beWilder’s Wildest: Round #2, Match #2 – Gwen “SpiderGwen” Stacey vs Asana Khar!

Ahoy there, passing ships and vessels, from the sun-drenched sands of beWilder Island! This is the 10th time I’m welcoming you right into the action, as it’s can only be one thing with all the excitement in the air enough to make my long hairs stand on end: It’s Game Day! Time to take the field of 7 still feeling the heat and peel it down to our Pick 6, isn’t it? Only you can do the decision making, so let me kick off the events of Week 10 of play, then let the ladies make the case for staying another round!

After the recent round opener setting us going, we’re eager to decide who’s left on the left side of the brackets for the first match-card filling for the pair of Semi-Finals. Not to mention the first butting of heads between AoH and NTR amongst the winners and since the protagonists themselves duked it out for us. It can only be 1 woman of 2 to come out on top! Will it be Gwen Stacey, the spider girl, who’ll weave the web of this this story? Or will Asana Khar show us OC power, as well as the appeal of the exotic? Will Spider Senses come out above the Karma Sutra? Will an open heart, open minds and open legs see out the spandex web swinging? You tell us!

As with all of Round 2’s matches, this will be a game of Leisure! We’ve cleared the beach of all remaining contestants and drop all sorts of toys to pass the time, it didn’t talk all that long for a 2-person luau to break out. The girls just have to have fun! That, and win over your votes. Go get’em girls, it’s over to you!

“Hey, this isn’t nearly as tricky as it looks, or am I just a rockstar at this as well? Really opens up the hips though, great exercise for the core crimefighting muscles… And once more around the world! I could probably even do this with my leg up too… but then… What at time to be wearing a skirt, huh? Thankfully my suit is all skintight in that area, so I can swing to my hearts content. Next time, put me in a place with a lot more tall buildings and I show you some real skills, ok? Speaking of next times, what’s a co-ed got to do to get your vote other than shake her ass in her best plaid and ask you directly? Vote Shakira-Hips, Vote Gwen!”

“Aloha, everyone! Thanks so much for voting for me before, I’m absolutely loving it here on beWilder Island! Or as I call it, Maui-lite! It’s been almost half my life since I’ve been back home for even this long, I’m really getting into the spirit of things, so again ‘Mahalo’ to all! I’m getting back in touch with my Hawai’i ways so much I couldn’t say goodbye to the grass skirt, but the cocoanuts made limbo extra hard, and I’ve been neglecting my sunup stretches for a week now… Anyone care help me work out all kinds of stiffnesses in the mornings while I’m still here? Please? Vote Island Dreams, Vote Asana!”

The Rules!

The guides we’re playing by are:

- Vote for who you’d like to see through to the Semi-Finals and to keep live it up on the island. Maybe that’s who you think is most deserving, the most fun, the best suited to surviving or best suited to your own personal desires. It’s your choice.

- Any ties will be decided automatically: Highest Seed (as in highest number, the underdog) Wins!

- There are no other rules!

What They’re Playing For!

- Winner stays to keep playing as a Semi-Finalist, keeping and increasing their chances of the crown, the title, and grand prize of being animated! Yes, animated! Even 2nd place (and 1st as well) gets a beWildervse Story prize too, do you recall? So there’s value in seeing even your second fav to the finish.

- Winner also lives another Winners’ Week on beWilder Island with the other still winning women. Twice the wins means twice the appearances in Week #2 as well. Remember to take that into account!

- Winner will also escape elimination altogether by making it into the Semis and the Top 4. Any woman to win Round 2 will at worst end up in the 3rd Place Playoff Match, meaning we’ll see her at least twice more in bWW! match ups in the ‘23/24 Games!

- Loser’s votes still count in determining positions 5-8 for the final contest rankings, plus future contest seeding calculations (if we have any). The better your woman does, the better for her in the future, win or lose both.

- Loser goes home, but not before we take her exit interview and see her off with last sights and sounds from her in the usual Postgames with me, Caroline!

The rules as we set them at the top the round, still good to me and good for the rest of the ladies around here. We’re really hotting up and starting to hand out the dues to the top attention earners. The one last thing to do before we let more attention be worked for…! Grumble Sal has something to say…

Salvatore’s Premium Dish!

Yes, yes, Caroline, darling. You protest and yet you’ll be a filly in my stable still. One day. But to the serious efforts of advertising my name, Salvatore, in case you’ve forgotten…

My Premium Dish for this play of plays, is a purpleish-lilac looking goop of wonder-starch, the Pacific Islands’ beloved delicacy, Sticky Poi. Well, I wasn’t going to put NYC’s pastrami with pineapple glazing or some disaster on my menu! Yes, the grub that no doubt put that shape on our excellent exercising studio owner’s form, while at the same time the only foodstuffs to match the consistency of a wad of webbing from our student crimefighter… I dare say it’s something we can all agree is a fair compromise of West Coast – East Coast tastes. And if not, we can all agree we’d love to see them settle things by wresting in a kiddy pool of the stuff, no? It’s much more clingy than chocolate pudding after all. Being super good for you, it does a body good, however I think the thing that can be agreed upon most of all is we’d all rather a feast for our souls given half the chance. Having completed the last challenge, it’s time to raise the limbo bar once again however… Yes, I know you lower it, just go with the analogy! Provide me with 30+ votes in total, in any sum total for both girls, and instead we’ll make a meal of Caroline once again. And by meal I mean that literally, as her bathing with a tongue twist is designed by our own Catwoman to be a real naughty body licking. Won’t that make for a finer dinner than a wad of stodgy, gluelike plop? Rather. So do us all a favour and vote any which way, just vote. I’ll see to it Caroline purrs like our kitten Catwoman intended if you all do.

No offense to poi, but I’m feeling right sickly right now. Urrgh… Don’t worry Caroline, don’t. They’ve never made the 30-vote mark yet for a challenge, odds are they won’t again… Don’t fre-… Urrgh Didn’t the first matches go above and beyond though…? Gulp.
