[Release] 0.4 - Thigh Job, Sex & more

New stuff:
- 2 new levels
- Thighjob, RubiA masturbation, sex and anal scenes
- Cheat menu to unlock all levels and give yourself points (at the bottom of options)
- difficulty setting, giving you the option of a slightly harder difficulty
- a bunch of bug fixes and optimisations

Bugs: - Getting caught whilst doing a puzzle breaks the various animations in different ways, such as letting you move in the ground-based animations (https://files.catbox.moe/fr18zi.png) or giving you a floating, ghostly Sibyl upon completion of the standing ones (https://files.catbox.moe/zykg8s.png) - Getting caught by RubiA at the exact moment you activate the stronger EMP will leave her gliding around aimlessly in her sex pose after finishing, no longer chasing you (https://files.catbox.moe/il2wud.png) - walking into her immediately puts you back in the sex scene. Sometimes happens with the puzzle animation break as well, but not consistently (https://files.catbox.moe/tns70c.png) Seriously though, this is some legendary shit. Also, the tiniest thing ever, but during the thigh-job scene, Rubia mentions that you should be "greatful", but it should be "grateful". Can't wait to see what you've got planned next!
