So the second half of the day was even more on the go than the first half.

After having eaten hecka food and walking it off with Alex and some ice cream, we parted ways only to meet back up at a vintage store named Vagabond in the heart of the arts district Dallas.

I bet you’re wondering why we made our way over to this vintage store on this busy day. Why would you spend what little time you have at a store? Is there something important in there? The answe is yes. Yes there is. It’s Sarah!

Sarah is one of my freelance modeling friends I had met at my first ever shoot not too long ago, and she’s absolutely the coolest. She, along with another couple mutual friends, help to manage this little aesthetic vintage store in Dallas.

We all piled into her car and made our way to the shoot for the night. When I tell you it was so much fun-! I’m insanely insecure with my body and even face at times and it’s something that’s plagued me for a long long time that I’ve gotten much better about. However! Something about modeling, the vibe of the people around you, the dancing around to background music, the playful half asleep talk and teasing with one another…. Absolutely nothing like it.

The shoot ended up lasting up until a little past midnight and all in all, it was such a fun day! Alex and I both ended up getting home at 1:30 am -ish and it was the best night of shleep I’ve had in a hot minute.
