Aims for January 2024 and December/2023 in Review!

Happiest of holiday seasons everyone! Feliz Navidad behind and Hola to the New Year ahead! Once again, we’re around and gathered to end another month, and even another year of beWildness. As swimming a time of year it still being right now, there’s still work to be done! Things are already working their way up to the usual sexy push and pull as some of the happy days of “holi” are behind us now, but while the gears are only just getting a chance to cool off today, they’ll back to warmed up and turning right soon. Let’s start that process now with the easy accounting of facts to get that motivation surging, shall we? Whether it’s powering us by past laurels or a drive to do better, let’s find out how December went, and what we’re going to do about January! In we dive then…!

Our December Goals:

- Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth v0.21 to the Daring fans. Complete! Some stumbling steps along the way to the table (we’d like to blame on Santa’s gift of rum, but we can’t), but yes indeed we did have a tasty seating at Little Toscana! Noemi’s home cooking for her most hated rival after Sal, and also the Daring fans! From cooking something up in the kitchen, to a rowdy game of poker, and some poke’r after that too, it’s all for the Daringto enjoy now, so we’ll take a ticking on this one while you do the licking…! Muhaha!

- Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth Walkthrough Updated to v0.21 to the Daring fans. Complete! Also completed, and ready to help out Noemi’s favourite customers! Noe with 89 scenes and over 240+ Gameplays to find, it doesn’t hurt to have a helping menu to detail how to find them all… Not to mention a tips and tricks guide to get the most out of your working girls… Well, the Daring also got their hands on this too, so another tick-le to treat the goals list!

- Continue our beloved beWilder’s Wildest! 23Contest Round #1 and Postgame Shows! Partial (57%) – And, but there’s the rub! Watchers on will know by now that our bWW! contest has hit a brief hiatus on account of the holidays, it’s here that the time issues will hit us on goals. We paused a couple of weeks early in order to focus on NTR’s release and we didn’t get that done in swift times, and so here we are. 4 of 7 instalments of the contest this month we got to: Beth’s Post Game, Mystique vs Asana’smatch, Mystique’s exit interviews thereafter, and Dyana vs Kriem’s pollingtoo. We did not get to our desired postgame for DvK, or Kate vs Frankie and the aftermath… So it’s pretty straightforward, huh? 4 of 7, 57% of goal. Fair? Well then, let’s save the fun of more bWW! for below and we’ll move on.

- Keep the (Snow)Ball(s) Rolling With More Patreon, Discording, Blueskying, Twittering, Et All. For Funs and Giggles. Complete! – We’d like to say this one’s completed, would you? Between all those social media above, our posts here, our good cheer (and occasionally red faces…) all contribute to keeping in touch with the fans, doesn’t it? Some highlights around the page this time included the NSFW variants of the bWW! postgames with Beth and with Mystique, our last pre-look teaser at Noemi’s “Radio Times” interview as we built to the game’s big release, and our Wishing you a Merry Christmas, and a Joyous Noe-l. We’ve had plenty of words with friends/fans, so it’s fair to think we’ve hit this one again… and if you don’t agree, it ain’t the holiday season without at least one bareknuckle fist fight! Have at you! That said, unless we actually come to blows (let’s not), we’ll take a tick and get going into January already!

And so we’ve decked the halls of December with goals and gave it our best go of it all. Time to stack up the presents and see where we are…With all those points picked across, we’re hitting on 89.25% (3.57/4) of what we wanted! Hotdamn, cold weather! While not a picture perfect month but it’s still been a happy holidays after all. A year of trouble and strife ready to be put behind us with now 2 months starting to tot up to numbers at least worth a smile over, eh? Time we keep that going and make for a hot-hot January and 2024 beyond…! Ah, but first steps first… Let’s see what January has in store, shall we?

What to expect in January:

- Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth v0.21 to the Brave and Bold fans. Noemi’s serving up goodness once again now that Natasha and “National Security” have been tackled at last. She’s been flipping pancakes and other things for the guy who before Sal was her biggest buttache, and the Daringamongst us know that all too well now! Brave will be up shortly for the same dinner service come mid Jan, and the Bold there after will get the final seating before the close of the kitchen on this version two weeks after as per usual, nearing Feb’s beginnings.

- Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth v0.22 Public Teaser to Hype More Than the Superbowl! Noemi’s back for a second bite, or even a whole second course as it won’t be no short supper! Because of the calendar it’ll take a little while to see her back again in/out of uniform, but by late January we’ll be more than ready to spill some teasy details about what’s next for her, complete with a sneak peek fit for all with it.

Please Note: There is no expected Daring release in January, which shouldn’t be a surprise given 6-week cycles, but we’ll state it clearly here too. The Holidays around here for beWilder mostly fall in early January actually, so it’ll be mid Jan before we ramp back up to full production on the next batch of 2-Part Noemi. Latter Jan will be filled with cooking up stuff with her but it’ll be Feb before we see those fruits (and meats) of the labour.

- Happy Birthday to Us! A New Year, A New Set of Roadmaps! It’s beWilder’s official birthday come January 20th, when we went from Unshi’s solo-dev days to a duo of smexy makers with a spy agency and an Italian restaurant between us. As per usual now, with that new milestone to our name and with us well into the works on the first content batch of the new calendar year, it’s the perfect time for us to lay out what our plans for both AoH and NTR are in 2024, how that’s changed with the progress (or lack of) in the year before, et all. It’s not the most glamourous of jobs and they can get rather wordy, but Hell, if we think of them as 1 big Teaser each for the year it gets us smiling. Lots to be done yet and it’s good to include the fans on our intentions for their fandoms, and so we will!

- Continue our beloved beWilder’s Wildest! ‘23 (now into ’24)  Contest Round #1 and Postgame Shows! Should we start to call it bWW! ‘23/’24 now, y’all think? Bah! What’s in a name? The point is the tasty sights for our eyes, not the sounds in our mouths. We’ve still got the heavy hitting, long awaited, could shape it all and then some finale to Round 1 coming up, but before that we’ve got plenty of delish to dish along the way. Dyana has officially beaten Kriem right out of the contest, but we’ve yet to hear from the loser there, so expect an [expletive deleted] interview with her to resume our contest come mid-January. Right after we’ve got Kate vs Frankie’s bout, some might even call the one to watch out for, plus the postgame analysis/sexy for that too. With time left on the clock of January we’ll also be tackling Quiet vs Alice plus the aftermath, and that’ll put us right on the doorstep of you know what! Plenty of wildness to enjoy as we find our wildest! So let’s saddle up and enjoy!

- Get Us Off To A Good Start With More Patreon, Discording, Blueskying, Twittering From Us. Quality content to play and spray (gross!) may take some time, but words and fun isn’t so hard, now is it? And hey, communication is swell in-and-of itself. Between the holidays, the happy birthdays, the teasers and roadmaps, wildness on the bWW! high seas, Discord natterings directly with fans, Interdev (and any other fellow Twits) banter along the way on the bludbird and Bluesky apps… Well you might even be sick of us by the time we turn around again and wrap up January with the next post like this. Shall we see? It’s our goal now!

That’s our plans to start off 2024 and make the beWilderverse better for all the fans than it was as we write this. It’s doubly important to us as 2023 did not go as expected for us to the point of tears sometimes, but hey, adversity can make you stronger and our truest fans where there to see us through. That said, it’s not like we lost a full 365ing and nothing came of it. Far from it, while 2023 wasn’t the banner year of new content we wanted, there were highlights…

… So here it is, our last year in review as we do!

- 3 full game updates: 1 for Agents of Heels (v0.26), 2 Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth (v0.20-v0.21), something well short of our dear desires, but things to love none the less. Full steam ahead to making up that gap now! At least in that time we put the nose to grindstone to make about 9-10 new version scripts to make in the future, which is something indeed.

- Our 5th birthday as beWilderhappened back in last January, which is also our 6th on this page as Agents of Heels was up about a year in early pre-Spooky production back then.

- 69 Public and Patreon posts across the year, all with news, content or just a sweet chance to while away a few moments with your waifus. That’s not close to our best showing we are saddened to say, but actually… That’s more than 1 a week on average, even if it didn’t seem like it at times. We’re going to try pump that up higher for 2024, but even so, that’s not a bad deal, eh? With highlights including bWW!, plenty of teasers, Natasha in the bunny suit for Easter and the dress swapping in the club we saw around then too… Oohh!

- A whole new Render Rig! Isn’t that something wow? It’s our first injection of new hardware for our devil’s hands to play with, ever. That’s big. We weren’t expecting it either but the summer did bring us something and we expect to make great use of it. We’ve even done some already. Now this is a big highlight for the year.

- We held our first ever Fan Art contest, themed around our girls and The Witcher series. We had our fun and we crowned a few winners, even handing out a prize of a Witcher 1 game code. And a very special thank you to Zhuang, our fan art mega fan and along with MaffinMusicMan are currently the only official beWilderverse Contributors, as Zhuang didn’t stop with just the contest. His several dozen (even over 100?) pieces of NTR fan art over the months and year on Discord really helped us keep our motivation through the hard months. Truly, a thank you.

- Up to 900 or so fabulously fandom-driven folk we do so love on our Public Discord. Another year of a net 100 new members added this year!

- We’ve soared up to ~855 (at the time of writing) followers our now 1 full year old Twitter (@beWilderverse), that’s a surge of almost ~735 new people to share the news and the cheeky ladies with, as well as more Interdev play that’s happened as we make the most of our time there.

- We lost our dedicated Subreddit this year… Boo… But on the other side we added Bluesky to our media channels (as delighted by the point above at Twits progress as we are, there are scanger-y forces behind the scenes there these days). It’s still mostly a dev-to-dev community for now, but soon enough it may not be and so we’ll see you there when/if you ever make it! All the Twitty goodness, better ethics, we’re told. Invites available, FYI!

- Lastly, but not leastly, our page right here. It’s been a downwards slide this year… and an earned one, we won’t debate at all, but even so we’ve stayed above the 100-backer line this whole time (above 107 even, 50% of our highest ever), and even pulled back up with some late in the year releases. We’ve held together though our toughest time as adult devs (Hell, our lives, you might even say) and are pulling it all back together again. We all go through bad patches and it can’t be expected we’d go up each and every year, but we dare to hope and act like 2024 will be one back on horse and in the saddle. To those who’ve stuck with us and made a comeback possible, we thank you dearly. To those who didn’t, we understand why and we thank you all as well for the support you showed in us while we had you. Here’s to being better for both groups and even more in the year ahead!

And that was January through to December and the last month of it laid especially bare. We hope you all have had a very happy 2023 and an even better 2024 to come. Once again, thank you all who has supported us and made our passion possible. From Natasha to Noemi, all the ‘K’ named girls in between them, from Frankie and Cat, from Lara and Raven.
