reading it right Star Light might be coming out as a lesbian in the next film. She wondered if she could get Bella to tell her if it was true. Rosalie would love it if it was. The most famous and popular superhero in the world being a lesbian would be amazing. It would do wonderful things for the community. A community that Rosalie had been a part of all her life.

“We have time for one more question.”Dan said.

“My name is Alice and my question is for Bella. Why have you never been linked to anyone romantically?”Alice asked.

“What the fuck is she doing?”Rosalie hadn’t even noticed Alice had left her seat.

“She’s trying to find out information about your mate that you would be to shy to ask.”Lena wasn’t surprised that Alice took the initiative. Alice was always the outgoing one in the family.

“Well Alice I guess you can say that I haven’t found the right person to take a chance with.”Bella shrugged.”Maybe I’m too picky but no-one has caught my eye yet.”

“That’s all the time we have. Let’s give a round of applause to the director and cast of Assassin’s Edge.”Dan said.

Rosalie clapped along with the crowd as she watched Bella and the others walk off the stage. Now that she was out of sight Rosalie had the overwhelming urge to go find her. Until then she had a menace to deal with.”What the hell Alice!! Why would you ask her that?”

“It was a legitimate question. One I thought you would be happy I asked.”Alice didn’t know why Rosalie was upset.”You now know that she is single and isn’t planning on dating anyone anytime soon.”

“Still it’s rude to ask her such personal questions.”Rosalie told her.

“What’s done is done Rosalie. There is no use being upset about it.”Lena said.

“Yeah we need to go get in line for pictures. Bella’s scheduled to start in a half hour.”Emmett didn’t want Rosalie to miss her chance to meet her mate.

“I want to stop in the bathroom first to make sure my outfit still looks good.”Rosalie was going to make sure her hair still held its style and her outfit wasn’t out of place.

“You look great but we can stop on our way.”Alice knew Rosalie was nervous but she wasn’t worried. Bella was her mate. That meant they were meant to be together. It was how to get them together was what Alice was stuck on. Bella being the most famous person on the planet made this something that they would have to handle carefully. If they didn’t then police would get involved and vampires would be exposed. Both of those things would guarantee a visit from the Volturi. Something none of them wanted. So they would have to be extra careful not to overstep any legal boundaries. That meant the initial plan Alice had of stalking Bella wouldn’t work. It could be modified though so Alice wasn’t going to dismiss it just yet. She would have to brainstorm with the others because Rosalie deserved to be with her mate and if that meant Alice had to spend the night in jail to make that happen she would do it for Rosalie.
