“And remember to tell him that Bowser is the best character to play Mario Kart with. I mean Mario is cool and all but you can’t get any more badass than the King of the Koopa race. All that’s in the book I got him.” Emmett said as he followed Isabella out to the front lawn. She had been gathering all the gifts she had gotten for her people and Emmett had taken to explaining to her once again the video games and system he got her Emmett.

“And Mario is a very famous character that I shouldn’t judge just because he is a plumber?” Isabella asked.

“Exactly.” Emmett replied.

“How about you give her a chance to say good bye to everyone Emmett.” Rosalie knew if left alone Emmett would continue giving Isabella detailed instructions on each individual game he bought for his counterpart.

Isabella gave Rosalie a grateful look as she put the final bag of things she was taking home in the pile. She had come there with one large duffle bag and now she was going home with six duffle bags, the biggest backpack she had ever seen and a box she was given to by Kate with the instructions Isabella’s Kate be the only one to open it. She wasn’t sure what was inside and although worried mostly she didn’t want to know. When she and Rosalie had been shopping online it seemed everyone decided they wanted to send something to Isabella’s version of themselves. Even the Irish coven got involved. She was going to have a lot of happy people in her life when she got home because usually she was the one who picked out gifts not her friends’ other selves.

“So what did you decide to do about the hover bike?” Kate asked. She wanted to know if Isabella was going to take it back with her and if not who was going to get ownership over it.

“I have decided that Rosalie can have the hover bike and I will just get my Rosalie one another time.” Isabella told her.

“Oh man.” Kate groaned. Now she was never going to get to ride it again.

Rosalie smirked at Kate.“Thank you Isabella.”

“It’s no problem.” Isabella wanted to go back to that dimension anyway because of some of the plants she had seen she wanted to get Tanya. That Tanya had told her about one that enhanced a vampires gift if mixed with some other things that she wanted to investigate.

“So I guess this is it.” Carlisle along with everyone involved in the newborn fight including the wolves stood around his front yard that had become the unofficial hangout spot.

“Yup. My work here is done.” Isabella said.

“Will we see again?” Eleazar asked.

“Maybe but if Tanya and Bella get into trouble then definitely.” Isabella hoped the next time she visited wasn’t because she was pulled there.

“They do seem to attract danger like magnets.” Irina said as she approached Isabella and gave her a hug. “Thank you for all you have done not only helping my sisters and I find our mates but giving us the skills to keep them safe.”

Maggie stepped in after Irina released Isabella. “Yeah, thank you for everything.”

“It’s no problem.” Isabella assured her.

“I know we can never repay you for what you have done for us but if you ever need anything let us know and myself and the rest of our coven will come to your aide.” Siobhan told Isabella as she clasped arms with her in a warrior hold.

“Anything.” Liam reiterated.

Isabella shook Liam’s hand. “I will.”

“I guess it’s our turn.” Sam said.

Isabella smiled as the tall man pulled her into a hug. “It’s been an honor fighting beside you and your pack Sam.”

“I assure you the honor is ours.” Sam pulled away to let the other wolves give Isabella hugs as well. He was surprised to find he was going to miss the vampire.

After the last wolf hugged her Isabella pulled out a pouch filled with a dozen vials. “Here is the rest of the healing serum and the pain medication I have with me. Use it well.”

“This will help many of my people.” Sam held the pouch in his hand carefully worried about breaking the vials. They would be a great help to not only his pack but future packs as well so he didn’t want to lose even one of them.

“If I return I will bring more.” Isabella told him.

“Goodbye friend.” Sam said as he signaled for the rest of his pack to follow him back home.

Alice watched as the wolves left. “I’m surprised how close you got to the wolves.”

“They were more willing to offer friendship than other shifters I have met.” Isabella said.

“Anyway. It was good seeing you and thank you for once again helping myself and Jasper.” Alice said giving Isabella a hug as Jasper nodded his head in agreement.

Carlisle held out his hand for her to shake.“Hopefully next time you come back for a visit. I have so many things I want to ask you about that I didn’t get to brush the surface of this time.”

“I look forward to it.” Isabella lied. If she came back to visit she wouldn’t be coming to talk to Carlisle.

“Thank you for showing me a different way of using my gift. I know that if we have any future battles it will be of great help.” Eleazar said as he shook Isabella’s hand. Isabella had to refrain from looking at her watch as this was taking a lot longer than she would have liked.

Kate pulled Isabella into a big hug. “I’m going to miss you and your craziness.”

“I’ll miss you to Kate.” Isabella really would miss her.This Kate was a lot like her own and after spending time with her this visit Isabella had become fond of the blond.

“Maybe next time you come back you can bring me my own sword.” Kate said only to be cut off by Tanya.

“She will not be making you a sword Katerina.” Tanya wasn’t going to let that happen. She hadn’t gotten a chance to speak to Isabella about what she wanted her to bring back but didn’t think it would be appropriate in front of everyone. She would have to talk to Rosalie later about what they had spoken about. Tanya was sure at one point the topic of Isabella returning was brought up. The bond was obvious between the two vampires and Tanya doubted that Isabella would refuse to visit Rosalie again.

“You’re no fun.” Kate grumbled letting Isabella go. “Anyway thanks for the training and helping Garrett learn how to use his gift.

Isabella wasn’t going to get into the fact that Garrett didn't actually have a gift. It would just be more wasted time. “It was no problem and if I come back I’ll bring you something. Maybe not a sword but I’m sure my Kate will find something cool for you.”

“I would love that!!” Kate smiled brightly at the idea. She bet if her counterpart was as cool as Isabella made her out to be then she would be getting something incredible.

“What about your Emmett? Would he send me something?” Emmett asked excited about the idea of getting a gift from another dimension. He knew Rosalie got a couple things but he wanted something of his own. Hopefully a robot.

“I’ll talk to my Emmet for you.” Isabella laughed when Emmett pulled her into his arms and spun her around.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you!!” Emmett exclaimed happily.

“Put her down Emmett.” Rosalie scolded. “If you hurt her I bet her Tanya and her Rosalie won’t let her bring you anything. Heck they probably wouldn’t let her come back to visit.”

Emmett set Isabella down. “Sorry.”

“It’s alright.” Isabella assured him. She then turned her attention to Tanya. “So.”

“So” Tanya replied. “I think this is the part where I make a grand speech about me being in your debt for all the things you have done for and given us. Then I tell you how I can never repay you but if you ever need me I will be at your side in a minute.”

Isabella smiled. “Then after you finish I would dismiss your thanks and offers of repayment reminding you instead that I would do it a thousand times over because I love so much.”

“I guess we can skip that part huh?” Tanya asked.

“Yeah I guess we can.” Isabella agreed.

Tanya happily let herself be pulled into a hug by Isabella. “Thank you my friend.”

“It was no big deal. You would have done the same if you were in my position.” Isabella said.

“I don’t know about that but I will miss you. If you ever come back to visit let me know. I’ll give you a proper tour of Alaska and our home.” Tanya told her.

“I would like that.” Isabella then turned her attention to the last person left. Instead of saying anything she just opened her arms.

Rosalie didn’t even hesitate to rush to Isabella nor did she feel any embarrassment when she felt her eyes filling with tears that would never fall. “I don’t want you to go.”

“A part of me doesn’t want to go either but I don’t belong here.” Isabella wished she could take Rosalie with her but that wasn’t possible.

“You’ll come back though right?” Rosalie asked as she buried her head into Isabella’s neck taking in her friend’s scent.

Isabella nodded. “Nothing could keep me away.”

“Then I’ll research amusement parks to go to so you can experience some new ones.” Rosalie had liked the stories Isabella had told her about her and her Rosalie visiting amusement parks and playing games and riding the rides. Now that she had a way to not only stay out in the sun but eat park food she would have to find the best one to take Isabella to.

“I would like that.” Isabella told her. Pulling away Isabella cradled Rosalie’s face in her hand and kissed her on the forehead. “This isn’t goodbye my friend it’s just a break in between our next adventure.”

Rosalie nodded clearing her throat of the extra emotion she was fighting. “Until our next adventure.”

Isabella pulled back, loaded all the bags on her body and picked up the box. Taking a deep breath she focused on her link to her mate and let her gift wash over her in a flash of light.

“I knew what was going to happen and still it was as cool seeing it now as it was the first time.” Kate said.

“Are you alright?” Emmett asked Rosalie. The last time Isabella had left Rosalie had been sad but this time it was completely different. He knew the pair had spent a lot of time together but he hadn’t realized they were so close.

“I will be.” Rosalie promised. She knew the only reason she would was because Isabella would come back but she didn’t want to tell her mate that. She now understood what Isabella had meant about her bond with her Rosalie upsetting their mates so much. She didn’t feel any romantic feelings towards Isabella it was more like a piece of herself was missing now that the other vampire was no longer there. Watching the rest of the group make their way off to do whatever they were going to do now that Isabella was gone Rosalie decided to go to her garage. She wanted to be alone to process everything that had happened. She was happy that Isabella finally got to go home however. She would miss her but Rosalie understood that Isabella had other people who depended on her.
