Roadmapping 2025: NTR’s Path Ahead [Long Post Warning]

Welcome, hungry diners. Grab a seat and let’s get ready to eat! We’ve got a feast of details to feed y’all on to fill you up for the year ahead… Or better yet… Get those tastebuds a flavourful taste so you’re hungry for more to come! Yes, it’s our big yearly Roadmap for Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth! But y’all have been expecting that, since AoH’s is already up right here. Get ready for a longer post’em’up, because we’re going to talk Noe and Co a lot.

2024 – Getting Here

Here we are back again, another year and another document. It’s sadly true that last year we set ourselves a big plan (read here) and then the year escaped out from under us due to problems on the AoH side of things. On the one hand we feel we should talk about it more and own up to the issues, but on the other we also feel getting past it and getting back into rhythm and content releases is what we all really want the most, so it’s a bit of a pickle. Suffice it to say, we’re trying to learn a few lessons so that this doesn’t just read as 1 big out of touch rant. We touched a bit on it in the AoH Roadmap and we’ll talk again about it below in the scheduling part. For now, try set that aside. Instead let’s talk both direction and magnitude! To the Noemi vector!

Top Line Road Map

Since we didn’t get through nearly as much as we wanted to in 2024, it won’t come as much of a surprise to hear our goals are still fairly similar to before. Our Top 4 priorities are a little bit consolidated based on last year’s progress, but they generally remain the same shaped 4 bullet points. More importantly, the 1 main driving goal is the same as well:

It’s our stated plan to keep adding to NTR’s character arcs* up to the point we see the main splits and can get a taste for each of the paths available. Once we’ve done that, we’d like to transition to a new way of doing things, where you the fans here can vote for each version down the line who’d you’d like to see get the next batch of Major Focus scenes while we pepper in content along the sides as the Minor Focus from Main Story/Kriem/Frankie/Kelsey arcs, all with some amount of balancing guardrailling from us too.

That’s a long and fancy way of saying we want to progress around a few lesser built sections of the game before we turn over the driving direction to the fan body by way of voting, as we focus on other aspects of Noemi’s and the next steps beyond that. We made about 1/3rd of the progress we wanted on last year, which just wasn’t enough to put that goal within reach this year, but the good news is we’re aiming higher than the year before with 4 planned releases to make up the gap, so should all go well we’ll be on the cusp at last. Let’s get to talking about that and next, then!

*: Roy’s arc is still on the long finger and therefore not included in the base expectations to achieve our planned goal. We’re still deciding what +/- his arc brings to the game in terms of content gains to development costs, and sadly the longer this goes on the more the scales tip towards the downside. Only time and other content options will tell.

Top Priorities

The way it works around here is we like to take that top line place we’d like to be and break it down into a handful of steps of actionable goals. Those become our Top 5 Priorities, although in the last couple of iterations we’ve made enough progress to narrow that to a focused 4, which is great. Once again, we’ll lay out what those are for us at this stage, then how we’re going to tackle them as content:

Strengthen the focus on Noe’s relationship, her infidelities, and the spice around them. Further pump up the game’s lewdness with more x-rated scenes. Keep some variety of female content alive by including more girls than just Noe in the fun, specifically Kelsey and Kriem (the most under content served girls of the main 5 female cast thus far). Lastly, make the final expansion to and better populate the gameplay end of things for a more enjoyable game experience overall.

Once again, last year we made some strides forward, but not enough to completely say we’ve captured the benefits of any particular one. Estimating, each point came with 2 parts to them, and for each we got 1 close to done, we’d say we’re about 50% of the way to each of them, except the lewds one because that doesn’t end until we do. So here’s how each one still needs to be tackled, making our 2025 Top 4 Priorities thus:

- The name of the game is NTR, and while a lot of the content we have/intent to have doesn’t always meet the widely varying definitions of that label, a lot will and the heart of the game is in enjoying Noemi grow to enjoy the full scope of sexual fulfilment a strong and hot woman of her calibre deserves, ring on her finger or not. We’ve done some sweeter stuff with Damon already and opened her mind and legs on the woman-woman front with Asana, but what the game needs more of is the heat of intensity, temptation and being a bad girl. Both despite better judgement and just because she can get away with it. That’s our top priority, and that’s why we’re zeroing in on Beck and Brad arcs. We’ve already passed the split points and given a taste of both sides of Beck’s arc already, so we’ve got to turn our focus away soon to get closer to that topline, but there’s a little more flavour on 1 side of his content we want to show off before we do: That special dynamic we touched on last time. After that, we’ll be turning our eye to Brad’s arc for a majority of 2025. He also has his path past the split point, but that’s because he’s uniquely already Noe’s lover as the game starts. We’ll be focusing on the ‘ntr’ path specifically to both up the lewds overall (Priority 2 as well), and to make sure the most anticipated and truly ‘ntr’ focused path of the game gets a taster in before we let people vote on any direction.

- Always the bride’s maid and never the bride, our 2nd most goal for the 5th time running is “More Se.x and Sexy” in the mix. By the end of the game we’re expecting the lewd scene content to make up about 1/3rd of the overall scene count, and much of that is middle and backloaded, so you’ll see this goal stick around plenty more. There’s not much to say that won’t be spoilery, but given Priority 1 above, expect to be heading into teasing and building up the ntr vibes as we get the half of the last of our character arcs out of the early game stage and into that middle/back loading hotter phase too. Mixed in with some hate-f’ing vibes a la the Beck we’ve seen before, and more from the Minor Focuses too. Speaking of…

- Noemi is an amazing woman, but the world around her is worth attention too, and so some of our time will be on the wider Philly scene. We’ve had tastes of Franke and Asana, not enough forever but at least for now, but our other girls could use some enjoying too, right? It’s Kriem and Kelsey or Alice and Beth, and given only the first 2 have arcs of their own, let it be them. We made progress with both last year, but not enough for our liking. Kriem’s arc has almost moved forward enough for us to accept, so be prepared to see Kelsey’s arc to slip right in and fill the void as she loves to do. Since she’ll stepping up into her own scenes rather than be the supporting cast in Beck’s for a while, Kriem will switch into the supporting spot as we explore Brad’s arc (you have been paying attention to him and her, right?). There’s another reason we’re spending some time this year with Kelsey’s arc rather than zero in on a 100% focus on getting Brad over the line to open up the voting plans sooner, which brings us to the next point.

- Our last, but still important priority, is to keep making the game better as a game. There’s just 1 more addition to the gameplay’s Day Off section to make it feature complete and we’ve been wanting to get activated for so long, and that’s where we’re turning attentions first with this. If you’ve been following along, you’ll have figured out by now that it comes from Noe’s befriending Kelsey through her arc, and that’s the other reason she’s getting more building up now. Whatever could it be that Kelsey loves and that she and we’d love to make Noe do…? We wonder! Muhaha! It’ll allow players to train up Kelsey’s Open Mind stat and make her fitter for entertaining the customers in the gameplay, completing the potential for building Team Noe the way you want to play. At the same time, having more scenes to unlock for now a 3rd character beyond Noe is more incentive to shuffle the girls daily jobs to explore the gameplay outcomes all around. Good stuff, right? Beyond that, we’ve got more Lv2’s and Lv3’s to fill in the slots for, enjoying the girls bringing sexy back to the daily job of pushing plates. More than that, this year we want to build up the longtime let simmer Trap Section to the gameplay as well, so there will actually be some Alice and Beth to enjoy after all! It’s about time the Cooking and Entertaining sections got the mid-level traps added, making the game have more of a kick-back game feel as the days play by.

What do y’all think? Of all the things to do in the game, would you agree hitting these 4 things as hard as we can is the best way to bounce the game forward and scratch the itch for more Noemi, NTR and beWilderverse all around? We do, and that’s why we’d decided on this as our list once again for 2025. Rounding out the gameplay parts this much now will allow us to streamline even further next year and reach that Top Line Goal at last. From there you’ll all have more of a say in which sexiness we pursue first and why, while we focus on new goals of truly filling out the game section contents and building up the minor focuses (think more eyes on Frankie again, we know she’s popular, and things like that). Ah, but we’re getting ahead of ourselves again. Let’s get our heads out of the clouds and focus now on how we’re going to make these first goals first more than words on a screen.

Schedule Plans

Most years this is the section we talk about scenes and then after the gameplay, but we’ve pretty much said what’s to be said for them in the goals above and we’ll sum up again at the end as always, so this time we’re going to change things around a bit. This part is where we’re going to talk about the year laid out and what we’re going to do the address the issues giving us trouble completing the last couple of roadmaps.

As touched upon in the AoH map as well, the real problem that gets us stuck is a vicious cycle of paralysing demotivation when it comes to the AoH versions. It’s particularly hard to explain, because it’s an issue that affects the art department alone, so funnelling it through the words department second hand makes understanding and expressing it even harder, but we try. It might just be someday Unshi puts the words out himself but that’s not going keep this doc on topic so we’ll table it for today. What’s important to take away from it all is that we’ve gotten past much of the external problems plaguing us a few years back have mostly cleared: Unshi is resettled, secure and with proper hardware again. That’s the good news of it all. The bad is it’s now an internal issue based around AoH that we’re dealing with. It’s not an easy solve. There are no quick fixes here. We can only do our best to push through and work around when we have to. Most of all, we’ve got to do what we can to make sure NTR stops getting second fiddled for AoH’s troubles, and that’s why we’re going to change our approach for 2025.

Usually we’ve do versions of our games in a leapfrog style, AoH-NTR-AoH-NTR, etc, but thanks to having long stretches to run up the written content for NTR we’re no longer shackled to having to write just 1 version ahead like in the beginning. Even playing catch up with double NTR versions we’re still out ahead on the penned Noemi content, which will allow us to run 2025 this way:

- Opening 2025, we’re going for a triple bill of NTR, v0.23-v0.25. That’s right, a hattrick of 3 in a row, starting full production next week. Firstly, we’re doing this to make sure the NTR fans get what they’ve been waiting for since the last shot, and so that we can build up our momentum again with releases. Of the 4 planned NTR releases of the year, we want to achieve 3 of them right off the bat and get most of our goals completed before we even go back to AoH content. We don’t want to get bogged down again, but we also recognize we didn’t want that before either but we did, so if it happens we’ll at least have big jumps forward in NTR already banked before trying.

- Obviously then, if we’re doing 3 NTR’s in a row, that’d make our 4th release AoH, and it does. It’ll take until Early Summer to get here, but we’ll get knee deep in black catsuits again for the first AoH instalment of the year only after all that NTR. Check the AoH Roadmap for details, but we’ll say here too: it’ll be back to a standard version of AoH, not 150% content jaunts this time, so we can reduce the chances of getting those knees quicksanded, if you know what we mean.

- From there we’ll be back to leapfrog releases, with NTR’s 4th version of the year, completing this roadmap. Alright! Then it’ll be back to AoH and another regular version for the same reason, completing its roadmap too.

- If you’re counting out the 6-8 week increments, you might notice we’re not running up on a full year at this point, assuming we beat those delays. We not going to make any promises at this time and potentially dashing expectations since this is still on an optimal track, but should we get to this point with time to spare, we’ll be going for an NTR’s 5th installment, leaving AoH to be recalculated for 2026’s map with this year’s experience to better inform us.

We don’t want to leave AoH incomplete, we don’t want to leave it dwindling and avoided either, but we’ve got to make sure NTR’s gets its fair share of time made up too (especially as it’s an even bigger game than AoH and needs to progress). It’s not like we can click our fingers and solve AoH’s issues either, so this is the best mix of actionable countermeasure and bulkheading we can do without a slow death to either of our darlings. We hope y’all will agree, and even more, be hyped up to enjoy plenty of content and NTR especially!

Stretch Content

Almost done, folks. Congrats on reading this far! You’ll have already read then that we’re not making any promises yet on reaching stretch versions, but since we did mention the potential built into the year’s plan, we had better touch on it for a moment so there’s no confusion.

Should we get to do a 5th version of NTR this year, fingers crossed, it’ll be more of the same goals above. We expect it’ll be more Brad arc content to push our top priority back up there and finish off our current plans for him, plus a sweet twist of some Asana and her “Advanced Class” to give a taster of one of the last unopened paths. A few more sprinkled in Lv3 gameplays for added sexy all around the team of girls will be as much more as we can possible do with 1 version. If we can do that much, it’ll open up our 2026 for a very different set of priorities for the whole year to come after. There’s just a couple more rough edges to clear with prescribed scenes once we’re this far, then it’s time to open up the votes for us at last! So, let’s keep the faith and work it hard in 2025, alright? Alright!

Too Long, Didn’t Read

It’s no surprise our biggest game’s big year long plans post is it’s a big long one of its own, but we’re pretty much done now. Full steam ahead! Before we wrap and get to rolling, for those only here to scan for the important parts, here’s your TL;DR version:

Development Expectations – We’re changing tacks since giving most of our focus to pushing AoH to its v1.0 the last few years hasn’t worked out for us. NTR will be on the top of the priorities list for as much as 2/3rds of the year, with 4 versions (v0.23-v0.26) planned as our base expectation. We’re splitting the year in 2, with 3 NTR versions in a row as the first half to lock in game progress, then leapfrog releases again with AoH and NTR both in the second phase until the year is up.

Goals and Priorities – Our top goal is to get closer to our longtime held desire of opening up the game’s building direction to the fan votes (which content gets made next, not what gets written, FYI. That’s already done in a lot of cases). We still need to get some content, mostly Brad now, advanced before we feel it’s time to do that. Additionally, we want to further populate the gameplay sections with stuff to enjoy finding and importantly adding more hot scenes to experience. For Noe mostly, but other girls too.

Scene Content Focuses – We’ll be taking a turn towards making progress on the ntr fetish focused path of Brad’s arc this year, as we bring up the last of the still early development arcs into the exciting phases. We’ll also be bringing up Kelsey’s arc some as well to mix things up and expand the gameplay at the same time. Beck and Kriem’s arcs will also get a little more content as we add more kink along the way.

Gameplay – We finally want to expand the Day Off section to include the 9th and last activity, unlocked through Kelsey content, so that in future we can still filling in more links in the chains in that part of the game. After the expansion but before those chains, we want to bring more life to the Traps system with content on the Restaurant Manager section’s Cooking and Entertainment jobs. Time to get Alice and Beths fingers all over the girls plans!
