I think I recovered compared to last month.
I currently have an eye disease called uveitis.
My left eye gets blurred and feel bright because inflammation.
Also, I was bedridden for a long time due to shingles.
For that reason, I think I lost my strength and muscle power.
I had a separated right leg, but now it's getting better and I can walk again.
Now that I'm recovering, I'd like to resume my activities little by little, but
in the past, I recovered, so resumed my activities, then my eye was inflamed again.
So I think I'd like to resume my activities carefully and little by little.
It's frustrating because it doesn't interfere much with my daily life.
But I want to make sure there are no aftereffects to be active for many more decades.
Stories have been accumulating while I've been resting, so
I'm hoping to make it public little by little.
