hi, im really, really behind on fulfilling some things. I've been struggling with organization and that has led to allowing myself to become overwhelmed by everything i got behind on- now the thought of trying to catch up feels so heavy. I keep trying to catch up and make things right on my own and i continue to fail. I'm asking for you guys' help now. If you have purchased a teir previously and haven't received what was promised, can you fill out this google forum and tell me what you need and how i can make things right- im sorry once again guys, i bit off way more than i could chew. Time to set pride aside and say sorry and ask for help. I'll also be updating the patron teirs relatively soon to be more easily fulfillable for me, so i understand if you want to change tiers or for the time being stop supporting via patron. I will be eliminating a couple tiers as well. Thank you for your help every and all your understanding.
