Opinions On Alice
Added 2024-01-18 13:01:38 +0000 UTCI’m working on a chapter of Expect The Unexpected (something that should be finished in a couple hours) and I had the Denali talking about Alice and Jasper. I wrote it the way I see their relationship is like. That being that Alice controls everything Jasper does. I feel like Alice is manipulative and uses her gift to make sure the future turns out the way she wants it. It was actually that trait that gave me the idea for Expect The Unexpected. That inspiration being the only positive thing I can attribute to Alice. What do you guys think?

I have to agree with agree with the opinions already stated. Honestly with her power and past it makes it hard for her to be anything else. Though I think it would be great to get a fic where either the denali or volturi or even the cullens help her overcome this need to constantly be in control cause I think she'd be happier if she wasn't

2024-01-18 15:42:45 +0000 UTCI agree when Alice lost her memories the lack of control she had was to much. In the beginning I believe she wanted to make her family happy. Over time I think it became more about manipulation. She wants the perfect family and she uses her gift to ensure she gets that. Even in the movie she manipulated Bella just as much as Edward did. She didn't want her hanging with wolves. Only to claim I can't see you when your with them. Jasper no goody to shoes to me. He fought for the south ppl he fought to keep slaves. Maria was replaced with Alice. There was no such thing as a southern gentleman back then.
