Lara’s Meeting with the Monster

Heyyo, it’s wild time once more! We’re back again real late tonight to bring you something a little sinister… and of course it involves Lara! Can’t have bad things happen in the beWilderverse and not have her involved! So, while the month is early and our excitement bubbling up, let’s take a look at what goes hump… sorry, bump… in the dark this late!

My oh my, what have you gotten yourself into now young lady?! You’re going to be sore in the morning! Oh Lara… you should have known… there’s not just one moaning monster out there! That’s why the other one is called Subject 32, because he’s not the first one you silly girl! Oh well, we hope you get along with him… oh, and a word of advice dear girl, we love those splayed legs and the view, but it might be best to show some modesty when you first meet such a fellow!

So then, what’s this really all about then? Not a whole lot right now in all honesty, it’s just a fun pic for now. As y’all know it’s early in the month and we’re knee deep in Pre-Production on our main version work right now. In this chuck of the month we spend a lot of time going back and forth between us on what exactly is going into the games this month, down to the small details, we come up with asset lists, time schedules, post notes, Seasonal content work and even taking on playtesting feedback and working in fixes to Daring and Brave releases for later in the month when needed. It’s a pretty heavy admin driven week, but important nonetheless. Still, between communications and with our cooldown time we get some creativity in as well, it’s a ripe time for Unshi to practice new art techniques, test new asset modifications etc, while Spook can get some beWilderverse Story ideas and world lore points in motion plus updates the beWilderverse History Books (yes, those are real) so we have all our world info at hand when we need it…

… Which brings us to the point of that little info-ramble and today’s pic! Unshi’s got Lara on the brain right now as he works out some added efforts on our Last Raider Chapter #3, and so when testing out a few tweaks to our renders for her to get her drawn faster he had to put up her against a “friend” we’ve been sitting on for a while. Maybe one day she’ll sit on him instead? We’ll see. Now, we tongue-in-cheekily labelled this as a “Last Raider Lost Chapter” even though it’s not comic related in this form… but we thought y’all would like to see some more Lara and be in on the fun while we send out the heads up we’re hard at work on her again while we get our Pre-production on! Plus, it’s a pretty great pic, right? Right!

Alrighty folks, we’ve not got much of an outro news blast today since most of this post is about what we’re up to right now already, but we figured we’d let y’all know that S&S Chapter 7 is coming on Friday, and this one is more about ‘rolling in the hay’ than solving a murder. Ivy’s getting herself some! Expect it and the next WP in the series for the weekend, and we’ll keep rolling on all this week towards more Heels sexy and sweating! Until then…
