“Hello your majesty.”Tanya greeted Queen Athenodora as the entered the castle’s theater. She was unsurprised that the queen was the one to meet them when they entered the room. Tanya did wonder if the queen was going to stay with them to watch the movie. She hoped not. Tanya wanted her family to get a chance to get to know Bella better and they wouldn’t be able to do that if the queen was there. Tanya also wouldn’t get the chance to cuddle her mate while they watched the movie together liked she planned. She may be allowed to hold Bella while she slept but Tanya was not allowed to have physical contact otherwise. Other than brief hugs when they met and when they parted. Tanya still hadn’t gotten to kiss her mate. Something that her vampire side was very angry about. It was all Tanya could do to stop herself from biting Bella’s neck and marking her claim.

“Hello.”Athenodora was not pleased that Bella wanted to hang out with the Cullens and the Denali sisters. She was hoping her daughter would want to spend the day with her parents. They were able to spend the morning together talking and being in each others company but after lunch Bella had asked to spend time with her mate and her friends.

“Thank you for allowing us to spend time with Bella.”Rosalie knew that the queen controlled Bella’s time and was happy that they were allowed the chance to hang out with the human. She had wanted to make sure Bella was alright ever since Tanya told them what happened with her parents.

“You’re welcome.”Athenodora replied. Turning her attention to her daughter the queen reminded her of the rules she set up.”You are to watch the movie that was picked out and are not allowed to sneak into the kitchen or have anyone else sneak into the kitchen to get you anymore snacks.”

“I know mom.”Bella wasn’t going to break the her mother’s rules. Even if she thought they were silly.

Athenodora gave Bella a hug and kissed her on the forehead.”If you need anything tell the guard outside the room and he will come get me or your father.”

“Thank you.”Bella squeezed her mother one more squeeze before letting go.

“Have fun with your friends.”Athenodora glared at the group.”If anything happens to her I am holding the group of you responsible.”

Tanya held back a flinch at the threat. Not that she was going to let anything happen to Bella.”We understand.”

“Good.”Athenodora glared again liking the way the group wilted when their eyes met. Once she felt they were suitably threatened she left the room.

“Hey Bella.”Alice went to her friend and carefully gave her a hug making sure not to hurt her arm.

“Hey Alice.”Bella moved from Alice’s hug to give Rosalie one next.”Hey Rosalie.”

Rosalie pulled back from the hug and looked Bella over.”How are you feeling?”

“My arm is still bugging me but overall I’m fine.”Bella immediately regretted her statement when Tanya rushed to her side.

“Your arm hurts? I need to tell the queen so she can call a doctor.”Tanya frantically ran through the many things that she could do to make Bella feel better.

Bella put her hand on Tanya’s arm to calm her down.”No I don’t need a doctor.”

“If you are hurting then yes you do.”Tanya made a move to get the guards but stopped when Bella stepped on front of her.

“Sweetheart I am perfectly fine. Yes, my arm hurts but no more than usual. Most of my discomfort is the fact that it is strapped to my body and I can’t use it. It prevents me from giving you a proper hug and that bugs me.”Bella told her.

Tanya smiled hearing Bella call her sweetheart and the human’s frustration at not being able to hug her. Giving into her instincts Tanya cradled Bella’s face in her hands and kissed her mate. Tanya had kissed many throughout her life but nothing could have prepared her for the overwhelming feelings of euphoria and arousal that flooded her body. Just as she was about to slip her tongue past Bella’s lips a throat clearing reminded her they were not alone. Pulling back she laid her forehead on Bella’s.”Was that alright?”

“More than alright.”Bella gave her another soft kiss before tucking herself into Tanya’s side to hide her blushing face from the room. Kate’s cheering not helping her embarrassment.

“That’s how’s it done Tanya.”Kate was happy for her sister. Tanya deserved a bit of happiness after the lifetime of sacrifices she made for the coven.

“Yes, well. I thought we were going to watch a movie.”Tanya wanted the attention off of Bella. Even if Tanya thought the human blushing was very cute.

“What movie are we watching?”Rosalie was of the same thought as Tanya. She wanted to help Bella get the attention off of her. Even though Rosalie found the whole situation adorable.

“Out of the choices my mother gave me I chose Rebecca.”Bella grabbed Tanya’s hand and led her to one of the seats.

“What do you mean your mother’s choices?”Irina asked as she took a seat next to Tanya with Kate, Alice and Jasper lined up next to her.

“My mother wants to make sure that the movies I watch are appropriate. I don’t know what the criteria for what that is but she refuses to let me watch any movie she hasn’t already seen. Most of them are older movies that have no nudity, violence or anything sexual.”Bella didn’t know why the queen thought that she shouldn’t watch those kind of movies but she didn’t fight her about it because she knew Athenodora was just trying to be a good parent.

Alice laughed.”She is really taking her role of mother seriously.”

“I wonder what she is going to do when you are turned. You will be a newborn with two mates.”Emmett said.

Tanya sighed just thinking about it.”She has already made it clear that Bella will be living in her and Caius’ wing of the castle until the remodel to add personal rooms for Bella is complete.”

“Wait if Bella is going to live in her parent’s rooms how are you guys going to spend time alone?”Kate asked.

“It’s only until the castle gets remodeled but until then the queen has promised that all of us are going to get our own private rooms. Carmen and Eleazar will be sharing of course.”Tanya told her.

“That won’t be to bad then.”Rosalie wasn’t surprised by the queen wanting Bella to live in their rooms. It was probably the safest place for Bella in the castle.

“Jane already has her own room so until Tanya’s is ready we can spend time there.”Bella wasn’t worried about getting alone time with her mates. She knew her parents wouldn’t stop her from spending time with them.

“I always forget you have a mate bond with Jane.”It still blew Emmett’s mind that Bella of all people was mated to the formable female member of the witch twins.

“That’s probably because you haven’t seen us together.”Bella said.

“When will she be back from her mission?”Jasper was interested in beating on the wolves. The things they had in store for Bella pissed him off and he was looking forward to using his gift on them to make them feel overwhelming fear.

“My parents think she will be home soon but I don’t know. I haven’t contacted her because I don’t want to distract her.”Bella did check her phone constantly to make sure she didn’t miss a message from Jane.

“I wish I could help you but with the wolves involved I can’t see anything.”Alice was upset she couldn’t ease her friend’s obvious worry but the wolves were a blank spot in her visions.

“I’m sure she will be perfectly fine.”Rosalie doubted that the wolves would even be able to touch Jane let alone hurt her.

“I know I just miss her. Even though she is busy when she is in the castle I at least see her throughout the day. She also messages me or takes a few minutes to give a call in-between duties. Having no contact makes me a little panicky.”Bella knew that Rosalie was right but it was hard telling her instincts that.

Tanya pulled Bella closer to her body being careful of her arm.”She will call you as soon as she gets a chance.”

“I bet she is feeling just as panicky as you are.”Irina figured Jane would be feeling worse because she was a newly mated vampire with a human mate that was injured.

“Well I for one am excited for her to get back. I want to fight the shifters.”Kate had been very excited when Tanya told them that they would get the opportunity to train with the guard. The wolves were just an added bonus.

“Me too.”Emmett and Rosalie had a very heated discussion about training with the guards. It had ended with them both agreeing that learning from them would beneficial to not only helping keep Bella safe but keeping each other safe.

“I’m happy I get to watch.”Bella was looking forward to seeing her family and friends fight the shifters. She knew based on the punishment that the crime they committed was very serious. That meant they deserved what they got.

“Are you going to kill them once you are turned or keep them alive for while?”Jasper asked.

“I’m going to keep them alive. That way the guard will be able to use them as training tools.”Bella told him.

“That’s a good idea.”After what they had planned for Bella Rosalie could think of nothing better than the wolves being used as training tools by the very thing they were born to destroy.

“What I want to know is when is hunt going to happen and can we join in?”Kate desperately wanted the chance to hunt down Carlisle and Edward. Bella’s parents as well for what they had done and what they had planned for her sister.

“I’m sure when it’s going to happen. Uncle Aro got the identity of the people who hurt me when I was with my mother so I think they may wait for them to be brought to the castle before it happens. That or they may do something else to those people.”Bella didn’t know what her family had planned for the people who abused her. She honestly didn’t want to know.

“I think they probably have something else planned for them.”Tanya wouldn’t be surprised if the royals decided to put together something extremely brutal for the people who hurt Bella.

“Hopefully we can be involved.”Rosalie wanted a chance at whoever thought it was ok to hurt Bella when she was a child. They deserved to be tortured to death for what they did.

“I’ll talk to my parents about that and letting you guys be involved in the hunt.”Bella wasn’t sure if her parents would allow it but she would ask.

“Thanks Bella.”Kate was sure if Bella was the one asking that the royals would say yes.

“How are you feeling about being turned?”Alice asked.

“Like I told my parents I’m excited to finally be able to feel the bonds fully.”Bella told her.

“Are you nervous about the actual turning?”Irina wasn’t asked before she was turned and wondered what Bella who knew what was going to happen was feeling.

“Mostly anxious to get it over with. I can tell how stressful it is to everyone that I’m still human. I know it won’t ease all your guy’s fears for my safety but it should at least stop the near panic my being human brings along with it.”Bella wasn’t expecting that once she was a vampire everyone would relax. She just hoped that it would make them calm down a little bit.

“It is stressful having you still human.”Ever since Tanya had found out about her mate bond with Bella she had been racked with worry about Bella getting mortally injured or deathly ill. Her getting the flu was overwhelming enough. Tanya didn’t want to know what it would be like if something worse happened.

“I want to tell you the stress will go away after Bella is changed but I’m afraid if anything it will get worse. Once Bella is a newborn and you mark each other you will probably be caught up in a mating haze. After it calms down you will be extra protective and possessive of your mate. The intensity of the feelings never fade you just learn how to control them enough to live your life.”Jasper had been around enough mated vampires to know that their feelings never lessened. No matter how much time had passed.

“Even after all these years it’s a struggle to hold back from killing anyone who looks at Emmett. I have just gotten good at talking myself down before I do it.”Rosalie constantly had to stop herself from killing humans and vampires that checked out her mate.

Tanya didn’t like the sound of that.”I thought that when she was changed these feelings would dull to a manageable level.”

“Not at all. Like Jasper said you just have to learn to control them.”Alice told her.

“Luckily it seems like Bella’s parents won’t let her be exposed to many other people. That should limit the number of people for you to try not to kill.”Irina said.

“At least there is that.”Tanya conceded Irina’s point. Bella’s parents obviously wanted Bella kept safe and away from others so there was no way anyone could hurt her. Something that Tanya completely supported. Even if it would restrict the time they had alone until Bella’s wing of the castle was finished Tanya was more than happy to have Bella staying in her parent’s rooms. Athenodora had told her about the secret passageways in them so that if something happened she could get Bella out of the castle. Tanya’s own rooms wouldn’t have such safeguards. That was the only reason she wasn’t putting up a fight on where Bella stayed.

“I hope they don’t expect me to hide away for the rest of my life. I don’t think it would be fun to spend eternity confined to a few rooms in the castle.”Bella was not willing to be that sheltered. The only reason she wasn’t fighting it now was because she was still human and it wouldn’t be safe for her to be exposed to a bunch of vampires.

“You’re going to be trouble when you are turned aren’t you?”Kate was already planning all the chaos she and Bella were going to cause once Bella was a vampire.

“I’m not going to be trouble.”Bella denied.”I just don’t want to be locked away. I have been controlled by my human parents all my life. They never let do anything or go anywhere. Now that I’m free of them I want a chance to enjoy life. I won’t one able to do that locked in the castle.”

Tanya sighed. She understood what Bella was saying. It was just that Tanya agreed with Bella’s parents. The world wasn’t safe for Bella to run around in. Going to Alaska was different because they were out in the middle of nowhere without another person to seen for hundreds of miles. They also knew every inch of their territory and could protect Bella from any threat. There was no way that Bella would be a hundred percent safe traveling to random places all over the world.”I know you don’t like it but it truly isn’t the best idea for you to travel much.”

“I’ll have guards and probably either my mother or both my mother and father with me the whole time. Plus you and Jane. I’ll be fine.”Bella wasn’t worried about her safety. She knew her parents would have the best guard members guarding her at all times. The there was Jane and her parents who were formidable in their own rights. Even if she hated the fact that she wouldn’t be able to go off alone she would accept the protection if it allowed her to travel.

“Let’s worry about it later. It likely won’t happen until your newborn period is over.”Rosalie quickly interjected before Tanya could reply. She wanted to stop the fight before it happened. Rosalie knew it would happen but she wanted a chance to help Bella prepare her argument. While she agreed that Bella wouldn’t be completely safe outside the castle, Rosalie didn’t think it was right to make Bella a prisoner in her own home. She wanted to speak to Bella privately to help Bella come up with some solid reasons before she brought it up to her parents.

“Yeah let’s watch the movie. I haven’t seen it before and am interested in seeing a film that Queen Athenodora decided was acceptable for Bella to watch.”Alice said. She was of the same thought as Rosalie. She wanted to stop a fight from breaking out. That and she to wanted a chance to help Bella with her argument. Alice had been making plans to travel with Bella since the first time she met the girl. Those plans would only happen if they had a case to present to the royals and Bella’s mates.

“Are you comfortable?”Tanya asked Bella. She had her arm wrapped around the human with Bella snuggled into her side. Getting a nod in reply Tanya sat back and to the watch the movie after Bella signaled the guard to start it. There were many things that Tanya had on her mind. The fact that Bella seemed so set on traveling around the world was the biggest. Tanya didn’t want to control what her mate did but it really wasn’t something she was willing to allow Bella to do. It was how to convince Bella that traveling wasn’t that exciting that Tanya needed to figure out. She knew that outright telling Bella no wouldn’t work so she needed to find a way to make Bella not want to go anywhere other than the castle and Alaska. Maybe they could buy a couple properties and update the security to their standard and offer to Bella to them. It would allow her to travel but not be around other people. Tanya thought that was a good idea. She would bring it up to Bella’s other bond mates later. Now she was going to enjoy spending some time cuddling her mate without the watchful eyes of Bella’s parents on them. Maybe if Tanya was lucky she would get another kiss.
