The Forgotten Sister 11

“Let’s not make a big production out of this. We need to leave soon.”Bella told the group that consisted of the Denali coven and the Cullens minus Edward, Carlisle, Esme and Tabitha. Rosalie had taken the lead and explained the situation to Tabitha and after agreeing that Edward would turn their child over to the kings the girl collected her belongings and went to stay at the reservation with the alpha of the wolf pack and his imprint. Bella had been surprised that Tabitha didn’t even take the time to say goodbye to Edward. It made her wonder what kind of relationship that they had that the newborn wouldn’t fight more for her mate. Bella couldn’t imagine not fighting for Athenodora. As was proven when she saved the queen and helped her kill Caius. Not that it was any of Bella’s concern. Her concern was killing the other three idiots and getting her family to Ireland to find the Irish coven. Something they needed to do soon because the remaining kings would likely be sending guard members to Forks to find out why the other guards never checked in.

“I guess that means I can’t reassemble Carlisle and Edward and beat the shit out of them.”Kate wanted a to chance make the pair feel pain before they died. They deserved it for thinking they could trick the Denali into giving them Bella’s location.

“Although they both deserve it we don’t have time.”Tanya also want a chance to beat on both men but they needed to be quick so they could move on.

“I’ll get Edward and his body parts.”Even if the didn’t have much time to beat on him Rosalie still wanted the chance to antagonize him.

“I’ll get Carlisle.”Jasper said.

“I’ll get Esme.”Emmett volunteered.

“I’m surprised you all aren’t fighting to keep Esme alive.”Irina had expected the Cullen children to be against the woman who claimed to be their mother being killed.

“She has had it coming for a long time.”Noticing the confused expressions Alice explained.”Esme will do anything to keep her image of the perfect mother. That includes trying to control our every move so we don’t step out of line. Myself and Jasper have been speaking to Rosalie and Emmett and had been planning on leaving the coven. We just hadn’t done it yet because we were still working out where to go and how to get away from Carlisle and Edward.”

“I doubt the pair of them would’ve let the four of you go peacefully.”Kate didn’t think Carlisle and Edward would want to lose not only Alice and Jasper’s gift but Emmett’s strength and Rosalie’s beauty.

“I always thought that Jasper and I were meant to join the Cullen coven to help Rosalie and Emmett. Now I’m thinking it’s because we are supposed to help you.”Alice may not always had visions of why things turned out the way they did but her gift did put her on the right path. That path had led her to standing with the Denali who were going to topple the vampire government and crown new leaders. It was something she was going to stand by side with them when they did it. Even if they didn’t need her help physically.

“Stranger things have happened.”Carmen could see why they would need Alice and her gift on their side. The small vampire could keep an eye on the kings for them. That would give them a way to counter any moves the royals made against them.

“I demand you put me back together and let me go!!”Edward’s voice bellowed as Rosalie carried him like a football out to the front yard.

“I told you the only place you’re going is in a fire.”Rosalie replied.

“The kings won’t let you get away with this!!”Carlisle shouted.

“After seeing us kill the guard do you really think we are scared of the kings?”Kate asked.

Carlisle glared at his children.“As your coven leader I order you to put me back together and let me go!”

“Like Rosalie told Edward the only place you’re going is in a fire.”Jasper told him.

“You can’t do this to us!!”Esme shouted.

“What you going to do about it? Ground us?”Alice was looking forward to finally being free of the trio. It was going too nice not to have Edward and Carlisle pestering her constantly to focus her gift on the things they wanted and to not have Esme force her to go on mother daughter trips with her. Ones Alice played along with while she bided her time with Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie waiting for the day they could get away without Carlisle and Edward coming after them. That or sending the kings after them.

“Should we take their heads off before we burn them?”Emmett asked.

“No I want each of them to feel their bodies burning.”Rosalie wanted the three to suffer the way they made her and the others suffer. She may have found Emmett after she became a vampire but she was still pissed at Carlisle for not letting her die. Especially because he changed her for Edward not for any noble reasons.

“Shit that’s cold Rosalie.”Kate didn’t think Rosalie would be so extreme.

“After all they have done to us and me personally they deserve no less.”Rosalie told her.

“What have I done to you? I saved you from dying on the street all alone choking on your own blood.”Carlisle should be getting unwavering loyalty from Rosalie not scorn.

Rosalie threw Edward to the ground and snatched Carlisle out of Jasper’s arms and held up by the throat so they were eye level.”Saved me!! You cursed me to a fate much worse than death. Worse than what those men did to me that night!”

“How can you say that? I gave you a good life and a good family. Let’s not forget without me you wouldn’t have Emmett!”Carlisle couldn’t believe that Rosalie would say something like that to him.

“If it was between me being with Rosalie or her never having to live with the suffering and trauma I would have happily let the bear finish me off.”Emmett was beyond grateful to have a life with Rosalie but he would trade it in a second to prevent Rosalie from having to live with all the flashbacks and triggers the night she was changed left her with. No amount of happiness was worth seeing the person you loved struggle so hard.

“Enough of this. Pile them up and light them on fire.”Bella didn’t want to deal with anymore of their drama. They had things to do.

“You can’t do this to us!! Do you know who I am?”Edward screeched as his torso was thrown on top of his limbs with Carlisle and Esme thrown on top of him.

“We know exactly who you are. A douchebag who should have been killed a long time ago.”Kate said.

“Does anyone have a lighter?”Tanya asked.

Bella pulled one out of her pocket.”Anyone who is joining us will need to have at least three lighters on their person at all times.”

“How come?”Alice wasn’t opposed to the idea she didn’t understand why they would need to.

“Because if you are involved going forward you are going to be doing a lot of fighting. That will lead to many bodies that will need to be burned. You will need a way to burn them so they don’t get a chance heal themself and come after us again.”Bella explained.

“Good point.”Emmett wouldn’t want to leave an enemy alive and let them regroup.

“I would ask if you had any last words but none of us want to hear anything you have to say.”Tanya ignored the trio’s replies, picked up Edward’s arm, lit his hand on fire and threw the limb on top of the pile.

Rosalie smiled brightly hearing their screams of pain and seeing the bodies burn. Once there was nothing but ash left she felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. Like she could finally breathe for the first time in her life.”That felt better than I expected it to.”

“We are finally free.”Alice couldn’t believe it was finally over.

“We aren’t free yet. We still have to deal with the situation with the Volturi.”While they were packing up their stuff Jasper and his mate had spoken about everything and the pair agreed the best thing for them to do was to go with the Denali. Jasper wasn’t excited about being involved in another war but knew the best thing for him and his mate was to align themselves with the Denali. After everything that happened Jasper had no doubt that kings would for them. They had only held off because of their respect of Carlisle. Not that Carlisle would have kept them safe much longer. It was obvious the man would do anything to that advisor role and Jasper fully believed that if he had been allowed to live Carlisle would traded him and Alice to get it.

“Speaking of that. What have each of you decided?”Tanya asked the group.

“I’m coming with you.”Heidi had been offered the choice of going with the Denali or being given the recourses to go on her own. Not only did she not want to leave her new family she had a grudge to settle with the kings. Bella had promised when it was time that Heidi would get to deliver the killing blow on Aro. There was no way she was going to miss that opportunity.

“We are going with you.”There was no way Rosalie was going to leave the Denali to deal with this on their own. Not that they really needed Rosalie’s help she just didn’t want to abandon the coven that she had been closer to than her own. The Denali had always treated her with respect and never pushed her to be anything over than what she wanted to be. Rosalie actually hoped to one day join the coven and once this was over she was going to ask if they would let her and Emmett. She was sure Jasper and Alice would want to as well. They had talked about it before. The only thing that stopped them was that Carlisle would know exactly where they were.

“We are as well.”Alice told them.

“Then pack up the things you don’t want to leave behind in one of your cars and we will store it on our private jet until you have a someplace to put it.”Tanya wasn’t sure she was happy with the four coming with them but she would allow it. The fact that the coven leader liked the young vampires and they really didn’t have any of place to go was also a deciding factor.

“We don’t have much.”Rosalie and Emmett didn’t put much stock in material items. They preferred to spend money on experiences more than objects. It was Edward who made everyone believe that Rosalie was a vain materialistic person. He hated Rosalie because she rejected him after she was turned and he did all he could to ruin her reputation.

“We only have a few boxes and some clothes.”Alice and Jasper always kept things that were important to them in a storage unit that the Cullens didn’t know about. That way if they could leave they wouldn’t have to worry about leaving anything behind. They only had some stuff with them to keep up appearances.

“Let’s get going. We need to get out of here because the Volturi should be inquiring about the missing guards soon.”Bella told them causing the group to break off to help with packing up the Cullen children’s belongings. She wasn’t pleased with how long this was taking. Bella also wasn’t pleased that they were taking the additional four vampires with them but she accepted it because her sister and Carmen and Eleazar asked her to let them. It was obvious they had a soft spot for them but Bella was of the opinion that they would slow them down and likely get in the way. She appreciated their willingness to get involved but they didn’t have any kind of training or experience that would be needed to help them. Bella held back a sigh. She had a feeling these weren’t going to be the last strays her coven collected and Bella wasn’t looking forward to having to be responsible for any more vampires. She was already keeping her family and mate safe she wasn’t sure she wanted to be tasked with anyone else. Bella would if her family asked her to but that didn’t mean she would like it.
