July 3rd Weekly Update
Added 2016-07-03 17:03:35 +0000 UTCThis week after finishing the Incubus rigging, I focused on some bug fixes and optimizations.
The incubus is finished and in game. If you are already supporting me on patreon, you can grab the model linked on my last member's only post!
She doesn't have any function yet, but you can see her hanging out on the broken bridge entertaining herself.

Outside of that I tried to focus on optimizing some things in the game itself. First all of the foliage in the game now has a few Levels of detail. As you get farther away from the models, they show lower their quality.
On top of that, I've also added an overall quality option to the options menu, so players can now turn the quality up or down as they need to.

Related to foliage, I also worked out a grass in Speedtree that I do rather like, although its a bit high poly as of right now.


Not a long or super deep update, but some stuff that was needed!

Aww this game is getting me more and more hyped after each update. I like the fact the succubus isn't just standing doing nothing either, kind of living up to their nature. Really looking forward to the next playable demo and will for sure be backing this next time i get some money.

2016-07-03 18:47:59 +0000 UTCI actually kind of like these smaller, more behind the scenes updates because they really change the way everything feels when the next demo is released. Pretty soon I'll be able to run this game on my shitty laptop and I can finally see all that trademark Mithos skill in action!
