Quality of Life Features

Firstly, I'd like to thank you all for voting in the last poll about the unused seasons! Half of the you guys voted, and every single one voted for adding back in the unused seasons! That amount of support means I'll definitely be adding them in October's patch! I believe I'll swap the season that runs from December 10th thru the 17th with the transition season. I'll add the yellowish tinge season over the one that runs from January 1st thru February 3rd.
Now that the seasons have been decided, I have another poll I'd like for you all to take part in. With Animal Forest e+ being a 15 year old game, it lacks many of the quality of life features that newer games have. Some examples are item storage in your house (you need a dresser item to store items and only three of each can be stored), and no dialog that tells you when you've caught a new fish or insect.
My question is: would you like to see some quality of life features added in to the game? If so, please comment which feature(s) you'd like to see implemented the most! If there's enough support, I'll take the top requested features into serious consideration and attempt to add them at some point!
