2021-11-21 16:46:41 +0000 UTCThe reason that there's a short surviving clip of the first regeneration is that it was featured on the children's magazine show 'Blue Peter'; and that shows producer believed strongly that all its episodes should be archived. Unfortunately, it's just a short clip - and all of it was featured on "Twice upon a Time".
