On the Couch #3: Catwoman and Beth

Sup, ladies and gentles, guess who? It’s me, Spook2099, resident writer, who’s mind thinks in lyrics and lady love, and friend of all fans of our beWilderverse! I’m here today not as the voice of beWilder but as my own persona. We had a little something else planned for today but a snag has come on up out of the blue. My buddy, the visuals virtuoso that is Unshi has been hit with an internet outage… bummer, eh? Fear not, he’s still around and kicking, even getting some messages to me when he can on public airwaves, only sending large and kinky image files are a little out of the bounds for the time being it seems. Soooo… y’all get me for today!

What we’ve got for today’s originally planned piece will be comin’ up soon so, even some art for this post too maybe? Until then I’ll be filling in and putting this charisma to good use so you get that special Friday feeling boost we always leave, so let’s have some fun!

Screw that noise! Y’all don’t want me yakkin’ away, we’ve got Discord for that, so bring out the girls, that’s what we all want! Like I’d miss a chance to spend more time on the couch with our ladies, so while the big guy is away, I’mma play! But you knew that from the post title already, didn’t ya?

M’kay, today we’ve got some of our side girls, the ones that got some real love in our bWW!, and if only a vote or two more had gone their way in the prelims, we could have seen them both as knockout girls instead. Time to get a shot at some one-on-one with them, and to chat about impacts both we and the fans have wanted for our extended world. It’s Cat and Beth’s first go on the couch!

So… Cat. Can I call you Cat? Maybe Selina? No, I’ll stick with Cat. So, Cat, what’s been up for you as of late… you know… after *that* thing happened to you…

Cat: “You think I’m going to tell you? A girl’s got to have her secrets… they are second only to diamond and jewels in value. Thanks for bringing up that back alley Hell, by the way, I’ve not forgotten.”

Well, that was a blunt answer. But fair. Well then… what’s next for you? Will you tell us that?

Cat: “You already know that too. Fine, I’ll tell your fans a little something… Let’s just say I’ve more to do and say in AoH, and I don’t intend on going anywhere when it’s all over either. Does that make you happy?”

Well, yeah, it does actually… However I’d like more from you. You’re one tough pussy, eh? Seriously though, that’ll be for us to decide on who stays in the spotlight in the next project, and yes, there are a many new parody girls and new originals we’d like to play with as well as potential returning characters. We’ve not decided yet, so why so confident?

Cat: “Because you want me. There are a fair few fans that do too, isn’t there? You’ve taken the little seed of backstory you dropped way back in the first AoH scene you wrote, my scene, and have been expanding on it in your mind, haven’t you? The whole, “Maeda foot soldier turned vigilante and solo thief turned… well you’ll see…” thing is just too much world building backstory for the likes of you to ignore. All I have to offer is not going to be resolved in the current game, so you’ll have to keep me.”

You… may be right, yes. On all counts. Still, like we said we have serious thinking to do on the next game, especially the cast, so we can’t go making promises on who will or won’t be in it yet. Even so, I am more and more absorbed into your character the more I see you…

Cat: “Plus… there’s that whole other thing. I’m Catwoman, the Catwoman of the beWilderverse, and you’ve yet to really handle me to my fullest, sex aside too. I’m a cat-burglar, I steal things I like, jewels and cash especially… it’s a sport as much as a way of getting by. I’m also a socialite grifter when I get the chance. I’d like you to show more of that side of me too… the Yacht appearance wasn’t bad, but I deserve more effort right? Or are you saving that personality for Felicia Hardy…?”

Well… kinda yeah… I mean, Black Cat is super awesome too and who hasn’t loved her decades over by now… I can’t imagine we’d leave her on the table untouched… But I get your point, sure. We have you, here and now, and we should do some more to have you reach your fullest…

… Still, no promises on a return in the next game! There’s always more after that too for you to show up in if not the next… How about some beWilderverse Stories treatment? It worked well for Harley, and for Kate too in part… we have high hopes for the one we’re sitting on as well… so how about it?

Cat: “Maybe… Any treatment is good treatment, but short sex focused stories also have their limits, you think you can do enough to do me justice and not just do me harder? And what of the fans, you think they’ll want some more of your picture painting and not just the visuals? Hard to say, they can be very silent on some things, can’t they?”

Ouch… say what you really feel about me and my work, eh? Alright, fine, we’ll keep you in mind for some bWVS action and commit to a special piece if the interest is there. How’s that? Alright, one last question before we go…

… You like to pretend to be a Cat, so does that mean you like getting petted? Especially the heavy kind? Huummm?

Cat: “When you have a body like this one, you use it and you like everything you get… except said above incident! So yes, I do. You don’t need a big ass or swinging tits to have fun and be an animal is the sack, and I can hold my own against any girl or guy you put up against me, for most I can do even better. Watch me lap at their cream and make them meow… Natasha can attest to that. This is one kinky kitty… that a good enough answer?”

Certainly is! I was only asking for the silliness, but damn girl… you know how to talk yourself up! Hello there Beth, it’s been a while! I’d ask how you’ve been and what you’ve been up to, but many of us have an idea already, and honestly I’d like to keep this more upbeat… still, what’s new with you?

Beth: “H-hi! Hello all! I’m Bethany Fuller… I’m a waitress and a homegrown Philly girl. Oh wait, you all knew that already, silly me. I’m all in a spin with my head in a tizzy lately… Alice says it’s all the time but recently work has gotten the best of me. What’s new with me? Ehh… I’ll have to ask Mr. Salvatore before I can tell you something like that, but I think I have a bright future at the Salvatore’s Deli organization if I follow orders a bit better. My psychic said so and she’s always right.”

Alright… glad you are doing well… sort of? Maybe asking you for specifics isn’t cool right now. We’ll let fans see you more in NTR. Let’s switch tact. You are a real triumph of our experiment in world building, a once off character who became something much more after grabbing fans hearts (and loins). Tell us about it…

Beth: “Okay… I mean, ‘Yes Sir’. I was surprised myself, but in hindsight it is kinda sensible right? As you said, I was originally a character designed as a prop in backing up my old boss’ Origin Story, and as some comedic injection into the drama… oh… and also… the umm… the *sex*… But! It seems people really kinda liked me, huh? Requests came flooding in… is flooding too much?... They came in asking for more and more of me and Alice! I get to be a real part of NTR now, and in the coming versions too! Thanks fans and beWilderverse, it’s because of you both I get to live on!”

It’s real nice to hear you so happy Beth, I admit I’ve come to like your Ditz myself. It might be good to temper your joy a little bit though, it won’t be all sunshine for you, especially in the near future…

Beth: “W-wha? What do you mean?”

Ahhh… I’ve said too much… Don’t mind me, you just stay happy while you can! So, what should we expect from you and you’re Deli friends then?

Beth: “Mr. Salvatore has a use for us, he told me so! Oh… I wasn’t supposed to say that. We’re supposed to be more sneaky. Well, you all won’t tell anyone, right? He says he’ll have special work for us that’ll help him stop all the fighting on Easy Street and help the company too. If we help him close down ‘Little Toscana’ he says we can all be friends again, maybe even work together actually. Plus, more girls on staff means… less ‘Late Night Overtime’ in the back office for Alice and me. That’s good too…”

Sounds like something for us all to be excited about! Alright, so, time we finished up… anything you’d like to say before we go?

Beth: “… Sorry Noe…”

Well now, wasn’t that some fun-fun-fun? I certainly love livin’ it up alongside our lovely ladies on that special couch, even more hearing the girls speak in their own words, hope you did too!

To the important run that is reality, we’re hard at work still on NTR’s v0.5, and that’s not changed a hair. Unshi’s crunching through the artistry as hard as it takes (and he’s not got me chattering in his ear to distract him, nor this porn machine that is the internet to tap the other shoulder!) so things are on the upswing. As for me? I’m all done on my end for this version, minus the art and scene prep. The gameplay has all been updated, balanced, play tested and walkthroughed, so as per usual it’s now down to the remaining art to get us to the finish. Still plenty of work to do I dare say, but we’re well on track!

We’re tackling more goodies this weekend as per usual, but we’ve still got time before we hit the monster that is the “End of month gobbler (of time)”… I wish those brackets were more sexy…*Sigh*. Still, with that we’re rockin’ on and rolling ahead, so we hope y’all are as pumped as us for the next while. On that note…
