Bonded Through The Realms 8

“WHAT THE HELL!!”Hermione rolled her eyes hearing Bill Weasley’s voice.Looking around she noticed all the wands in the room pointed at her.They knew she was coming so it shouldn’t have been a surprise to them when she teleported herself into Sirius’ living room.It had been beyond easy to get through their wards and she was actually embarrassed for them with how weak they were.The fact that even though she wasn’t a secret keeper and could easily find the place was just pitiful.

“Put your wands down.”Harry had warned the group Hermione was coming and not to be hostile but it had already gone sideways.

“Which one of you got her past the wards?!You all were told she is not have free rein to come and go when she pleases.”Moody angrily shouted.

Hermione chuckled at the man.”You think I would be kept out by your first year magic.”

“How dare you..”Moody pulled his wand only to find it suddenly in Hermione’s hand.

“Yes, yes you’ve been bested by me once again.”Hermione pulled out her wand for just appearance sake and pointed it at Moody.The man tried to continue speaking but no sound came out.Realizing what Hermione had done he made an attempt to attack her only to find himself frozen spread eagle floating in the air.Ignoring the stunned expressions of the room’s occupants Hermione focused on Harry.”I told you I would defend myself.”

“Yes you did.No would you please let Moody go and give him back his wand?I’m sure he has learned his lesson and will refrain from attacking you again.”Harry was pissed that the stupid man couldn’t get over his own ego and thought it smart to attack the one person who they needed more than him.

“I think I’ll keep his wand for now.”Hermione waved her own wand releasing the man causing him to tumble to the floor.

Harry didn’t even give Moody a chance to open his mouth.”Enough.She will give it back to before we leave.”

“She better.”Moody grumbled as he was helped off the floor by Arthur Weasley.

Molly Weasley pointed her finger at Hermione.“Hermione that was uncalled for.You need to remember that you are not in charge here young lady and will do as you are told.Now give Moody back his wand and apologize.”

“Molly shut your mouth.”Harry continued before woman could speak again.”Hermione does not take orders from any of us and it is you who should remember that we need her help.Not the other way around.”

“Why is it you won’t marry me?”Ron asked.

“Maybe because I’m a lesbian and you are madly in love with Lavender.Or it could be because I hate your mother.”Hermione smiled when she heard Ginny snort out a laugh.

“How dare you.”Molly began but stopped when her husband put a hand on her arm.

“Molly be quiet.”Arthur scolded.

“Hello Hermione.”Andromeda greeted breaking the tension in the room.

“Hello Andromeda I didn’t expect to see you here.”Hermione had met Andromeda Tonks a couple times but was under the impression that she wasn’t a big fan of the Order.

“How many times do I have to tell you to call me Andy.”Andromeda corrected her.

“My apologies Andy.”Hermione wasn’t sure what to think of Andromeda’s happy demeanor.It didn’t fit with the mood of the room or the seriousness of the mission.It caused Hermione’s hackles to rise a bit because she had a feeling that something else was going on here and Andromeda knew what that was.

“Let’s get to why we are here.”Harry needed them to get on task before the meeting took another turn and Hermione hexed everyone and left.”Hermione were you able to make the fake prophesy?”

Hermione pulled a glowing blue orb out of her jacket pocket.”Easily.”

“What happens when they open it?”Nymphadora asked.

“They will still hear a prophesy but one I made up.”Hermione told her.

“What was the prophesy you made up?”Ginny asked.

“I may have worded it so they would believe that Harry is an elder dragon and not a young human.”Hermione shrugged at the various looks of disbelief she was receiving.

Ron laughed until tears started flowing.”Oh my god that’s epic.”

“It’s actually quite genius if you think about it.If the Dark Lord believes the prophesy then he will change his plans for how to defeat Harry.”Andromeda said.

“That just makes it even more important that we get the fake prophesy into the hands of the Death Eaters that will be there.”Harry wasn’t sure why he was surprised with what Hermione had done.It was just like her to strike a blow to the Dark Lord without having to get her hands dirty.”Now Hermione how are you going to get us into the ministry?”

“All we have to do is go through the fireplace and for a destination each of us needs to say minister of magic’s office.”Hermione told them.

“What the fuck!!How do you expect to get in to that office without being caught?”Moody asked.

Hermione rolled her eyes once again.”While you were here jerking off to the retelling of stories of the good old days I was in the ministry connecting the minster’s flu to this one.”

“You son of…”Moody moved to attack Hermione but was held back by Bill and Arthur Weasley.

“Anyway so when we get there what are we going to do?”Harry really should have not allowed anyone other than who Hermione wanted for the mission to be there.

Hermione pulled a rolled up map out of her jacket pocket and rolled it open on the coffee table.”This is a blue print of the ministry.Before you ask no I’m not going to tell you how I got and yes it is accurate.”

“Jesus what can’t you get your hands on?”Ron grumbled clearly impressed.

“So this is the hall of prophesy.”Hermione pointed to a room on the map ignoring Ron’s question.”The problem we will have are the security measures the ministry has taken to make sure no one breaks in.”

“What kind of security are we talking about?”Nymphadora asked.

“Well elite security officers that are authorized to kill on sight.”Hermione told them.

“How are we going to get passed them?”Ginny trusted Hermione but wasn’t so sure about how safe they would be.

“They won’t be a problem.The problem we will have is the wards we have to not only bypass to get to where we need to go but the ones we will have to put back once we are done.It’s not the wards themselves that are the problem it’s the change in shift for the guards.They have patrols that will come through every half hour so if the Dark Lord’s people screw around then we will get caught.”Hermione explained.

“Alright so what you’re saying is that the mission itself isn’t that hard it’s the timing that is the problem.”Harry concluded.

”I think that’s part of the trap though.”Noticing the confused expressions Hermione explained.”From my intel I learned that the patrols tonight will be coming through at 15 minutes past hour followed by 45 minutes past the hour every hour.It’s my belief that the enemy wants to time it so we get caught and arrested for breaking into the ministry while they escape.”

“How will they escape though?The ministry is warded against port keys or any type of apparition.”Andromeda mused.

“You are correct however a contact I have told me that there is a room in the department of mysteries where the wards don’t work.I think that’s were they are going to leave from.”Hermione told them.

“If that’s true then how do we not get caught?”Ron asked.

Hermione held up a bag of rings.”I made these port keys that when used will bring you right back here.All we have to do is get to the room and we can all get away safely.”

“Of course you were able to make port keys that bring you to a heavily warded secret location.”Ginny shook her head at the absurdity of the whole situation.

“Don’t worry I made enough for the rest of you as well.”Hermione told the room of shocked faces.

Harry cleared his throat.”Well thank you Hermione.I’m sure those will come in handy.”

“I sure as heck will feel better having one.”Nymphadora said.

“Who exactly are you wanting to come with you?”Harry asked.

“You, Ron, Ginny and myself.”Hermione didn’t trust anyone other the those three.

“Absolutely not.”Molly instantly objected.”They are just children and this is to dangerous.”

“We should get going if we want to make it in time to deal with the wards before the meeting.”Hermione said ignoring that Molly even spoke.

“Do we need to bring anything?”Ginny asked also ignoring her mother.

Hermione had up the satchel that was secured a-crossed her chest.”I promise I am more than prepared.”

“Wait just a minute.You are not going anywhere!!”Molly screeched.

“Shut up Molly.”Andromeda told her.

Molly stared opened mouthed at the woman.”You can’t speak to me like that.”

“I can speak to you anyway I want.Now sit down and shut up.The four of them need to focus on what they are doing and you screaming like a banshee isn’t going to help them.”Andromeda told her.

“Let’s go guys.”Hermione grabbed the flu powder and walked thought the fire after declaring her destination.She didn’t bother waiting for any replies as she knew if they stuck around there would just be more fighting.Harry had promised she wouldn’t have to deal with it and after this mission was over if he asked her to help him again she was going to use it as a reason not to.Hermione had enough going on in her life she didn’t need to waste her time dealing with a bunch of immature adults.
