beWilder’s Wildest: Prelim Round #4 Winners!

Woooo! Hello again beWildernauts! That’s it, the prelims are all over! We’ve got our Top 8 girls and 8 head-to-heads to come! We’ve also had to say ‘goodbye’ and ‘take a seat’ to 14 of our lovely ladies… but who are they and how did it all go down? We’re going to tell you right now!

The last girls to take a number and to earn the right to butt heads as one of the best of them, the girls who became our Seed #4 on both sides, are none other than Dyana and Kriem! They finished with the most votes in this last round and/or the most overall of the remaining girls, and thusly they have earned a chance at the Grand Prize! Hard luck everyone else, better luck next year! Now, before we go wrapping up the Round and the Prelims stage, and of course before we look to what comes next, we’d better girl the girls their dues and celebrate with some eye candy. Here we go!

“Alright! Time to spark things up!”

“You interrupted my jamming for this shit? And only 4th?!”

Dyana has come back from the dead (AoH fans will get that reference) as she went from down and out to Seed #4. She also became only the 4th girl on the roster to get double-digit votes in a single round too! We counted her out at the halfway mark but she’s back and into the head-to-heads with a clean win! Kriem on the other hand… well she’s finally got a win to break that long dry streak. Barely. She’s be second best for almost all of her contests, and the last two prelim rounds could have arguable been stolen from her at the last minute, but this time she’s the one who took a vote from Beth to turn a 2 vote lead into a dead heat tie at closing time. With 2 more votes total in round 1-3 than her opponent, tiebreak rules and Kriem moves on!

With 4 rounds and 8 polls behind us, a little something to note. Of the 8 winners, 3 made it through on tiebreak and 2 of the girls on the losing end are eliminated having not won again. When we said every vote would matter, it turned out to be the ultimate truth, did you ever doubt us?

This time out AoH took in a total of 30 votes, Dyana taking a third of all votes with 10 and with that wins cleanly as the second place was won with 6. On the other side, NTR took in 28 votes, and Kriem takes the Seed by fending off Beth via tiebreak, both girls taking in 9! It was Kriem’s lead by 2 votes that secured it, so you could say her performance during round 2 won it for her, or Beth’s round 2 lost it for her…

So then, we’re at the point where we have to say goodbye to all our losers and get comfy with our best babes. Let’s send them off with a looksee at how they all did and set their benchmarks for their inevitable runs next year! They will of course be back with a vengeance!

#T-18 Nancy/Alice – 3 Votes (1/0/1/1)

And that is that! For the girls below the line, it game over now. We pat them on the back, and on the ass, and send them to the bench to watch the results come in with the rest of us. For the 8 that remain, it’s a fresh start vote wise as it’s the head-to-head that will decide all Top 8 places!

Alright! With all prelims run their course, let’s see some notable takeaways from watching it all play out, the last round in particular! Here’s what we’ve got:

- The last round was just about as well participated as the first, just one vote shy in total! People paid attention when it came down to the wire. We’re about to roll in to the knockout phase so its great news to be going in on a high. There is still plenty of supporters who are leaving their votes on the table though, so room to improve and wide margins for surprises too going forward!

- We got a sudden jump in support for Kelly in the last round… suspiciously so we think! Seems like there are some fans out there who want to give Noe an easy opening knockout round, not that there is anything wrong with that… maybe some people are worried out there, hmm? On the other hand, all 20 girls got some vote in during the contest, and that’s an achievement of its own. Well done girls, well done.

- For every girl who didn’t make it, nearly all of them showed raising support as the rounds went on, and the few that didn’t held steady. Apart from a few girls’ support blipping in Round #2 as the contest opened up, fans picked their second and third favourites from a wide range of girls rather than rejecting most outright for the bigger names. Some rose to the top and made it through, but in the fans are liking most of the girls, and all have their places in the world it seems.

- To build on the last point, some girls showed some consistent support throughout, even if sadly for them they didn’t rise to a winning backing. Girls like Frankie, Kate and Ivy have solidified a fanbase, even though they have had little to no screen time as of late or overall. Keep an eye on them we say, as with more of a spot light on them they might just shine bright as time goes by!

- Lastly, before we began this contest, we of course had in our minds the likely outcomes, and the outcomes we’d have liked to have seen. We’re human after all! How did our predictions turn out so far? Well… the ones we we’re most looking forward too mostly didn’t stick! That’s the beauty of this whole show, we’ve learned more about the fans and the girls. For some, we think some promotion is in order as the potential we see in them doesn’t seem to be met, while others who have done well, we’ll have to think more about the best ways to make use of them, won’t we?!

So those are our big takeaways for this phase and round. What do you think? Got something else you think is interesting from here? Do say so in our Discord channel or drop a comment below!

… And now it’s time to pivot and roll, as it’s official the end of the Preliminary rounds and we’re into the Round of 8! Now until the end of November it’s all about the 4 knockout matches and who will make it to the semis, and beyond. It’s now that wins bring not only art rewards for us, but for the girls themselves too, as new outfits are unlocked and that Grand Prize VN comes a step closer too! So, let’s look at those brackets once again, for the fist time now they are contestant complete!

There they are, now which will be the 4 to fall, and which 4 will take it to the Semis? You might think you know the answer, but it’s not over until it’s over! All we do know now is who up against who and when, so let’s see that all laid out now:

Match #1: Natasha vs Kriem – Opens Saturday Nov 3rd, Closes Wednesday Nov 7th

Match #2: Kelsey vs Mystique – Opens Saturday Nov 10th, Closes Wednesday Nov 14th

Match #3: Lara vs Asana – Opens Saturday Nov 17th, Closes Wednesday Nov 21st

Match #4: Noemi vs Dyana – Opens Saturday Nov 24th, Closes Wednesday Nov 28th

*(All Close Times are at Midnight GMT, between Wed and Thurs)

Those are what we’ve coming up, and Match #1 kicks off tomorrow! The winner will move on to face the winner of Match #2 while the losers will take a seat on the bench with us! Same goes for those in Match #3 and #4 too!

Each match will be decided with a straight vote, each girl gets the chance to pull in the fans to their side and the girl with the most votes wins. Nice and simple! The losers will want to pull in as many votes as possible, as it will be down to that that decides the places 5-8! We’ve got plenty more to say on specific match ups above, but we’ll save all that goodness for the big fights themselves! So, get all psyched up for what’s in store, and we’ll see you back here tomorrow for the next phase of fun!

Be a knockout and beWilder!
