Announcement - Change in Tiers and Shoutouts

Well, I've been delaying this as much as humanly possible, but alas, I can't do that anymore.

I'm afraid the tier structure of this Patreon is going to change a little -- mainly, the 10$ tier will be split in two from now on. It'll go like this:

· 10$ tier: You get a headshot of a character of your choice at the end of every comic, and your name will be written next to it.

· 20$ tier: You get a headshot of a character of your choice at the end of every comic, your name will be written next to it, and you get a little couplet/description under your name.

Basically, the new 20$ tier will be exactly like the old 10$ tier, and the new 10$ tier loses the little description under your name, but keeps the character portrait.

This change has been inevitable for a while now, I'm afraid. The amount of time I spend drawing each comic (and their overall complexity, as you can probably tell) have increased exponentially, and so have the patreon shoutouts. I put a lot of effort into those couplets! I know they're the main reason people became patrons, and I want to give you the best I can give every single time.

With the current tier structure, though, it's just not worth it for me to work so hard on the comics. I'm effectively losing money by drawing the shoutouts, is the long and short of it. I get this change can be a bit upsetting to some of you, so I hope you understand my position, and I trust this will literally only increase the quality of the comics from now on.
