Regarding next month (Refund Details)
Added 2016-08-23 18:51:52 +0000 UTCMy computer has completely died on me, via HDD failure. I have lost Poppy pages, I have lost WIP patron rewards. I have lost over 60% of ALL of my archived work. I will not be able to order and set up my replacement PC until I move into a new apartment next month, and I can't work on rebuilding things until then, which has been very frustrating for me.
I cannot afford to let my to-do list get any bigger right now, so I am pre-emptively refunding all August reward tier pledges. I will also be discontinuing the commission reward tiers for the foreseeable future until my backlog has totally cleared out. All commission rewards that were added to the backlog before August are still there and will be prioritized as soon as my new computer is running, but anyone who would rather receive a full refund is entitled to that as well. Anyone looking for further details can contact me at morbi@poppy-opossum.com
I have been in touch with some friends and there will hopefully be guest updates for each Wednesday in September. I apologize for the inconvenience in this period.
EDIT: A quick clarification, I will be doing the pledge management in a few days when I will have access to better tech than an old phone. I guess anyone who would like to keep their pledge even knowing there will be no rewards this month can send me a message saying such before then.

That depends on the timeframe, but it's leaning toward very unlikely . I won't be able to set up a workplace for the next couple of weeks, and even then, my first priority is clearing out my already established backlog. Sorry.
2016-09-10 01:06:02 +0000 UTCReally off topic but is there a chance that you could do a commission of poppy for an anniversary gift?
2016-09-10 00:40:31 +0000 UTCDon't bother sending emails--on multiple occasions, the only way I was able to get a response after weeks of radio-silence was to spam their Twitter. I have no idea why they even bother posting their emails as their main mode of contact.
2016-09-03 06:22:16 +0000 UTCOH NO! I know that feeling when you create content then lose it all due to tech. I now keep all of my important stuff inside Dropbox to play it safe. My friends and I that love your comic are rooting for you!
2016-08-25 15:37:01 +0000 UTCI'm sorry to hear that :

2016-08-24 06:12:26 +0000 UTCDamn is the hdds completely dead or just the machine, maybe a USB caddy could help recover some of the lost data? Anyway don't worry just take your time to sort yourself out. Good luck with the move too.

2016-08-24 02:43:51 +0000 UTCWell, that's terrible for you, Morbi! I hope the recovery, whatever form it takes, goes smoothly.

2016-08-23 20:40:11 +0000 UTCOuch. Have you looked into recovery services for estimates? If it's a simple failure it might only be a couple hundred dollars. Even a more expensive recovery could be worth recovering the archive. And you can always crowdfund it!
