We Got Naked on the Happy Island
Added 2024-07-19 06:00:06 +0000 UTCRab Island in Croatia is nicknamed "The Happy Island". After spending several days on Kandarola nude beach, we can say that we were pretty happy. But we wondered if there could be something more. Our search for the key to happiness would bring us to even more nude beaches, have us taste what may be the most delicious cake in the world, and even cause an interstellar experience. Was it one of these things that made the island happy? Or was it still something else?

2024-07-22 19:35:01 +0000 UTCWe would definitely recommend it! We stayed a couple of days in an apartment on Kandarola, but this is difficult to book. The rest of the time we were in an Airbnb. Maximum driving distances are about 30-45 minutes, so it doesn’t matter much where you stay if you rent a car

2024-07-21 22:52:06 +0000 UTC"Enjoy the little things" - that's perhaps the most important thing - it is really BIG! All those beaches are spectacular, but I would prefer some shade, too. Retreating to the bushes ... for an >80-year-old solo-travelling male, looks dodgy!
