August 5th Weekly Update
Added 2018-08-05 04:00:01 +0000 UTCThis week I focused heavily on working on the forest level sections.
I started by doing some housekeeping in the way the level was set up. This will allow me to build a loading screen so the player knows what's going on, and doesn't think things are just frozen.
I added a few more sections. Even with only a couple sections its starting to look more filled and forest like.
Because the forest will sometimes have branching paths, it will also sometimes have dead ends. I wanted these to look a little more natural, so I've built some fake levels to fill in the background when you hit one of these dead end areas.

While I want to focus on this level, I also want to add more enemies back in. To do so I need to get their animations done, and I'm going to start slowly working on them. Here's a list of what's left for the witchdoctor. The bird goblin looks pretty much the same

Hopefully I can get some another level build out this month.
Finally for everyone who had to deal with the patreon payment issue, thank you for putting up with that hiccup, and staying with us!

I want try out the new stuff in your updates :D btw is it possible as an option to have the enemies fall asleep instead of dying? seems more immersive that way you can attack to kill or seduce disable them. I like playing games that sneaking options :) since your making levels it would be awesome to have a level where you have sneak around to get something or escape her capture maybe. if they're asleep instead of dead it wouldn't alert the enemies :) they'll just kick them or something to wake them up. Asking "why are you asleep" or "you lazy ass wake up" lol.
