“I totally get why humans love spas so much.I really liked the massage.”Kate said as she reclined in her chair while a woman was giving her a pedicure.Once the the group had gotten to the hotel Bella had arranged for Rosalie,Kate and her sisters to spend time in the hotel spa.They had been treated to massages, facials and manicures already and each of the women were enjoying themselves.It was the first time any of them had experienced such things and Kate made a promise to herself that she would be visiting spas regularly from then on.

“I enjoy the ones Bella gives me.”Rosalie didn’t get a massage because she was uncomfortable with someone other than Bella touching her body that way.

“I wonder if Sebastian would be willing to give me a massage.”Irina was probably getting ahead of herself.She and Sebastian hadn’t even kissed yet it was too soon to be thinking about having his hands on her naked body.

Rosalie made a face.”Let’s not talk about my son giving you a massage.”

“You consider Sebastian your son?”Tanya asked.She too was enjoying the spa treatments and was planning on thanking Bella again later for arranging for her and her sisters to share the experience with Rosalie.

“Not only do I consider him my son but Sebastian considers me his other mother.”Rosalie told them.

“Didn’t you just meet him though?”Kate was sure that they were told that Rosalie had only recently reunited with Bella.

“Bella has been telling Sebastian about me all his life.After he was old enough he traveled with her when she searched for me.”Rosalie was still amazed at the lengths Bella went to find her.

“The fact that she never gave up proves how much she loves you.”Irina could easily see how devoted Bella was Rosalie.The fae went out of her way to make Rosalie happy.Case in point turning not only her sibling but the Denali human, giving them the shield and immortality just because Rosalie asked her to.

“Bella has always gone out of her way to show me how much she cares about me.”Rosalie never doubted Bella’s love for her.Her mate was known for her romantic gestures.

“I hope one day I find a mate who treats me like that.”Kate said.

“There is someone out there for you Kate don’t worry.”Tanya assured her.She had the same hope but knew it would happen.The proof being Irina finding Sebastian.

“So where are you and Bella going for your date?”Irina asked Rosalie.

“Bella is taking me to dinner and then we will see.”Bella promised Rosalie a surprise after dinner and Rosalie knew it was going to be something she would like.

“Are you worried about being seen in public?”Tanya didn’t know if Rosalie wanted her relationship out in the open.

“I was at first but I realized that if I want to be with Bella then I have to get over my natural instinct to not be recognized.”Rosalie wasn’t that happy with the attention they no doubt were going to get but it was part of being with Bella and that made it worth it.

“You are going to be very famous.”Irina said.

“If you are going to be with Sebastian so are you.”Rosalie told her.

“I haven’t even thought about that.”Irina hadn’t even thought about Sebastian’s fame.To her he was just her mate not the famous rock star he was to the rest of the world.

“It’s not fair that Irina gets to be famous.Out of the three of us it should me who is loved by the public.”Kate had always wanted to be famous but it wasn’t an option because she was vampire.

“I don’t think the public can handle you Kate.”Tanya said.

“This is the reason I should take over as lead guitarist for Bella.It’s the perfect way to get fame.”Kate was going to bring it up to Bella the next time she saw her.

“Sebastian is the lead guitarist.”Rosalie reminded her.

“Yeah but he can play other instruments so he wouldn’t lose his place in the band if I played guitar.”Kate didn’t see the big deal with her playing guitar in Bella’s band.

“Sebastian doesn’t want to play any other instrument.He likes playing guitar.”Rosalie knew that Sebastian liked being able to move around the stage so he could interact with the crowd.

“Then maybe he can play bass.”Kate suggested.

“Why can’t you play bass?”Irina asked.

“Because everyone hates the bass player.They are alway the lamest member of the band.”Kate was never going to lower herself to the level of bass player.

“I thought that was the keyboard player.”Tanya said.

“No the keyboard player gets props because they can do rad solos.Have you ever heard a bass solo?You can’t jam out to them.No, if I’m going to play before a huge crowd I want them to get hyped up listening to my amazing skills.”Kate told her.

“Do you even have amazing skills?”Rosalie had never heard Kate play the guitar before and didn’t know if she was any good.

“Of course I do.I’ve been playing guitar for centuries.I got my first one a few years after the were invented.”Kate missed the strange looks the pedicurist were giving her at that statement.

“Stop exaggerating Kate.You weren’t even born that long ago.”When Kate opened her mouth to argue Tanya glared at her and nodded in the direction of the humans.

“Oh course I wasn’t.I’m only 24.”Kate would have to watch what she said from now on if they were around humans more.She hadn’t been around many in over a thousand years so it would take some time to get use to.”That’s besides the point though.”

“What was the original point?”Irina asked.

“The original point was that I should be the lead guitarist in Bella’s band.”Kate said.

“I bet if you ask her Bella would let you play with the local bands that do the encores with her.”Bella had mentioned it to Rosalie as a way to dissuade Kate from pressuring Sebastian to give up his spot in the band.

“I think that would be a good compromise.”Tanya knew that Kate wouldn’t let the subject go and she didn’t want Bella to get annoyed with them and kick them off the tour.It would break Irina’s heart if she was forced to choose between her mate and her sisters.

“It would give me a way to prove how good I am.”Kate would prefer being in Bella’s band but playing with the encore bands would be a good way to show off her skills.

“I’ll talk to Bella about it.She is practicing with all three bands tomorrow.If she agrees you can go with us.”Rosalie hoped that playing with the encore bands would make Kate give up on taking Sebastian’s spot.If not Bella would have to step in and Rosalie didn’t want her mate to get annoyed and not let her siblings join them.

“I can’t wait until Emmet gets here so I have someone to go to the after parties with.”Kate said.

“You will not be attending any parties.”Tanya shot that down right away.She didn’t want to deal with a drunk Kate and would use her position as coven leader to stop it from happening if she had to.

“We’ll see.”Kate didn’t take Tanya’s disapproval seriously.She knew that with Emmett’s help they would be able to sneak away.

“Speaking of your siblings when are they joining us?”Irina asked.

“Emmett and Veronica will be meeting us in LA for those shows and Alice and Jasper are going to come for the last week of the tour.”Rosalie was looking forward to having her family all together again.She missed them when they all split up to travel.

“Have you heard anything from Carlisle?”Tanya was really asking if they had been woken up yet.

Rosalie easily picked up on what Tanya was saying.”He will probably be on his way to Italy by now.”

“You think he will go straight to the kings?”Irina had expected Carlisle to take care of the situation himself not ask for help from the royals.

“It would make sense.Especially with how Bella’s guards took them out so easily.”If Kate was in Carlisle’s position she would want access to the Volturi guard.

“Are you we going to have to worry about them?”Tanya wanted to be prepared if the kings came after them.

Rosalie shook her head.”We will be fine.Bella’s people will take care of any threats that come.”

“And we all saw how skilled they are.”Irina felt a lot better knowing that Bella’s guards were protecting them.

“True they are better trained than the royal guard.”Kate was still planning on asking some of them if they would teach her some of their skills as she had never seen their type of fighting style before.

“What do you think is going happen to Esme?”Irina asked.

“Nothing good.Carlisle is hell bent on revenge.I mean the man attacked her when she disagreed with him.The only hope Esme has of a peaceful life is if the kings let Carlisle live in the castle again.There she would have people to talk to and wouldn’t be forced to be in close quarters with Carlisle.”Tanya knew that if Esme was forced to live in a house with just Carlisle, Edward and his human mate that Carlisle would likely kill the woman.He was so far into his madness that he was able to go against the mate bond and hurt Esme.Tanya had no doubt he wouldn’t hesitate to kill her if she went against him.

“I wish there there was something we could do for her but even Bella can’t help.”Rosalie felt horrible that Esme was stuck in her situation but unless someone could break the mate bond then there was nothing anyone could do.

“If Bella doesn’t have a way then I doubt anyone else would either.”Irina said.

“I guess the only thing we can do is be there for her if she needs us.”Tanya wouldn’t turn her back on Esme but would be cautious of having her in her life.She was a package deal with Carlisle and Tanya wanted nothing to do with the man.

“You’re all done miss Hale.”The woman doing Rosalie’s pedicure said once she finished painting Rosalie’s toe nails.

“Thank you.”Looking at her feet Rosalie marveled at how different her human body was compared to her vampire one.Rosalie was grateful that her body was no longer made up of cold, hard stone.Being human again made her feel much more feminine in the way that she was all soft curves and delicate skin.

“You’re done as well.”Tanya’s pedicurist told her.Irina and Kate’s following after.

“Thank you.”Tanya said as she stood up from her chair and slipped her feet into the slippers they were provided.

“I guess we should change and go back to the room.”Kate was sad her spa experience was over but knew that there were going to more in the future.

“What are you guys doing tonight?”Rosalie asked once they all were in the changing room.

“Sebastian is taking us to a club to go dancing.”Irina wished that it was just her and Sebastian going but was happy to be able to visit her first club without having to deal with blood lust with her sisters.

“That sounds like fun.”Rosalie would have liked to go with them but wasn’t going to change her plans with Bella.

“It will be nice to be able to dance without having to hold back.”Tanya was looking forward to mixing with humans without worrying about losing control and killing one.

“The last time we went dancing Irina broke that guy that touched her butt’s arm.”Kate chuckled at the memory.

“I’m sure Sebastian will make sure you aren’t harassed.”Rosalie knew her son would be the perfect gentlemen and make sure nothing nothing happened to the sisters.Even if he knew they could take care of themselves.

“I can’t wait to dance with him.”Irina already had a list of slow songs she was going to pay the dj to play for her so she could feel Sebastian’s arms around her.

“Well if you want that to happen we should get back to our rooms to get ready.”Tanya said as she put her robe in one of the laundry bins after she was dressed.

“Yeah I need time to get dressed before my date with Bella.”Rosalie didn’t have anything to wear out of her own wardrobe but Bella arranged for a personal stylist to go shopping for Rosalie and have the clothes delivered to their room so Rosalie could choose.Rosalie wasn’t sure if the woman would pick out something Rosalie would actually wear but it was the easiest option as Rosalie didn’t have enough time to go on her own.Not that it really mattered what she wore.Rosalie wouldn’t have cared if they both wore burlap sacks and got food from a street vendor.She was going to fulfill her lifelong dream of sharing a meal with Bella out in public were they didn’t have to pretend they weren’t together.The night would be perfect Rosalie was sure of it.
