beWilder’s Wildest: Preliminaries Explained!

And we’re back! It’s Saturday, and time to tell all on the topic of beWilder’s Wildest! The first big stage and chance for our girls to grab your attentions will be the rowdiest, the raunchiest and the biggest free for all we’ve ever had so far! It’s Preliminary time!

That’s right, today we are priming the preliminaries! We are ready to reveal by what means we’ll turn our full roster of 20 contestants into our Top 8, all before November’s Head-to-Heads comes along! More on them next week, but for now it’s all about the ultimate rumble with everything on the line!

So, before we explain how the rounds mesh together into a whole phase of a contest, we’ll start at the bottom and show you how an individual Prelim Round works.

As our first post shows, we have our 20 girls split into two divisions, one for all our Agents of Heels girls, and another for Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth. Each has a wildcard to add to the mix, and with these two division we are guaranteed a healthy grouping in the Top 8 from across both our series, as well as giving our more minor girls some room to grow and show themselves.

For each Preliminary match-up, we’ll be pitting all the girls in the division to a straight vote. It’s every girl for herself and only the top preforming lady will be crowned the winner, and it’s she who gets a spot on the bracket for the Head-to-Head round! Whoever gets the most votes over the rest of the girls moves on, it’s as simple as that! In the case of a tie, we’ll use all the previous rounds performance to produce our winner, so it’s never a ‘one and done’ vote… every single time you vote will matter! If it’s still a tie? We’ll weight in and tiebreak ourselves, but we doubt it’ll come to that... the competition is always fierce, but somebody inevitably stands tall!

After we have our first winners from both divisions, we start the fight all over again with our remaining 9 girls per side fight once more for the next open spot, until we have all our bracket slots filled! That means we will have 4 big battles per division, and after all have been settled, the 12 girls who have yet to claim a spot sadly must be sent home until next year! 

Yes, you got that right, we will be holding 8 total preliminary rounds to find our Top 8 girls. That means we’ll be running 2 a week alongside each other to squeeze them all into an already action-packed month! The first Saturday of October will bring both AoH and NTR Prelim Round #1, the second brings Round #2 and so on until we are all done and ready to hit the Head-to-Heads hard by the time November’s first Saturday comes-a-callin’! Unlike with our Wallpaper polls, we’ll not be keeping the round running all week, but instead until midnight on the following the Wednesday… you know why? Because we’ll want that last day to create the lovely Art of the winners to headline the announcement of their victory that Friday in a bonus post!

If that’s not already sounding absolutely wonderful, we have one more element to drop for this round, as no contest would be complete without Seeding! You honestly thought we would pass up a chance to seed our girls? Ha! 

What is seeding you ask? For those who don’t know, it’s a sporting world term for giving the top players’ their dues. In beWilder’s Wildest!, if you manage to beat out 9 other girls in you prelims Round #1, we’ve got to respect that a little more than the girl who beats back 6 competitors to take the Round #4 win, right? Right! That means it’s in your best interest to get your best girl through sooner, so vote early and vote often, each and every time! While nobody is safe when it comes to a direct Head-to-Head knockout contest, being a better seed means a better chance for a favourable matchup when the seriously heated fights start! And that, our friends, is where we will pick it up next week!
