Aims for June 2024 and May in Review!

Hell-to-oh, fans, friends and wild ones! Welcome back to another month and another May behind us. Feels like only a few weeks ago we were still posting about the Christmas cheer, but come the next time we post one like this it’ll be just about closer to the next Winter Holidays than the last, eh? Oh, so much to do and so much joy to have yet though, we only hope the heat lays off of us along the way. Anyways! The future will come in fits and months like always, and like always we’ll lay out the love for the next one coming, but not before accounting for the May just gone gallivanting. So lets get move the past along and welcome the future once more. So…!

Our May Goals:

- Agents of Heels v0.27 to the Daring fans. Failed – This is what we’ve been working on, and not to get all Kronk without warning, but “it’s all coming together”. As stated when we made this our goal for the month, it was going to need to really have the stars align to land things in the front end of the “End of May / Early June” window, and as is clear, that did not happen. Another little bit and we’ll be there though. We’ll settle that in the next months goals totting, for now it’s a miss, certainly. 

- Agents of Heels v0.27 Progress Reporting, With Both Public Teaser #2 and Backer Teaser #2. Complete! – Along the way through the month, we kept in touch and in teasing spirit, so that the fans each and all (especially the beWildernauts) get a lookie and an explanation as to how the progress is progressing. Public Teaser came first, or in other terms, it was “number 1 with a bullet”. The news as slow going but going in the right direction. Later, our Backer Teaser showed a bad girl about to get worse, and had some happy longterm news as well as the updated deadlines for an expected June 7th-11th release. Now you all know! Keeping in touch is important, so tick or no it’s worth us doing. Speaking of which: Tick!

- beWilder’s Wildest! ‘23/‘24 Quiet vs Noemi Postgame Shows! Complete! – We had a very (be)Wild April, so much so it couldn’t be contained and spilled into May! By now it’s no secret that Noemi beat Quiet, sending her back to the Semifinals for the 2nd time in 2 contests, ending Quiet’s Rookie run in Round 2. And so the postgames would go, with our silent sniper on the receiving end of a mic and a load of questions, but that didn’t stop us, nor did it stop us getting butts in our face either. What a wonderful way to earn a tick!

-  May The Fun Be With You! On All Our Media Pages: Patreon, Discord, Bluesky, Badly Renamed Twitter, All Of’em! Complete! – It’s been a relatively quiet month for us in some respects, as we’ve been keeping the nose firmly pressed to the leathers of Agents of Heels, but it’s been far from fun. You’ve been keeping up with us all over, right? On the once Twitter and always Bluesky, we’ve had our month of AoH #ScreenshotSaturdays (to link but 1), and we’ve even managed a little playing around with fellow dev and friend @TTrick_Games (Long Story Short). One of his girls was spotted wearing Noe’s glittery dress, and not one to act uncompetitively, Noe was spotted with said girl’s favourite fuzzy buddy! Oh my! Other fun was had around the Discord, with some memes, some music, and even a NSFW naughty we slipped underneath the moderators’ eyes, muhaha! So once again, it’s been a heads down sort of month for a lot of it but we’ve been and always will be around! Can we get an amen? And a tick, please?

And so that was the month that was, time we tot up the ticks, come what May before June. It doesn’t take a hyper-brain to see that with 3 of 4 ticked it’s a 75.00% (3/4) for our efforts. Hrrm… Tricky one that. We’re not so keen to see 95+% drop that far, but it’s still a strong score… Until we factor in the one we missed was the real superfood for our diet of wildness, wasn’t it? We’re going to call this one a mixed bag, but if we’d not included a release on the list, would it have been all good to be high-fiving over a 3/3 100% right now? Don’t think so. It’s the best we could achieve with all the good faith trying, so that at least we can hang our hats on. That, and the goodness that’s already dawning with the month ahead!

What to expect in June:

- Agents of Heels v0.27 to the Daring fans. Our big Bad Nat cycle’s at last nearing it’s end, and be it a week or there abouts away, if it’s not here by the end of June then something’s seriously wrong. Better check if we’re missing a hand kind of wrong! Almost as assuredly we’ll be seeing Natasha’s next jaunt sooner than later in the terms of June, perhaps even enough to include the Brave as well, but in the spirit of keeping expectations manageable, we won’t go that far in our statements just yet. Even so, get ready to play again!

- Official Handover to Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth, plus v0.23 Progress Reporting, AKA Get Publicly Teased! Once Natasha’s had her latest shot to save/burn down the world, Noemi’s back up for more this year, ready to lead us into the heat of summer. Version 23 is all texted up and ready to roll out once the handover is officially posted a little after we get our Heels off. We’ll give the art department a little time to Pre-Produce the work as we do and with the sign-off on all content (Hell, if Natasha can get explosions, what can’t Noe have?) we’ll be tickling your tenders with the Public Teaser and all the details. Expect that in the back half of the month as we ready up for a July as hot to match!

- beWilder’s Wildest! ‘23/‘24 Return with Winners Week 2 and Hype’n’History to go With It! Once again, with a release comes a little time after to relax and recuperate…Y’all know it! Heh-heh. Well, we won’t be too long at that, but while we get the wheels spinning in a new direction again, be prepared for the Wildness to come soaring back! We’ve still got 4 girls with hopes alive to become the next (or retain) the title of Queen of the beWilderverse! Time to settle that in June and July! We expect this to also start off in the latter half of the month, and just like the last time we started a new round, we’ll have some time with the winners of the last in a special backers’ post, and a public Pre-Round analysis from Caroline, because nothing’s more sporting to us than hot girls! We’re of course treating it like such. It’s possible we’ll even get to casting the first votes in Round 3 if all goes well, but once again, as we’ve been asked to keep our hype on expectations down some, we’ll play that much by ear. Focus on Heels does come first after all.

-  Make the Most of June’s Heat Across All Our Media Pages: Patreon, Discord, Bluesky, Badly Renamed Twitter, As Per Usual! Got to keep up the fan outreach and the love of the fandom, since we’re the top 2 biggest fans there is! With 5 Saturdays in June, expect 5 #ScreenhotSaturdays from us on both Twits and Bluesky, plus all the fun the fans care to make of the Discord we love to live by. All the posts listed above and maybe more along the way as lightning strikes our Patreon… The long and the short of it is we won’t be going anywhere but to sexyville! That’s the goal, anyways!

So that’s the start to our Summertime, all laid out and now to live up to. The shorthand version is simply: Heels at last! Noemi back in our laps! And the joys of bWW! while we work towards her! Hooray!

And once more, before we call time on another month, we wish to once again take a dedicated moment in the public square to thank all the beWildernauts for May. A sincere and sweetest thank you we can muster through text alone, but believe us when we say we dearly mean it. Thank you all, it’s because of you the beWilderverse lives on. It’s not something we could do without your fandom and support, so if this post is worth anything, it’s at the very least as a chance for us to say this. Stay wild, our loved ones!
