If you're lucky, being flipped across the couch and crashing into the floor will just leave you sore, surprised and stunned. If you're unlucky, Poppy's jaw makes for an excellent visual aid. I like how Poppy goes from jolly confidence to ease to uncertainty to oh god why are my arms on fire, illustrating the average training gym beginner's experience.
