1. The name or band name you'd like to be used in a Hard Times article (noting that this will not be ABOUT your name or band name, but it will be used).
2. A brief description of your appearance/location so we can understand what upcoming article you'd be good to pose a photo for. (Do you look like a band guy? Do you look like a dad? Do you go to shows? etc)
