Only mentioning him because I haven't heard him really recommend on this channel yet, but ASAP Rocky is really worth checking out. Some of his later music took a really interesting almost indie folk / psychedelic rock direction you may like, mixed with an old school New York hip hop sound.

I enter 2022 with multiple artists I enjoy and listen to all the time, including kanye earl death grips kendrick carti Travis and mf doom. When I found your channel you were doing the wolf reactions, and I’ve watched a lot of reaction channels but yours kinda clicked with me idk why. It was also at this time when I was listening to Kanye’s discography as a whole, and expanding my own hip hop catalogue. It wasn’t just you, but I feel like you definitely influenced not only my hip hop listening but my overall music experience. My taste and music library have expanded so much over this year. Rambling aside, I just wanna thank you for these videos. It’s been a great ride. Can’t wait for Kanye, mf doom, earl, and more death grips (hopefully) in 2022

I am surprised to see only one 2Pac song given how much you liked Me Against the World, and only two songs from Nas. It's more varied than my playlists. I end up dropping every Kanye song in there, because I love Kanye too much. To me there's Kanye, and then everyone else. I feel about Kanye the way some people feel about Bob Dylan or Eric Clapton or something. I'm glad you found some Playboi Carti and Travis Scott songs you liked enough to put in there. It's not my thing either, but there's some good singles. The rock playlist would go over well with my friends.
