Let's talk about 2025!

This will be the first of two major news posts. The second will come tomorrow, and will be focused on January itself. This post will be PUBLIC as there is nothing inherently NSFW tied to it.

I want to talk about my plans for 2025, and the direction of my patreon & what I create for all of you.

First and foremost, I want to say thank you. This has been a hell of a journey. Whether you've been here from the beginning or are just joining now, your support means a lot to me. The past few years have been a lot of figuring myself out; not just creatively, but as a person as well. I've learned a lot about my medium and about myself, and I'm ready to tackle 2025!

There's going to be a lot to say here, so please bear with me.

To begin with, I want to talk about what my overall goals are for the Patreon and my release cadence.

For a while now, the goal has been to release:

Two normal audios (basically, the same format I've always done) per month.

Two animations for the $10 tier per month.

This is what I want to achieve as a 'baseline', and is my #1 goal right now.

The animations have been rough; my tech has been delayed, and I've had folks being unreliable. The good news is that it seems like I've got some more reliable people on board now, so I may be over this initial setup hump soon. I have a 2d animator again who wants to produce 1x a month, and I have a 3d animator who wishes to do the same. As my Live2D models and body tracking tech arrives, I'll have even more options to make things under my own power.

But, I want to do more.

I built my audios off doing relatively vanilla monster girl MILF romance scenarios, with the occasional extra spicy one. And that's great! I love those, and I don't want to change that in itself. I want that to be what the '2 normal audios' per month are. But my tastes and interests run much, much deeper, and go quite astray from the norm. I've felt restricted, like I can't make certain things. What if I make a release that turns people off fetish-wise? I don't want people going 'well if that's how it's going to be I'll go elsewhere'. So, I'd like to start slipping in more niche fetish audios, or other shorter scenarios that I don't think merit a full length release. These would be posted alongside the standard releases (to the $5+ tiers) as a bonus for each month. That way even if there is something you aren't interested in, I've still made what people came here for in the first place! These aren't going to be planned, just when the mood strikes me and I have time. The 'bonus audio' space is also where I will do collabs.

I'm still thinking about live-format ASMR as well. I've been uncertain on this for a while, as I like ability to tightly control my quality and sound environment, which doing recorded works affords me. Also, my housemates are just plain noisy sometimes!

tl;dr - Still aiming for 2 audio/2 anim per month, may also make more fetishy bonus audios.

Next, I want to talk about some of the changes to Patreon tiers and to Discord.

First up, this month begins the new reward for $25 tier patrons. I've been over this numerous times with them, but I want to reiterate it for the new year:

The personal audio reward is gone. If you have months stockpiled from before 2025, you may still redeem them for that. You may also still redeem them for game picks on my stream, if you so desire. The reward to replace it will be audio personalizations! This will let you pick one of my existing audios and personalize it a bit more toward you, specifically, such as having me say your name, or small tweaks to fit your tastes a bit better. I think this will be easier to manage for me, while still letting people have a fun personal thing.

However, until I clear out the personal audio backlog, I will not be re-opening this tier. When I do, it will return to the original 25 slots as in the past.

I know this will disappoint some people, but I personally find it very challenging to do work for others, unless the request very specifically strikes my tastes and interests.

Next, let's talk about the $3 tier.

Once I've cleaned up my backlog a bit and gotten the baseline for releases more established, I am going to restrict access to new members of this tier. If you are on this tier already, you may keep it, of course. Just know that the only rewards that will be provided are the typical 2x/mo audio + associated art. The primary reason I am doing this is that I feel the quality of my work, and the amount I offer, has moved beyond the base $3 tier, and will continue to move beyond it.

Other reasons are things like bringing more people into discord to be able to protect my work against people stealing it, and to unify the tiers to match Fansly & Substar (which are clones of this patreon, effectively). I am aiming to do this around February. Again, if you stay in that tier, nothing will change. If you unsub and plan to rejoin, only then will you have to do so at the highest price. But, you'll also be getting more out of that tier as well.

Lastly, let's talk about discord! This affects $5+ tiers.

For as long as I've had discord integration, it has gone to my primary community server. Some people join in the community, some want to just sit invisibly and get their rewards. Others are confused, or put off. Why do you need to be in some big community server to get rewards, right?

Sometime in early 2025, I am going to split the patreon rewards off into their own discord server. Of course, if you've joined my discord and you participate in the community and want to stay, you are COMPLETELY welcome to do so. Do note that me doing this MAY remove you from the server due to patreon automation, but please reach out to me and I will get you back in.

The new server will be much more lean and focused. Channels for $5 tier, channels for $10, and general announcements. I also would like to make a feedback-focused channel that only I can see messages in. Think of it like a comment card box. You fill it out and drop it in, but nobody sees it other than you or I.

That should wrap up everything that is tier-specific.

Next, I want to talk about a few other cool things I'd like to do, that will likely require me to bring on team members to handle it for me.

As my audio database grows, it becomes more complex to navigate. I don't tag things very well, haha. I don't use collections as well as I could. MegaUpload is cool for organizing by release date, but not by content. Another creator (whom many may know, Shibby) has a lovely website that is meticulously organized. I have my own website, but really it's just a landing page for my links and a bit of who I am. I'd basically like to make my own "Sashadex"!

I ALSO think the idea of having haptics for my audios would fuckin' rule, but I don't know how to make them, nor do I have time to go back and tailor them for every audio. I'm going to work with my agency to pick up someone to do this for me (or ask them if they can do it, haha).

Lastly, I want to do more merch! A decent amount of people have asked me for more merch of my characters! So far I only have merch of my vtuber (who is from the oni ninja audios, which I want to go back and finish the series for), and I do plan on making some of the 'new Sasha' in the future, as well as some other favorites, such as the Wolf MILF, Orca, etc.

Finally, a few notes on things that are a bit more personal to me.

For those who watch my streams, I am thinking of cutting yet another day off them and reducing to 3x/week. This would give me more time for my main body of work, as well as more time to have a life away from the PC. No idea what day I'd cut. This doesn't really matter to most of my patrons, as only a handful watch my gaming content, hence why I say it's a bit more personal to me. c:

Also, the changeover from 'old' Sasha to 'new' Sasha will begin this month. Pride has prepared some art already. Expect to see a slow conversion of banners, pfp, etc. on all my sites. This also means 'old' Sasha will be fair game for RP audios again. You'll see plenty of 'new' Sasha as well, in bonus audios and maybe elsewhere!

That covers everything, I think. There are always additional things I WANT to do, but I need to focus, year-by-year, on getting pieces of the puzzle seated in place, rather than stretching myself thing.
