beWilder’s Wildest: Prelim Round #1 Winners!

Howdy beWildernauts! It’s time for the big first showing of our beWilder’s Wildest! That’s right, we’ve been running the hunt for our top tier girl for a week now and we have the first fruits of the search ready for all! Who could have won it? Who?! Let’s find out!

The top seeds for both our divisions are Natasha and Noemi! For sure, they’ll be balancing out both halves of the Bracket as we’ll see below, but before that there is plenty of juicy details to tell of! First though, we have some celebrating to do with our ladies!

“Number 1?! That’s why I’m the boss, girls!”

Is there much of a surprise to see our heroines themselves as the first round winners on both sides? We’d be doing a woeful job if our main ladies we’re not making little love tingles in our fans, now wouldn’t we? However, there are still some surprises to be found in the total stats! Wanna see what we mean? We’ll show you right now!

Our AoH round took in a total of 32 votes, and with 17 to Nat’s name she took first place for sure, while NTR collected a total of 29 votes giving Noe the crown with 11. What of the other girls? Well, let’s lay out the tentative rankings after just one preliminary round!

And that’s where the ladies lie at this very early point. We’ll give you the notables just below, but before we do that let’s be sure about one thing! We’ll be using this info for tiebreaking as we go forward, and by the end of the contest we’d love to have every girl take home a number, but rounds are not decided cumulatively. No votes in Round 1 means nothing if you can get the most in Round 2, 3 or 4, so as long as you win once the other girls could be cumulatively up by 50 or more, the winning girl still gets the pass!

Oh, and another good point… Nat and Noe, like all seeded girls will be, are guaranteed to place 8th or higher depending on their head-to-head outcomes. Don’t be surprised by that at the end of all this!

Alright! Some notable takeaways we’ve observed when going over the data!

- 18 out of 20 of the girls took in at least 1 vote in the opening round, so the vast majority of girls can claim to be somebody’s favourite. That is awesome news to us!

- After the early votes (and by that we mean a dozen or so on each side) Nat lead her division with over 60% of the count, while Noe lead hers with over 50%... but as the votes came in they slipped further and further down. By the end neither girl could claim a supermajority victory…. It seems both are not out of the woods yet when they make it to head-to-heads… a well liked second favourite could shove them out of the contest still!

- The split across the remaining 18 girls is shallow enough that when the Nat and Noe fans start picking their second favourite girls, it could be anyone who makes it to the win and runs to the table’s top. While Lara has a decent lead, and a strong tiebreaker by that virtue, even she’s not safe at this point!

… Here’s a look at the Bracket as it stands now! Only 6 places remain!

Nat and Noe are now safely secured in their very own slots! We’ll let them go now and prep their tactics for their first head-to-head matchups while we watch the other 18 gals try again to get on the board with them! We’ll see Nat again to start off November and the Round of 8, and Noe will fight in her next step at the end of November… but she won’t be going too far as she’s needed in her update shortly!

Speaking of speculations… if the Prelim’s rounds were to end right now, we’d be seeing a Round of 8 featuring Nat, Noe, Lara, Asana, Kelsey, Beth, Ivy and Mystique, with the last 4 still to have their seeds decided. We admit, that’s one Hell of a Surprise… not at all what we would have predicted. How does that look to you? Excited? We are! But that’s not the case, we’ve still got 3 whole rounds left to go and plenty of chances to win or lose those spots girls! Y’all gotta keep fighting hard!

And so there we have it! Round #1 is in the books, and Round #2 kicks off in under a day’s time! It’s close enough of a field on both sides that once Nat and Noe’s voters go looking for their second favourite girls, anyone and everyone could rise to the top! We’re already dying to know who it will be. With one round down, things just got a whole lot more real, and we can’t wait to see what happens next! Can you?
