Every Time It's You 33

“Do you think she will come?” Emmett asked Rosalie.They were sitting in the Cullen’s living room with members of the Denali coven and the Irish coven discussing what they should do about this new threat. It had been a week since Alice had a vision of an army of vampires descending on them being led by Edward. Alice only had that one vision of the event and it lacked many details. It had been easy to gather all their allies as the Irish coven were spending time with the Denali and Kate and Garrett had been able to get home in a day.

“I don’t know. I hope so.” Rosalie knew he was talking about Isabella. It had been 5 months since the vampire had last been there. Rosalie had missed Isabella terribly and had been expecting her to return by now to visit.

“There isn’t anyway to contact her?” Tanya asked. She figured if anyone could it would be Rosalie.

Before Rosalie could reply the sound of something crashing through the forest in front of their home caught everyone’s attention. Racing outside Rosalie instantly became concerned at the sight of two vampires, one she thought was Isabella,pulling themselves out of a tree. When the vampires stood and Rosalie got a look at both their faces she gasped.

“What the hell Rosalie? Why would you do something so dangerous?!! You could have been hurt!!” Isabella yelled.

“I didn’t want you to leave again. You were gone to long last time.” Rosalie said defensively.

“Do you understand the consequences of what you have done?” Isabella couldn’t believe Rosalie would do something so irresponsible.

“I don’t care about the consequences! I care about you!” Rosalie wasn’t going to apologize for what she did.

Isabella felt her anger melt away at the look of hurt in her friend’s eyes. Opening her arms she pulled Rosalie into a hug. “I know. I care about you to. I just worry.”

“And you don’t think I worry?” Rosalie snuggled into Isabella’s arms.

“Ok wait a second, what the fuck is going on?” Kate asked.

Isabella pulled out of the embrace and faced the group of vampires watching them. “It’s good to see you all even though I doubt I was pulled here for positive reasons.That being said. Everyone this is my Rosalie. Rosalie this is everyone.”

“What the hell?” Emmett couldn’t understand what he was seeing. He looked at his mate and then back to her vampire twin. He didn’t feel any attraction to new comer it was just weird seeing two of her.

“I thought you couldn’t bring people with you?” Carlisle was sure Isabella had told them that.

“I can’t. That’s what makes this so dangerous. Now Rosalie is here and I don’t know if I can take her home.” Isabella hoped this wouldn’t cause problems but this was something she hadn’t dealt with before.

“I didn’t think of that when I lunged at you.” Rosalie hadn’t really thought about anything except to keep Isabella in their dimension.

“Well there is nothing to do about it now. At least until we deal with this threat and I can actually leave.” Isabella said.

Rosalie having shook off her surprised rushed to Isabella and wrapped her arms around her friend. “I missed you so much.”

“I missed you to Rosalie.” Isabella had wanted to visit sooner but her family and friends still hadn’t accepted the fact that she was alright.

“So you’re the person Isabella gave my hover bike to.” Rosalie had been upset when Isabella had told her but only because she had gotten it from the dimension where time was slow. Rosalie wanted a hover bike but didn’t want to be apart from Isabella for however long it took her to get one.

“Sorry.” Rosalie wasn’t really sorry as she loved the bike. She used it often and even sometimes let Kate ride it. Only when she was supervised though.

“So Rosalie.” Carlisle paused when both women turned to look at him. “We need to figure out a nickname for one of you so that we don’t get confused.”

“I don’t mind if you call me Rose.”Isabella had introduced her to the flower and she had liked when Isabella called her that.

“Good then, as I was saying. So Rose you are from Isabella’s dimension then?” Carlisle asked.

Rose nodded. “This is the first time I have been able to travel with her.”

“You’ve tried before?” Garrett wondered if this meant others could travel with Isabella.

“Yes, numerous times. It has never worked though.” Rose wondered what was different about this time.

“Amazing.” Eleazar murmured. “Do you think now you will be able to take others with you?”

Isabella saw the looks of interest in most of the group’s eyes and wanted to quickly squash any ideas they had about traveling with her. “I am not going to try taking anyone else with me. I don’t travel for vacation and am not willing to play tour guide.”

“Understandable.” Carlisle was disappointed but not deterred. If this was the first time Isabella traveled with someone then maybe she was just in shock from the possibility. He would wait a few days and then ask her if she would take him.

“What are all of those black boxes?” Emmett asked. Scattered around the destruction Rose and Isabella caused were five industrial grade black boxes.

“Well Rose and I were delivering some supplies to a vampire community when I was forced to come here. She tackled me and the boxes must have been touching us when I traveled.” Isabella and Rose had been carrying eight boxes so she figured that Rose must have dropped hers as she lunged. “I hope no one else finds the other boxes.”

“That would be bad.” Rose agreed.

“What’s in them?” Kate asked excitedly.

“Nothing for us.” Tanya didn’t want anyone getting it in their head that they would get whatever Isabella had brought with her. Walking up to Isabella she gave the vampire a hug. “It’s good to see you again Isabella.”

“It’s good to see you to Tanya.” Isabella said.

“You know I can see how you were freaked out the first time you traveled. Seeing your mate but not feeling any kind of bond with them is disturbing.” Rose had seen Emmett and was startled by the fact her mate was there but she didn’t have any feelings except indifference for him.

“I told you. It’s weird seeing Tanya so many times and it not being her.” Isabella still couldn’t wrap her mind around seeing her mate and them not being her actual mate.

“Oh wow.Carmen and Eleazar are here. I’m surprised they are hanging out with the Cullens. Especially since it seems they haven’t started fighting yet.” Rose said.

“What do you mean?” Eleazar asked.

“In my dimension you don’t get along with the Cullens at all. You all have been brought before the queens numerous times because of all the damage the group of you cause. Many times Isabella and I or members of the guard have had to clean up the messes you guys make when you go at it.” Rose told them.

“Seriously?”Kate couldn’t see Eleazar and Carmen attacking anyone let alone the Cullens.

“Oh yeah. It’s usually Carlisle who starts it.” Rose said.

“Carlisle starts fights with Eleazar and Carmen?” Irina didn’t believe that for a second.

“Maybe not here but from where I’m from him and Eleazar can’t stand each other. Add Edward to the mix and it turns into a brawl. Where is Edward?” Rose noticed that everyone was present except for Edward.

“That is actually why you are here.” Tanya said.

Isabella scanned the crowd focussing her attention on Bella. “Why am I still human?”

“Bella is planning on going on a trip with her father. After that we were going to stage an accident and change her.” Tanya was somewhat embarrassed that Isabella was here to clean up her mess. If she had changed Bella maybe Edward would have left them alone.

“Let me guess. Edward is forming some kind of army in hopes to get Bella away from you.” Isabella sighed when she got nods in reply. “I hate it when I meet Edward as a human.”

“Why haven’t you killed him yet?” Rose asked.

“We can’t just kill my son.” Carlisle was outraged at the thought.

“So you are just going to let him form an army to kill you and then what? Let him go after giving him a stern lecture.” Rose smiled when she heard Rosalie laugh.

“I like you.” Rosalie told her counterpart. She had said they should kill Edward and be done with it but had been shot down because of Carlisle and Esme.

“Edward is just misguided right now. I’m sure that if I can speak to him I can set him on the right path.” Carlisle was sure of it.

Rose chuckled. “This is one of the reasons Eleazar and Carmen fight with you. Your unnatural love of Edward. I see it follows over to different versions of you.”

“Is he just as bad in other dimensions?” Rosalie asked.

“You wouldn’t believe how many times I get pulled somewhere because of Edward and Carlisle.” Isabella told them. “But back to Rose’s point. Why haven’t you just killed him?”

“We are not…” Carlisle began only to be cut off by Rose.

“You do not speak for everyone.” Rose growled. She wasn’t going to deal with Carlisle trying to make all the decisions. “Isabella will tell you when she wants your input. Until then keep your mouth shut.”

“You can’t just come here and…..”Carlisle began again only to find himself flat on his back with Rose’s hand around his throat.

“I can do anything I want. That includes removing your head.” Rose squeezed his throat to make her point.

“Rose that’s enough.” Isabella would love to see any version of Carlisle get his ass kicked but they had more important things to discuss. “He’s an idiot but harmless to any of us. Just ignore him.”

Rose gave Carlisle’s neck one final squeeze before she released him and returned to Isabella’s side. She smiled when Isabella wrapped her arm around her shoulders. “Sorry.”

“What are you sorry for? I have been dying to do that to him. I just have to be more polite to get people to follow my lead.” Isabella told her.

“Anyway.” Tanya said trying to get them back on track. Rosalie had told her about Isabella’s hatred of having to deal with Carlisle and Eleazar. She was surprised with what Rose had done and hoped that Carlisle didn’t ruin any of the goodwill they had with Isabella. It wouldn’t be good if they pissed her off and she refused to help them. “The reason we haven’t killed Edward is because we don’t know where he is.”

“What attempts have you made at trying to find him?” Isabella asked.

“I have been meditating and trying to have more visions but I’ve only had the original one that tipped us off to his plan.” Alice had wished she had more to tell Isabella but she didn’t.

“Is that all? Have you gone to his last known location and searched for clues?” Isabella wasn’t sure why she was surprised they hadn’t done more. These people didn’t even know about their gifts.

“Honestly we have been waiting for you.” Emmett admitted.

Rose looked at the frustration on Isabella’s face. That look made any of the excitement of having finally been able to travel with Isabella fade completely. “I now understand why you are so stressed when you come home from these trips.”

“Alright Tanya, Rosalie, Liam,Siobhan,and Jasper you’re with me and Rose. We will work out a plan for going forward and let the rest of you know what we decide.” Isabella picked those five because they were the most responsible out of the group.

“What about me?I’m a coven leader I should have a say in how my coven is used.” Carlisle said.

Rose sneered at the man.“You should go somewhere and come to terms with your son dying.”

“How dare you..” Before Rose could take Carlisle down again Tanya interfered.

“Carlisle you are to invested in this and would not be able to make decisions without being emotionally involved. Why don’t you go and spent time with Esme and calm down.” Tanya knew that if Carlisle didn’t leave them alone Rose would probably take a couple of his limbs.

“Fine but you will not order around my coven.” Carlisle huffed. He wasn’t going to let anyone come in and tell him how to run his family. It didn’t matter who they were.

“Do we have a place we can work?” Isabella asked.

“We can use the office at my house.”Tanya offered. Not only would they have more room to work but it would get them away from the rest of the group.

“Let me just grab these boxes and we can get going.” Isabella didn’t trust leaving the boxes unattended.

“I’ll help.” Rosalie was more than happy to go to Tanya’s house. The last two times Isabella had come she had been easy going and accommodating. This time it was obvious she was irritated and annoyed with all of them. Rosalie couldn’t blame her though. Bella was still human which was a problem within itself and now they were dealing with Edward who Rosalie had wanted to search out right away and kill. She had been outvoted however because no one wanted to upset Carlisle and Esme without cause. It was because of both of those things that Isabella was once again pulled from her life against her will and this time Isabella had the added stress of Rose being with her. As she followed her friend through the woods to Tanya’s house Rosalie hoped that she would at least get an hour or so to catch up with Isabella and maybe get a chance to talk to Rose. Isabella had told Rosalie all about her and Rosalie wanted to get to know her counterpart. That would have to wait until they had a plan laid out though and hopefully it would be decided on soon. The longer they left Edward alone the more time he had to bring his plans to fruition and Rosalie didn’t want him to succeed.
