My apologies for being late (its not exactly morning anymore lol) I had some huge epiphanies last night and stayed up till 4 AM, changing all of my plans for the next year.

A n y w a y s....

I wont talk much about the painting in this 'blog' since theres 90 minutes of me talking in the video. Instead, I'll share with you all my plans for the year first! I literally have not told anyone else just yet.

It's not set in stone yet, but 90% of the way there. I have decided to only post 1 video a month for the next 3- 6 months, maybe longer depending on how things go.  I may possibly do more, but they would be short announcements or simple talking head videos...but maybe Id just share them here idk.

The reason is that I have decided to work on releasing an artist entrepreneur course as soon as possible! It would have been great to release it January this year, but the next best time is around Mid May. I feel that literally no one else is better equipped to make something like this other than maybe Ross Tran. Even in that case, I know of several viewpoints that I can provide and demographics I can reach that he couldn't. A big part of my world view is realizing what unique perspectives/skills/passions that you have and working within those as part of your 'purpose' in life. I have found great success on Youtube that way, several parts of my personal life, and now I almost feel like its an obligation lol.

Now, I wont lie to you: I am also very much motivated by financial gain. I am still seeking ways to depart from the stress Youtube puts on me every day. Part of my epiphany was realizing that all I needed to do to separate from youtube, is to JUST DO IT. Take time off, and then make use of all of that time to invest in something else that can support me even better. I already know how to do that and what it looks like.

This looks like a product. Something of high value that my audience can immediately consume and easily understand how it will benefit them. This is completely different from making countless videos trying to maintain a high level of perceived value. That is very difficult in an extremely high competition environment where all of the prices are the same (free youtube videos). On Youtube/similar platforms : your value is more heavily dictated by how well you can convince people of your value against other competitors, rather than the value people individually perceive the content is worth to them.

Trying to do something like patreon isn't as effective because the value is based off of my relationship with you. How much do you like my art? How much have you benefited from my videos and streams? How much do you want to support my goals? These are things that you all have considered when making the choice to support me. It takes alot of time to earn that kind of respect for each subscriber, follower, or patron.

I am really excited and looking forward to working on this because I feel like I am 100% prepared. I have the knowledge AND experience, I have counseled nearly 100 people over different backgrounds and levels of skills. I have talked extensively and shared ideas with many other creators, and have been documenting my progress for over 4 years now. I hope this will be the first of quite a few courses from me.

All I have to do is take the jump!
