"The Wheel" Dance Freestyle Practice Cam

You might be tired of getting these "vulnerable" type posts from me, but I gotta say, I'm posting every single one from the heart aaaand I've had a rough mental health journey the past few months so I'm trying to heal through as many different creative mediums as I can. I haven't danced in a reeeally long time, but it used to be something I did every other day, let alone every week. I've found it to be an extremely cathartic activity, even though I am not a trained dancer. I decided to share this little freestyle video with you of myself moving to a song that I've become entirely transfixed on in the past week called "The Wheel" by SOHN. I can't stress how much these lyrics hit me, and the production was so gorgeous, it just possessed me to dance it all out. I wanted to make this video in the same spirit I do the other practice cams: to express, to do my best to apply good technique in the process, and to let go of any and all imperfections after it's done.
Do you guys like to dance at all, or have you ever tried? What activity gives you the most catharsis?
