big thanks to Thamrill for pointing out a little bug in the Chapter 1 Preview.
The options to disable SFX, Moan-sounds, Exercise and CBT were bugged and turned themselves ON again when using the load system. Sorry to anybody who disabled CBT and still had to bust their own balls. ๐
It should be fixed, and there is also an "Import" option in the main menu now.
