September Plans & Announcements

Time for September's monthly news update!

First things first, let's discuss this month's releases & plans! 

I didn't quite hit all my goals for last month, though I did get a lot done, I think! I lost some of the time I'd gained back due to IRL things happening, as well as planned doctor's appointments, etc. I'll talk a bit more on that later since that's a bit more personal and not really important for major news.

My current plans for the work week are:

• Finish up some of the personal audios I started in August, and release some of them.

• Write new scripts for major releases. I've got a shortstack cowgirl MILF and an alraune girl that are on my to-do list, though we'll see where my brain takes me.

• I should have another Live2D animation done soon, so I'd like to edit it and add sound to that, hopefully this week...?

• Do another batch of F4F conversions (3 for the month).

For those in my $10+ patreon tiers, the next 3d futa panda anim is currently well under way. I'm hoping to have it this month, but I can't make any promises! I'd say at the very least you'll have the Live2D anim for Mammon released.

I wanted to do another of my own 3d videos last month, but I've been struggling to put out something I'm happy with. Part of this is the constraints of not having my mocap set here (I was expecting it sooner but the person who makes them fell ill). The good news is they've said they're expecting to clear their entire queue out over the next 2 months, so hopefully I'll have the mocap setup sooner rather than later! In the mean time, I've got other animation projects in thje works.

For 3D models:

The dragon girl model is still underway, but is getting closer to completion. She'll still need vr/face tracking/body tracking setup done afterward.

Squiver has finished her other stuff up and is now on to my elf model. I'm not sure on the timeline as she is balancing a few projects, but I should have it before the year is out. Squiver will also do the tracking setup for the dragon girl model when it's done, and I'll also be delivering that to my blender animators.

For 2D models:

The succubus MILF model has only seen minor progress since last month. The rigger had IRL stuff come up and had to set it down, but he is progressing again.

The elf priestess model is well underway. The rigger working on her had to finish my vtuber model up, but aside from some small bug fixing, that's all taken care of and good to go. So now he can focus his efforts on the elf model.

The shortstack model has not received any progress. The rigger is still finishing other projects. We're hoping to have her this year.

I also spent part of last month setting up other platforms, due to my concern about the direction of this website. If you've got a preferred website, you can now support me on SubscribeStar and Fansly. I am currently in the process of cross-posting ALL of my releases to-date over there. The other two websites will not have the $3 or $25 tier, only the $5 and $10 tiers. I will be completely mirroring all content between the two sites, so don't feel like you are missing out. I may do streams on Fansly, but they won't be paywalled, and the VOD will be publicly accessible. You can find all of my various websites at www.sashascastle.com. Lastly, I want to discuss the $25 tier.

As I said last month, the current plan is to end the 'personal audio' reward at the end of the year. As such, the tier is locked off. My new plan going forward is to instead offer the option to personalize existing audios. It would be a similar process to me converting audios from F4M to F4F, but instead of replacing pronouns and other words, I'd add your name (or username) to various places in the audio to make it more tailored to YOU, personally. I will open the tier again (to a limited degree) in January and start seeing how this new process goes.

Now, on a personal note... I'm currently in a self improvement arc. I think I mentioned this before, but I'm taking it serious and getting a lot of things done. I saw doctors last month, which helped clear my stress up a bit. I'm seeing another psych this coming week and hopefully will get ADHD medication in September finally. Part of my time lost last month was time spent working on myself and things that are weighing me down. I'm hoping that if I can lift that weight off myself and focus, I can get a steady workflow to get the releases done each month that I want to get done.
